Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

Details were honest upfront with the hidden $50 extra charge on top of the $28.99 charge. I needed my phone, and it stated 7 days. I run a business and 7 days was not going work for me. So, I inquired for the $50 refund, I was stupid and paid it. They sent a long explanation as to why they could not refund me. So, I the next morning, I drove an hour to get the phone unlocked from cricket. They said it was unlocked but was not. So I went and had to purchase a new phone. Please put all information upfront. And stop surprising people with added charges.

I started the process and was asked to and paid £23.99. Then towards the end of the process I was asked to pay a further £48.00.

In short the phone was unlocked quickly but the cost was not transparent at the beginning and I felt that I had been duped as to the cost.

When I first visited their page, they promised to send me the unlocking code for a phone that I had recently bought. I paid the price that they asked me for (US$28.99), and a couple of minutes later, they told me that is was only for verification. That after that payment, I had to send another $50 for send me the real code.
That's is illegal. They didn't tell me in advance that it was a 2 step process.
If I have been told that the total process would be completed after 2 payments for a total of $78, I would've made another decision.
But they intentionally hid the truth in order to get my money.
I asked my money back and they told me that it was not refundable.
It is a scam. Beware. Do not fall in this trap.
NOWHERE ON THEIR PAGE DO THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS. AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT IT'S WITHIN THEIR POLICY, BUT THEY NEVER CLARIFY IT FROM THE BEGINNING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL STEAL IT FROM YOU.
THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY MANIPULATE THOSE REVIEWS.
THEY EVEN RESPOND NEGATIVE REVIEWS IN ORDER TO SEEM TRUSTWORTHY, BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE ROBBERS.
