Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

Hi, I followed their suggestions and my brand new, unopened I-phone 13 from T-Mobile was unlocked using their premium service. The previous user received the phone as a gift and never opened it. T-mobile claimed there was a balance owed. Direct unlocks did get it unlocked and now I use it on my Verizon network with no problems. The process took over a week so be patient.

It took 5 days for them to get it unlocked. When I first purchased it said 24-48hrs. I did t like how I had to pay 3 different fees and it took 5 days to unlock.

The process was easy and they had my phone unlock code to me in a shorter time than advertised. It was a little pricey but well worth it. It was cheaper than buying the same phone unlocked. The cool thing is I still owed on the phone and they still came through. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

Alors je possède un Iphone 12 mini acheté au etat-unis en mars 2024, je l'utilisé sans forfait, juste en support de mon imac et ipad, en juin 2024 j'ai souscris un forfait chez SFR pour avoir un numéro que j'utiliserai pour toute mes application de sécurité uniquement et non pas pour mes affaire courante, en plus sur un iphone et l'ecosysteme d'apple l'aspect sécuritaire été parfait, mais lorsque j'ai reçu ma carte sim, il était indiqué CARTE SIM NON VALIDE, j'avais beau l'enlever, la remettre, effectuer les derniere mise à jour, mettre une autre carte sim de membres de ma familles, rien à faire c'était bloqué, je compris donc que mon telephone été sim lock après quelque recherche sur internet, j'ai donc tapé sur google "unlock carte sim iphone" et je suis tombé sur le site "DirectUnlocks" j'ai vérifié le nombre d'avis, la moyenne des avis, lu quelque avis positif et négatif, puis est pris la décision d'acheter la prestation de ce site sans vraiment être sûr de ça fiabilité, une fois le paiement validé, les instructions données rassures car elles sont cohérentes, on sent qu'il se passe réellement quelque chose, donc le site nous explique ce qu'il fait étape par étape et un conteur s'affiche pour moi 3 jours, mais en réalité ça à pris 5 jours ou je commencé de plus en plus à douter les dernier jours, mais ce matin, je reçois comme indiqué un mail de direct unlocks qui m'indique que mon telephone et unlock sim et effectivement, je peux maintenant utiliser mon forfait SFR et j'imagine tout autres opérateurs vu que la prestation été de unlock sim le telephone. Je vous recommande ce site, il est fiable vraiment fiable.
Car Direct Unlocks ressort dans les premieres recherches google lorsque l'on tape "Unlock mon iphone" donc vous avez un très bon SEO, mais aussi car j'ai vérifié vos avis sur un site fiable comme "Trustpilot" en regardant la quantités d'avis et la moyennes de votre note + la lecture de quelque commentaire positif et négatif pôur connaitre les raisons des deux cas, j'ai également vu vos réponse aux mauvais commentaire qui encourager à poursuivre la procedure de unlocks et qu'en cas d'echec il serait remboursé, j'ai donc eu confiance à ce moment là.
J'ai choisi la prestation UnlockSim, car j'avais ce problème sur mon Iphone et après des recherches sur internet qui m'orienté à la fois sur de mauvaise solution et à la fois sur la bonne solution, j'ai choisi d'acheter cette prestation comme dernier recours et comme n'ayant plus rien à perdre.

I was definitely skeptical at first, not gonna lie. Especially when I found out there were 2 payments. BUT it's worth every dime! They unlocked my phone before the estimated time. The quoted me 3 days and they literally unlocked it the very next day. Less than 24hrs. I was very pleased and shocked!
I had paid for phone service for a phone I thought was unlocked. The service was on but the sim was locked to AT&T. DirectUnlocks was able to unlock my phone and I was able to continue my service activation with my new phone company with no issues after that. I HIGHLY recommend them!

No sooner had I submitted my IMEI number than I got a message informing me that my phone was able to be unlocked.
I have used them several times to unlock other phones and have always been very happy with them.

After my mom passed away, I made the decision to keep and use her phone. The screen on my own phone was cracked in several places, it was an older model and was generally in bad shape. Demorou um pouco, pois o mesmo tinha 2 restrições, além do aparelho ser bloqueado para uso no BR, pois compramos de terceiro nos EUA, o proprietário anterior não pagou o aparelho. Então, tivemos que pagar o desbloqueio do sim para uso fora do EUA por $28 e mais o celular por $316,00. Isso com desconto, porque o valor seria $855.
Porque queriamos o celular, já que pagamos pelo mesmo.
