Direct Unlock provided excellent service! They unlocked my phone quickly and efficiently, delivering results in less time than expected. Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
They advertize that they can unlock an apple device from Icloud.
I paid them once (ORDER id *******) and they said me that the charge is for IMEI check which is free and anybody can make.
Then they asked me money for second time and they sent me a link for SIM unclock which i denied. I specified them that i need an ICLOUD unlock and they sent me a link reassuring me that this is the final payment and no other peyment would be needed
However they asked me again money for a third time, to unlock the icloud and when i declined they did not offered money refund but a credit noet for some useless service from their website which i do not need.
IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY

I have paid to unlock my iPhone waited for 7 days for nothing phone didn't get unlock got email stating they gave me 74.00 credit note then I have tried to use that credit to unlock different phone. But credit isn't available so frustrating this company is totally scam watch your money. I have sent email to them no reply. No contact number available to reach them it's just thru email which is totally waste of time and the money.
It was great experience I love the way they communicate with me and once I made my payment they work on and I was able to chech the status of my unlock too so overall it really enjoy their service
I cannot get any of my credit cards to make a purchase. They are all rejected and send me fraud alerts! Is there really a Direct Unlocks business?
They took my $30 and then charged me another $63 for a "final payment". Don't pay these guys anything, they will rip you off!
Dont look anywhere else. These are the people to unlock any iphone. Their service was fast and boy am i happy now. My iphone is unlocked!
I have been trying to get my old handset unlocked from my carrier Vodafone for over 2 months with no success! Took this service less than a week!
This is a fraudulent company they will not unlock your phone or refund your money you have been warned ill be reporting then to trading standards
It's a good service. Vodafone unlocks are difficult and they achieved it in a week. Overall price was competitive with what is out there.
This people are refund they let u make a payment and later tell you to pay more money for ur unlock fraud and scammers
Took 3 weeks rather than 72 hours due to Vodafone backlog, perhaps I should have been told about that before they asked for £30 to unlock the phone
It is a very easy process, no effort at all. Provide your details and they will let you know at every stage what's happening.
Very bad experience. When their system doesn't work they don't refund you. They don't even answer when you try yo reach them by mail and I try many time. Just wasteful and unworthy. Probably a scam...

ATT was giving me the run around on unlocking an eligible device. I turned to them and it was unlocked in a few days time. Would 100% recommend.
Overall it was pretty good, the time did take a bit longer than what I expected but still got the job done that's all that matters.
I have been waiting for over three months after payment, they dont answer phone and dont respond to emails either... hard work... AVOID this company
Complete scam. Does not deliver and refund process takes over 30 days. DO NOT USE! I am beside myself trying to wrap my head around it.
Brilliant service, unlocked in the time frame given and kept up to date while it was being processed, will definitely use this service again.
It's a scam, once they take your money they give weak excuses, stay away... I'd honestly recommend other guys, not these pathetic whimps
