Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
I bought the unlock on Feb 6th. 2020, I paid for the Fast track service, and so far my phone has not been unlocked. They do not answer e-mail and do not refund the amount. Thieves.

Offer you unlock for a price then email looking for more money, have fake reviews on there website to fool you into thinking they are ok. Scammers

AVOID - Extremely MISLEADING services. If you're looking to get your iPhone un-barred from a UK carrier's list of lost/stolen phones then AVOID this company. Do not pay anything. Faux services. They said they could unlock and un-barr my iPhone from a UK network but this was untrue. I asked for a refund, they then sent an email "guaranteeing" that if I paid more money I would have the iPhone un-barred and it would definitely, but guess what, It did NOT. In the email they said that if it did not work after paying the additional 2nd fee, they would then be able to offer me a full refund. Thus, again I asked for a full refund and after many weeks of getting a response, they say that because the phone is indeed unlocked (free to use any SIM), they believe they have done their job. But my phone was already unlocked (free to use any SIM) before I even approached this company. I was wrongly missold their services from the 1st payment (let alone again on the 2nd payment to them), under the belief that my phone would become un-barred from the UK carrier's iphone list. I just want my money back. I asked many times. Sending several emails expressing how I just want a refund because I was wrongly miss sold (a bit like PPI!). If you're looking to get your iPhone un-barred from a UK carrier's list of lost/stolen phones then AVOID this company. Do not pay anything. SCAMMERS

At First week waiting for the unlock for the softbank Japan that i purchase with this website was totally rubish and i told myself that i been cheated with all the scam website that i use to see B4. But i always had that instinct that saying,'NO' U have to paitent and trust first in yourself THEN people will trust u OR your work that u done.(that was an advise from my late mother that she use to advised me)With that patient and trusted that i gave them, end-up the good news came from u guys!

Purchased iPhone unlock service from Official iPhone unlock on 07/30/2016, I have not heard from the company since my purchase and it has been over 6 months. I tried to get a refund from the company directly and through Nochex, which is the payment processor for Official iPhone unlock. This is the response that I got from Nochex:
The Merchant responded to advise that unfortunately, you have purchased a pre order only, This means that a refund is not possible in accordance with their Terms and Conditions as the service has been provided. Please have a look at Official iPhone unlock terms and conditions.
There is a link to Trustmark reviews on the home page of Official iPhone unlock's website. I used these reviews to make my buying decision from Official iPhone unlock. I submitted a review to Trustmark reviews but never seen the review published on there website, so I emailed them because I wanted to know why my review for Official iPhone unlock does not show up on their site. Also, I wanted to know if they were owned by Official iPhone unlock. I have never received a response from trustmark reviews to this date.

Please don't waste your money. I paid for my unlock way before Christmas and when you look at the the order tracking it stops at 99%.
I am glad my phone is now unlocked but not happy it took nearly two weeks to do but I would use the service again x
It really works to iPhone 6 locked to AU KDDI Japan. But I cannot use my iPhone with other carrier in Japan because of AU policy.
I'd received my unlock in 8 Weekdays.
