Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

A little pricey, ran into an issue and took a little longer than expected but they got the job done and at the end of the day that's what really matters.
Just reached out to see why my order was taking longer than the given expected timeframe and they assured my they quickly let me know they were prioritizing my order and would resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Based on reviews I read, the company is supposedly convenient and reliable.

I was skeptical at best when I found Direct Unlocks via a Google search, my bank even flagged the purchase as suspicious... But I took the risk anyway, and could not be happier! Took a few days to get my schedule to align with the technician from India, but once connected it took him less than 10 minutes to get my Verizon phone unlocked and working on the Total Wireless Sim. Was a little pricey for the live technician service, but still saved me from having to buy the same phone from Total for $499...

Wow I'm impressed! I have to say it took a few days for my phone to finally be unlocked but they kept their promise. I had to get a premium unlock but the company was very open and hones. I had two phones that I was making payments on at T-Mobile. I really wanted to switch to Mint mobile, but needed to get my phones unlocked. Enter Direct Unlocks. They got my first phone unlocked quickly, easily, and at half the price it would have cost for me to pay it off at T-Mobile. Well first I was under the impression that there ("cutting edge software ") would tell me if my phone needed unlocked. And I wouldn't have spent the first round of money if when I entered my idme and it said locked so I continued on. Thinking I was getting my unlock don't instantly and for $29.after that I was informed it was gonna cost 50 more to do the unlock. So I go on and do the so called unlock as they claim there cutting edge software is showing a locked phone. Just to find out it wasn't instant and I got my sim in the mail from visible wireless and I installed it while waiting on the so called instant unlock just to find out it works fine. So I installed a friends sim and it works as well. When I get the unlock code I sent direct unlock a message no reply. I believe there cutting edge software done nothing for my already unlocked phone. I'm now working on getting my money refunded for false advertising.
