It was a little more expensive than other companies, but they were able to compete the effort where others fell short. Kudos to them!

I had a locked & blacklisted phone according to the previous mobile company. But these guys were able to unlock the phone and I easily transferred my service to it as soon as I received the confirmation email. It took about 2 days, but it was worth it! I didn't hv to purchase a new phone. Just used old iPhone I already had!

It was alot quicker then I thought it would be I'd recommend this place to all who need a phone or android device unlocked
I feel like at first It would be sketchy and I would have to call my carrier and wait for a lock code and all that stuff. I bought my phone used so I wanted to unlock it to use networks because I am always on the go.
I was a little skeptical aswell of the fees but as soon as it said that I needed to wait a while I had hope! I genuinely love the speed of this service. I bought this a few days ago and it came to me today! Now my phone is unlocked from the previous carrier (cricket wireless). I genuinely love the quality and how they are true to what they say; if it wasn't for them I would be on sketchy websites loosing money. It took about 40 hours to get my locked Samsung Galaxy unlocked. No I have 3 different phone numbers with different carries (one traditional SIM and two eSIM). I am very happy the unlock worked.

I paid the initial fee for eligiblity (My phone was eligible) and then the 2nd payment for the unlocking fee on October 10th 2024. The status of my unlocking has been at 99% for over 4 months now and I am always the one initiating contact for a status. Directunlocks.com will respond with the same thing every time! They are exhausting all efforts and if they are unable to unlock my phone, they will refund my money. However, when is it determined that all efforts are exhausted? Who makes that decision? I've received no answers or updates at this point. It really seems like they just drag this process out so you give up and they keep your money.
They have now stopped allowing me to use the live support feature on their site. They are making it more difficult to contact them in the hopes that I give up and they can steal my money.
Do not use this company for unlocking services! SCAM!
In spite of Telus taking their time and stalling the unlock… they persevered and went to Apple directly and sim was unlocked the next day! Very happy with the service.

Took a few days but they got it done. This is the third phone they've unlocked for me, too. I will more than likely bring a few more.

I would give the service a 5 star but I had to end up paying an extra 186 dollars for them to unlock the SIM card, plus it did take a while about a week and a half total to unlock, the service does work like it says but it is not quick.

So in this modern world we expect an instant fix, howerer this was not the case for my cheap Chinese mobile. The whole process was about five hours, also two payments were taken one for eligability and the other for the actual unlock. Now it is completed I am delighted that I am free to choose my own sim.
