Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
They said $30, then after that wanted $50, a few days later they now want more AND to remote in. SCAM.
Tip for consumers:
They don't respond to emails and although they say they have 24/7 customer service, that's a lie. They just kept asking for more money without even answering my questions.

Once your unlock has been "Submitted to Supplier" we cannot then cancel and refund. Pre-Orders cannot be refunded.
If, however, the unlock comes back as unavailable (apart from blocked or incorrect network reasons), you will be refunded in full.
Slightly longer than I thought but phone unlocked and can use any sim, great service, will use again.
It worked on my galaxy s21. Does take longer than expected. Downside is, it doesn't get rid of the carrier intros or sponsored apps

Hello All, I would suggest to work with your carrier provider to unlock the phone. I tried mine and find they are asking more price.

It took 10 working days to unlock my iphone 6 sprint. With email update and timely responds i am happy to say that it was the best unlock so far

Apart from the slightly longer wait than expected, but I think more down to vodaphone, my iPhone was unlocked and my tesco SIM card worked straightaway without any problems, very pleased!
