Very good service, but be more specific about the time to take to conduct the unlock, my took 3 weeks :(

Simple *BEWARE* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a total *RIP OFF* do not believe a word of their advertisement? It is totally misleading, (MASSIVE HIDDEN CHARGES)
I paid there asking fee around £20 to unlock my phone as they promised within 48hours, SIX weeks later my phone is still not unlocked now they have sent me a e/mail wanting a further £32.99 to complete the unlock total cost £50 RIP OFF BEWARE, Also they do not refund your initial payment, RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF. ONE OF THEM PERSONAL WORST EXPERIENCES EVER, you know the feeling, I will not pay the extra £32.99 and my phone is still locked GUTTED. Ps, REFUND MY INITIAL PAYMENT IN FULL IMMEDIATELY.

Of course Direct Unlocks don't like the truth being told, neither will they do what 99% of all other company do, look after every customer and refund me personally as I have requested, so this is currently their response, (Direct Unlocks reported this review 04.17.2020 10:50 for violating Trustpilot guidelines.) But it is 100% TRUE

I am very glad to see that this company is now receiving the feedback it deserves, NEGATIVE, they say you reap what you sow, I say to Luke you may be hiding, BUT WE SEE YOU CLEARLY NOW.

At 12 MAY I send the IMEI unlock by IMEI provider kddi au but actually comes from docomo provider. Apologize for any data entry errors are given. Please help over this issue. That imei **************

But now the condition is not compatible with any provider.

Actually before unlock condition from DOCOMO but after unlock, after one weeks later was changed to kddi provider.

Please help for this

Finally unlocked my phone over a week later! No feedback or response from customer service, phone just kept ringing and no reply to my emails.

I thought the service was very quick and well worth the money I'll definitely be using it again in the future very pleased over all

They don't unlock phones. They just take money. You required to make a "final" payment which is declined. Then they make off with your funds.

It was productive. I will refer it to anyone. Might takes a minute to unlock if its locked with a certain company but it'll work!

Come up as £20 then ended up charging me £50! Took over a week. I tried to cancel and asked them to stop it and refund me and they ignored 3 emails!

Absolutely shocking! No response what sk ever. Complete rip off!

It was my first time doing an online unlock but this was a fantastic service and I highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with how it all went took couple days longer than expected but overall I'm very pleased

Unlocked my Samsung S9 after 17 hours. Didn't respond to my emails so had to visit a phone unlocking shop

11 months and my ipad still locked on Apple ID

Why no action... no reply to numerous emails... no refund

PLEASE READ TO THE END - DO NOT USE DIRECT UNLOCKS AKA UNLOCKS DIRECT
I have not received the service, instead I was asked to pay an additional £30. I have reported this as fraud to my bank. There is nothing mentioned that the customer doesn't pay for unlock but for pre-unlock itself. Strangest thing happened - I received their email saying: "Thanks for requesting an explanation of our purchase process. On the Order Summary page on our website (prior to payment) it states the final unlocking payment required (see attached image). However, I did not request an explanation, this tells me that they know there is nothing on their website telling customers the unlock is not going to take place unless they pay double. See reviews.co.uk. They call themselves UNLOCK DIRECT or DIRECT UNLOCKS. Its the same company. On my bank statement it says NSX*UNLOCK DIRECT. After complaining to them, I get a standard reply saying I only paid for pre-unlock. Also they said they are going to fully refund customers if they unlock the phone elsewhere. I had it unlocked free of charge directly by the operator (I wish I knew before that I the original operator can do that for me), sent them the information which they can verify as they have a tracking system in place, but instead I get yet another standard email. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! IT IS A FRAUDELENT COMPANY!

First you ask 20 and customers doesn't know that you ask 70 more later it should say clearly in the beginning how much it cost the whole process

They got me for $37.00 don't let them get you Call your credit card and get your money back! Note if they don't take Paypal it's a SCAM!

They charge me $99.00 and it is been more than a week and still not been unlocked. No emails no nothing, I think I was a fraud victim.

I paid for my phone to be unblocked, with an initial small amount. After the first payment ($28.99) the company sent me to a page that said "My process was ongoing, and but they would require more money". So far without provided the promised service of unlocking, at this point, they promised to unlock with a further "$45". I paid the extra $45 they asked for, considering at this point that $73.99 would be worth the hassle. After both payments total I have been waiting for phone to be unlocked and no news... for 3 days.

*****Update! --Total Scam.
I waited 3 days for my phone to be unlocked, and as my bank payment cleared, they reached out with a "your phone is not possible to unlock this device with a remote unlock code via IMEI." This is sent to me AFTER their website clearly and unambiguously labeled my phone as model and company in their website, and they promised to unlock immediately after each payment. After Payments were made, they asked for 2-3 days... and after, they said I need a remote technician (see automated reply below from their company fyi).

Now, they "acredited" me $45 USD, and they are charging me $220 USD (minus $45, so $175 USD) to have a live technician unlock my phone. This would mean, they want a total of $203.99 for the service.
I can easily go to sites that will get me this done for $160 USD with no bull, and no wait. However, this company has failed to keep their promise, and has taken 3 day of my overseas vacation, where I am unable to communicate because of the current wait.

I consider my money lost.

It's not okay when they charge you 28 and then 45 and now they want to charge me 280 dollars
