Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

The services only unlocks cellphones that are paid off and do not owe $$ on the account.But in case you didnt know you can do that by calling the service provider and giving them the imei number. So you can pay $75 dollars here to get it done.or do it yourself and pay with time, because thats all it take...this services is nothing special.

After recently being scammed online I really thought this was headed in the same direction since they asked for a payment then a 2nd then said it would take 2days. Once's there are no balances to be paid on the phone you are ok. If phone is cleared from any balances, you are good to go.
