Don't even use their service. I bought iPhone icloud unlock service. Starting it was 28Euro for Imei checking after the result they asked me to pay another 30Euro then after paying I got mail that it was reported as stolen and lost which was mentioned in the first check which I paid 28euro then after 2 days I got mail that premium service available which was 100euro I had already paid almost 60euro then they asked me to pay 50Euro to unlock the device they mentioned it will be 100percent it will take 90days to unlock now it's been more than 5months and in the tracking section, it showed 99% 1month ago it started showing reported as stolen cant unlock the device. In the first report, it showed blacklisted but now after paying 3times still they are saying blacklisted and can't unlock the device. You can check their website using my IMEI on the tracking page.
So don't use their services

Forget the 24-72 Hours with a Vodafone unlock... it took 4 weeks. But it worked and now I don't have to pay Vodaf**k another penny:-)

This company is a SCAM, believe everyone who had wrote this before me.

Firstly they take your money in a very unscrupulous way by allowing you to believe that a first upfront payment is all it will cost and then hit you with a small print balance payment. I could have handled that if they had any intention of trying to perform the service advertised but it seems they didn't.

The service clocked up double the time they estimated at ten days, sitting at 99% on their pointless pretend clock with the word IMMINENT on it for four of those, presumably someone in their office gets a kick out of this as no logical, ethical company would do this.

When I pressed for more information the second time, I received an email that told me my order was cancelled because I had given them the wrong network, this isn't the case I am literally sitting with a Vodafone sim card in the phone as I write this review.

They offered me vouchers for a future unlock like some kind of golden ticket to further disappointment, I obliviously declined.

NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY, from my experience and that is the same experience that many more have written about on many review sites, they are THIEVES AND CHARLATANS.

I feel foolish for taking the risk after reading the mixed reviews, DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE.

I felt as though it was a BAIT & SWITCH scheme. Here is my reasoning: 1st you are charged a $25 fee to check your device to see if it was reported stolen, lost or BLOCK LISTED. Once the results are out you are aske to pay another $64 to get the release codes. No where on their site does it mention these actions taken by Direct Unlocks. As I was already in for the $25...I opted to spend the $64 for the release codes. It took them aprox. 12-hours to email me the codes, as opposed to their advertised statement of 6-hours. Now here's the best part! Their standard unlock instructions were fine for I'm sure most of the brands, however for this Sam Sung A03s it did not apply. I contacted via e-mail & was told that on their site it said that the prompting is necessary before placing the order for the codes. Agian there is no verbage on the site stating this. UNLOCK has very poor customer service in this area. I understand that the service is to only provide the unlock codes, & not trouble-shoot device problems. Luckily I was able to find the unlock code to open the unlock window for the device. I then entered the codes provided by UNLOCK & my device then became unlocked.

After a whole two weeks my phone is still locked and after serveral attempts of messaging them for a refund they keep ignoring my messages, aslo it seemed very skeptical once they reply at 2:02am every single time, they took out more money from my bank account which is how i verified they are scammers luckily I only had a few money in the bank and have a holder which limits me from going into debt, if i didnt who knows how much they wouldve pulled! Please avoid this site and DONT GET SCAMMED.

They just scammed me 58$. Don't use their platform. They have refused to refund my Money. Kindly keep away from them

Please don't trust this guys. They just reply to you to drag things but you won't ever get your phone unlocked.

Hi, I'm name Paul G. Today marked 2 Months since I've been waiting for my iPhone 7 to unlock. I requested the order last July 21st 2020. The iPhone 7 is under unlocking process IMMINENT for 2 Months to unlock and they promised it would've ONLY TAKE 4 DAYS, 5 HOURS TO UNLOCK. Two days after i purchased this iCloud Activation Lock Removal service from OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk i just got an email stating that my "Activation Lock Unlock" is now available and as a pre-order client i would need to pay and additional 30£ fee in order to proceed with the unlocking service. This is absolutly unfair to any customer looking for a fair and trustworthy company. PLEASE DONT LET YOU BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE ON THE WEB! This is the second time I have used the service. They unlocked a iPhone SE locked to o2 took a bit longer than usual but was informed about this.

Do not bother writing a review for the so called £5. If you do you won't get it and you will be inundated with spam to write further reviews.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! They charged me $28 initially, then requested another $42 stating the codes were ready. Then they say I will get them in 4 Days. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Feel like they scammed me. Took £19.99 off me then wanted another £24.99. Got EE to unlock it for £8.99

Easy to get sorted so good it was all working before you knew it.And it is done correctly (no jailbreak)

I purchased premium icloud unlock on 8 Feb, but yet not received. Its total waste of money. Please dont waste your money on this site.
