Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

Did everything as instructed and no unlock. I'm the original owner of an AT&T phone and upon leaving them with phone paid off and zero owed they network locked my phone. To proceed, could you please confirm if your phone prompts for an unlock code when you insert a non-AT&T SIM card? If it does, you should be able to use the codes provided:
- NCK: 7153807268293616
- MCK: 6903072506481741

If your Galaxy S21 5G does not prompt for an unlocking code, a Remote USB Unlock is required to complete the process. This additional step is necessary for some devices as outlined in our terms:
> "As stated on the order summary page prior to purchase, if your handset doesn't ask for an unlock code prior to payment, then we will not be able to unlock the device but still incur submission costs and you will instead have to use a Remote USB unlock at additional cost."
