Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

It took from March 12th to March 25th to unlock my phone at a cost of $221.99. It was simple but long process. You're inform every step of the way and they give you a clock link to let you know when your techs are working. Overall a good price and service was provided.

After buying a phone off eBay without the knowledge and it being locked to AT&T, I got it unlocked through DirectUnlocks. If the seller would have paid it off with the money that it was bought from them with, I wouldn't have had to pay $150 after these stupid "Processing Fees" that were charged to my bank.

At first I thought aa. Let me give it a try for a moment I thought they are going to just take my money and nothing is going to happen. But for my surprice they are legit and took care of me it took hafe of the time like 3 days or so but it's worth the wait highly recommend it.

Pagué 78 USD para desbloquear el IMEI de mi celular. En todas las reseñas dicen que se demoran minutos, pero una vez que uno paga dice que puede tomarse hasta 7 días y que está en los T&C, no son transparentes. Cuando supuestamente ya está liberado, sigue sin funcionar y en el proceso de conversacion con las personas de servicio al cliente, no contestan en un periodo mayor a 24horas. No es un servicio transparente y NO funciona.
