Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I tried several unlock website, non could solve my problem. Direct Unlock came to the rescue. My phone was from my former employer and it's having some contract payments left on it. I tried to contact Apple and carrier for unlocking without success. Direct Unlocks stepped in and fixed the issue. They negotiated the payoff of the contract and unlocked the phone. I'm now enjoying my unlocked phone. I recommend this service.

I like everyone else i see in these reviews thought it was a scam also but if you just take your time and read through everything and most importantly be patient! You will see it's not a scam juss a multi step process to assure your phone gets unlocked mine did take a little more then they advertised on there timer but live support was always there to answer my questions and in the end my order got prioritized and unlocked in that same day! I have a IPhone 14 IMEI: **************. At first I thought it wasn't going to work since we tried the first route, but direct unlocks figured it out in 2 quick ways. When the first route failed, they were able to quickly let me know and then they offered a better route for more (worth it). I would highly recommend this company to unlock your phone. They unlocked my Iphone 11 to all networks. It was such a fast, efficient service. There are so many companies out there doing this sort of thing its really hard to know who is legit and who is a scammer. However, i would totally recommend this company to anyone. I was out of the states when I realized that my Sim card was locked. I found Direct Unlocks and used their service to be able to use a different sim card. It took 1 day and I was able to use my phone with a new sim card. No issues, fast and reliable. Definitely would recommend if your in a pinch!

If your phone isn't prompting you to enter an unlocking code when you insert a non-AT&T SIM card, it looks like you'll need a Remote USB Unlock to complete the process. This is common and, while it does require an additional fee, it's a reliable method to ensure your device gets unlocked properly.
You’ve already made substantial progress and it’s unfortunate this extra step is required, but it's detailed in our terms:
> “An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device.
