Le déblocage d'un vieux LG D315 La Poste a fonctionné, les codes ont été reçu le lendemain. Cependant le tarif initial affiché de 26€ s'est transformé en 2 étapes et 2 paiements pour un total de 87€. Bien trop onéreux pour un vieux téléphone et malgré les réponses du support cette double facturation n'est pas visible avant d'avoir payé l'étape 1, donc on se sent pris au piège

The process may take a couple of days but it is worth it in the end to unlock the phone
In just about 10 minutes, my iPhone was unlocked! I paid $28 and received an email stating that my phone was unlocked. However, I was then asked to make a second payment of $54. I reached out to ask why this additional payment was necessary, and they replied, "I've checked your account and can see your order status is marked as 'Unlock Complete,' so no further payment is needed. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help with!" Now, I'm requesting a refund for the $54, but they won't give it back to me. I will be writing a review on Trustpilot about this experience.

It did everything it said, but in 2 steps of payment, 1st for eligibility and 2nd for the actual unlock. Which had me unprepared and felt I was scammed a little, but I guess I did not read the fine print. Also it said immediate unlock, but it took about more than 24 hours, which again made me wish I went to a local phone service instead to do it faster.

Here's what I paid: $28.99 for the "Eligibility Check" $50.00 for the "Standard Unlock" $96.00 for the "Premium Unlocking Service" That's $174.99 total — and after days of delays, status updates saying "99% complete," and endless copy-paste support messages, I was suddenly told my phone now needs an even higher tier unlock for another $247. They didn't honor their guarantee. Instead of refunding my money to my card, they gave me a credit note to try and keep me locked into their overpriced system. Now I have no unlock and no real refund — just more upselling. To make it worse, after leaving this review, I received an automatic, generic response pretending to address my concerns. It's the same robotic message they've been sending all along — no real solution, no accountability, just another delay tactic. This is a bait-and-switch operation. They give you hope, take your money in stages, and keep raising the cost. Avoid this service at all costs. You'll waste your time, patience, and hard-earned money.
Es hatte etwas länger gedauert weil das Wochenende dazwischen war, aber es hat super geklappt. Die Simlock ist aufgehoben und ich kann das Handy jetzt mit jeder Karte nutzen. Einfach etwas in Geduld üben.
