Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

The unlock just works fine, everything is so simple, all you have to do after the unlock completes is to activate the phone the normal way..

Is a SCAM service, you pay and they say that is valid for unlock, then say that phone is in LOST mode and it's completely FALSE, phone is in CLEAN mode.

I paid twice for the service, the first payment made says its a half payment which was so deception but I continued to pay the other 50% percent. In total I paid 43.99 pound. I waited for two days and they send two codes which I enter as per the instructions and I got a message says unsuccessful. I contacted Customer Service and informed them then they say take a video and send as evidence the codes are not unlocking the phone. I made the videos and send to the Customer service in which they said they will contact their Suppliers. I waited for another two days then I got a response to reboot my system and enter a different code they send. I did that and took the video of how I was following the instructions. I send it to the Customer ServiceAgent and he said he will contact the Suppliers again. I waited another 2 days and the Customer Service Agent said that the Suppliers said to reboot my phone again because the code is correct. Mark, I have done all that they have informed me and I provided video. After 12 days with the back forth email I asked for a Refund and the Customer Service Agent stop responding and I send numerous email saying that I will expose how they are treating the customer and I got a response from the Customer Service Agent saying the code is correct hence the delay. My experience has been horrible and the way the company is behaving makes me lose trust in them and I want others to be aware. I have attached pictures of the conversation and also a screenshot with the amount of video I have submitted to them showing that the codes are not working and I need my refund, as of now I have not gotten my refund which is Not okay. The delay has inconvenienced me so much and I have accepted that I will not have my phone unlock and resorted to have to purchase a new phone in the country that I'm in. Very upset about this and I will not accept this kind of poor customer service, people need to know how they treat their customers.
Tip for consumers:
The first payment is only half the cost to unlock the phone and they will send another amount saying they have to pay this amount in order to complete the order or else the order is not complete and you will not get a refund.

Recently my iPhone 5s stopped working. I thought of the locked Sprint iPhone 5s I still had on hand from a prior cell phone contract. I was aware unlocking is possible, but because I had recently moved to Europe and am no longer a Sprint customer, I knew I would need professional help with the process. I discovered OfficialiPhoneUnlock via web search. I noticed that some other similar companies did not even offer unlocking for Sprint phones, and after many years of poor customer service from Sprint I could imagine this would make the process as slow and difficult as possible. I must admit I was a little nervous after reading several poor reviews online, however I appreciated that OfficialiPhoneUnlock was HONEST about the situation and let me know UP FRONT that unlocking my iPhone would take longer because of Sprint being involved. I also felt the price I was quoted (about $72 USD) was fair and much more reasonable than paying $500+ for a new phone. So I prepared myself for a long wait. Unlocking took 15 calendar days - actually quicker than I expected. During that time I received 3 update emails from OfficialiPhoneUnlock assuring me they were making progress, which really eased my worries. And they could not have made activating the unlocked phone any easier. I merely inserted the SIM card for my current cell phone provider, allowed the iPhone to connect to my home wireless network... made a few standard configuration choices on the iPhone - very similar to what you must do after updating iOS... and that was it! I always objected to locking as a practice on the part of cell phone companies to prevent customers from seeking better rates and services from their competitors. So that makes me all the more pleased that I have been able to put this no-longer-Sprint phone back in service! I encourage anyone who wants to unlock a Sprint iPhone to let OfficialiPhoneUnlock help you! Just remember it will take some extra time to work through the process and be patient.
