Direct Unlock provided excellent service! They unlocked my phone quickly and efficiently, delivering results in less time than expected. The process was smooth and hassle-free, with great customer support throughout. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a fast and reliable phone unlocking service. Absolutely worth it!
Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
Great reliable service and reasonable prices i would definatly use these again and recommend them to people
The reviews were good so i gave them a try
To have my phone unlocked
Service is not possible to unlock my iPhone 5S.
Can not a £ 49.99 refund.
Requires more money (£ 109.99)
Dishonesty. Unfair. Robbed me!
Can't believe the ease and quality of this service. Totally satisfied and would definitely recommend!
Positive reviews and unbeatable price.
Needed to unlock my device for an alternate SIM.
Still awaiting for reply. They keep saying 'order is still being processed' and no update. Been 2 months and been waiting for well over the time they said it will take. Cannot contact them via phone and also emailing them and still no reply.
What is going on... took my money and no service provided what is going on.
I have been posting on your site for order status and never get a response. Totally lack of interest shown from your part.
THE UPDATE BELOW FROM THE SITE IS NOT ANSWERING MY ABOVE STATEMENT. I HAVE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS ASK FOR UPDATES AND GOT 'ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED'. ITS BEEN WELL OVER 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. THEY SEEM TO JUST WANT TO TAKE PRE-ORDER MONEY AND STATE THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND IT IF THE ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED. THEY DON'T MIND GIVING BACK THE REFUND EXCEPT THE PRE-ORDER. FOR THEM ITS TOTAL PROFIT.
Reading on this site and seeing the similar posts this is a regular occurrence and not only myself that is having the same issue.
Still no response after posting on the site and emailing.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE AS THE SERVICE THEY PROMISE IS NOT BEING DELIVERED.
I had my iPhone 5c locked to the sprint service, and officialiphoneunlock service unlocked for me. Now I can use it with any company.
Looked around online for a trusted site to unlock my iPhone 6 and decided to take the plunge and in 5 days my phone was unlocked
I have been cheated and I kept getting so much money and the phone was still blocked - I should do a good job with this site!
* Direct Unlocks attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
This company promotes a service and totally fails to supply or communicate - if you have money to waste quicker and less frustrating just to burn it
They charge for a pre order service and then charge you again when you want the code released. This is in the small print apparently. Jokers
Super bad service I submitted my iPhone 6 since December 2015 and barely this week(May 2016) after sending them email after email they finally decided to unlock the iPhone 6
Filled in the form and sent request off, couple of days later received email phone is unlocked, put sim in phone and all working. Great service
Ya it is a good unlocking sites in the Internet. But consumed lot of my time. They may have their reasons. But very good unlocking site
Speedy, especially over Christmas. Everything was clear and I was kept informed through email. Thanks
It's been over a month and I haven't received any codes or a proper response from them. They charge you twice and then you get nothing.
It took one month to unlock but they kept me up to date by emailing me, over all it is a really good site and i do recommend to anyone
Dishonest company. Advertise one price of $19.99 and then demand a second payment of $37. They use a free AT&T unlock service and charge for it.
Hi Everyone, please do not become a victim like me, these people create different accounts and review themselves!
Tip for consumers:
They crest different accounts to review themselves so that victims like us can fall for the trap and think they’re trustable

Nothing because I don’t trust anyone
It's not clear you also pay another £20. Still waiting total cost £43 for absolutely nothing. Too fed up to describe.

Thanks for great service delivered as promised, was a bit long waiting time but in the end the phone was unlocked
I decided to try this service, thinking it looked legitimate and would be able to unlock my 3rd party purchased iPhone. From the get-go there were warning signs, in particular their $28 fee simply to check the "eligibility" of the unlock. They don't clearly tell you this until you part with your 1st half of your money and then ask for even more money once the "eligibility" is determined. After that it was another $38 that disappeared into their abyss. After these 2 online purchases, you get a fake status page showing something like 5 days remaining to unlock. The countdown goes on and inevitably expires. An email to their customer service simply gives you a generic, cut & paste reply stating that they're "chasing" your IMEI, which is code for doing nothing, but stonewalling. After that I did email their Customer Service a few more times and their replies were exactly, word-for-word the same as their prior responses. Essentially I felt like I was emailing with a robot vs a human being. After the 30 days wait is up, there's an inactive "self refund" link on the status page, which mysteriously disappears, instead of becoming activated. This just goes to show that this service is not legitimate and they simply delay, stonewall, & lie, hoping they get keep your hard earned money, while performing no actual useful service. I've requested multiple times for them to comply with their 30 day refund policy, but again I just get generic, boilerplate, cut & paste replies telling me to wait more, followed by ignored, un-responded-to emails. I highly recommend reading the other negative reviews on here, as I believe most of the glowing ones are actually fake. My experience matches the negative reviews almost perfectly. I've since gotten rid of that locked phone & now know to use a local unlocking service instead of one that is supposedly located in the UK (Seychelles is their true location, according to an investigation by another victim & blogger). Caveat emptor!
Tip for consumers:
Find another, legitimate business for your phone unlock, preferably a more local one.

Their illusive phone "unlocking" service
I'm sure this company is legit based on the reviews, but it took almost three weeks before my "pre-unlock" was complete and am on day three of the actual unlock process. I don't doubt that my phone will be unlocked eventually, so I gave two stars instead of one. However, there are some things about this company that have left a bad taste in my mouth.
First, they say on your tracking page and their ToS that they will keep you updated/informed throughout the entire process. They say they have people available for support 24/7. After a couple days of the "pre-unlock," I reached out to see what was taking so long. They informed me that it was something to do with new phones not being able to be unlocked right away and it generally takes no less than a couple extra weeks. Why didn't they reach out to me to let me know? They seem to pride themselves on having good communication. But whatever...
I have a problem with this whole "pre-unlock" thing as well. They're pretty shady about it. Sure, it's in the fine print. I don't think most users know the difference between this and the actual unlock. But again, whatever, I missed that and that's my fault. Maybe they should call it "Verification Phase" so they aren't deliberately confusing customers. But what really irked me about it is that after the "pre-unlock" was complete, they sent me an email letting me know I had to pay more for the actual unlock (my fault) while simultaneously mentioning several times that I had only paid for a "pre-unlock" and that it's mentioned in several (slightly hidden) places on their website. Cool—why aren't you this forthright before the initial purchase? It comes across a lot like "now that we've successfully swindled you, we need more money for the unlock, and here are the reasons why you have no right to complain about the aforementioned swindling."
As I said, I'm on day three of the actual unlocking phase. Their site says several times that iPhones take about 24 hours to unlock, and I'm over 48 hours. I have reached out for an update and have yet to receive a response. The estimated time remaining goes down by one hour approximately every four hours. What gives? I don't know, they won't respond.
