Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

When I first encountered Direct Unlocks online I was somewhat skeptical based on experiences with other online companies in the past but I can assure you that every step of the process occurred exactly as they had laid out. Today I downloaded an e-sim for Verizon to a phone that was previously locked to T-Mobile.
They clearly laid out how the process worked and what would happen each step of the way.
I wanted to add a second phone to my account but the phone was unfortunately locked to a different carrier.

This was a successful experience and I like the response to getting my codes unlocked for my old phone. The wait time could've been better though.
I sold my old phone and needed the unlock code to let it work with a different network.
It was the only reasonable choice at the time.

Received email stating my phone "qualified" under their service. They then charged an additional $50 unlock fee. When the phone could not be unlocked, there was no refund available. THIS IS a scam OPERATION. I REPORTED THEM TO FTC AND BBB. Other potential customers are advised to read all reviews carefully before considering this service.
