Do not use their service. They are just full of bluff and cheat. They charged me $28.99 stating that they will unlock my phone. Once I paid, they asked me for another $50 stating that initial charge was for check only. Now, they are stating that I need to pay premium to get my phone unlocked. Never use their service. This company is the biggest scam ignore all them fake reviews you'll wait 7 days to get a letter saying they can't unlock it and you'll only get $80 in credit they won't even give you a refund after lying about their services not to mention they charge you $30 then $50 after you pay the $30 so if you decide to cancel you just got scammed out of $30 this company should be shut down and every single employee should be sued down to their last penny.

Mi hanno tirato dentro chiedendomi €26 euro per fare una verifica. Poi altre €82 per completare il lavoro. I codici inviati non hanno funzionato dicendo che avevano avvisato che il servizio non avrebbe funzionato con telefoni che non chiedono i codici al riavvio. Questo messaggio non è stato mai mandato e non era assolutamente evidente facendomi così cadere nella truffa. Adesso dicono che per fare il reset da remoto servono ulteriori €162! E' UNA TRUFFA ORGANIZZATA STATE ALLA LARGA!
