Direct Unlocks

Borrowed a phone off a friend whilst mine was being fixed. The phone was locked. I didn't know which network it was locked to and paid £4.99 to this company to find out which company. Naively I then paid a further £23.99 for the unlock code - only to be asked for a further £30 to release the codes. I stopped before this thankfully, and found out you can get these codes free from the Networks websites. I emailed the company for a refund of the £23.99 as the order was not completed. They then sent me the unlock code without the need for a further £30. My phone was already unlocked at this point so the code was useless. I emailed again asking for the refund and they have failed to reply. You DO NOT NEED this website. Unlock codes can be obtained free from the phone company's websites.

What can I say except simply amazing.! Had a phone that's been locked for about 2yrs that I purchased from Ebay used and the seller said it was Factory Unlocked to my current cellphone provider which it was not. Did some research online and also on YouTube but couldn't figure out how I was gonna unlock my phone or what network it was currently locked too. So I'm starting to get frustrated and luckily ran across Direct Unlocks website and read some reviews and decided to take a shot in the dark. A little bit of information about the phone you want unlocked and a network check provided by the website I forget the cost on that but wasn't too expensive and had my answer in about 5-10 minutes max. I opted to use the Remote USB services the price was not to bad but if you have the extra cash do it. Had to download a website provided by their technician and we communicated thru WhatsApp follow the instructions the technician provides you and your phone will be unlocked in no time... Would definitely highly recommend this site to anyone and everyone who has been dealing with this issue and doesn't know how to go about getting it done... Devious how the ask for $28 to unlock then suddenly you get an email saying they have to have another $85 to fi osh it! Crooked! So after more than 2 weeks they said they can't unlock my phone and won't answer my request for full refund because I didn't get what I paid for! They say ask ATT which is the first thing i did! Incompetent! Crooked Stay away

This company scams you for your money. I originally paid for my unlock on June 7,2022. First payment was of 19.99 GBP and second payment of 30.00 GBP. I reached out to them several times in July 2022, August 2022, September 2022, and November 2022 with no luck. They didn't respond until I wrote a review for them yesterday. I just want my money refunded. They came back at me saying I need a premium unlock. My concern is why did it take over a year and me to complain for them to finally realize it's not working?

I don't need a credit note as I don't want to use their nonexistent service.

Please save yourself the hassle and don't get an unlock with them. Use cellunlocker. They will 100% refund your money if they can't unlock your phone. I have used them several times in the past.

Please give my money back.

Everything was easy and smooth. Instructions were clear and it worked pay a small fee and just wait for two days and bang! The problem was fixed!

I have been waiting for about 3 months to get my phone unlocked from this website and every time I try to contact them, they send me an automated email ignoring my request for a refund. The website promises to unlock your phone within 10 business days, it's been about 3 months. They take your money and longer with their automated emails clearly showing that they are never gonna take a responsibility for the failure to u lock and refund for the unsuccessful service. This is a shady SCAM website and need to be reported to the authorities!

I responded to attractive offer suggesting I could get a quick unlock for £14.95. I started the process and the price increase to £23.95. Reluctantly I continued only to asked for a further £30 part way through the check process. I immediately stopped as where does this slow extortion end? I have also stopped my credit card as DU have too many personal details and I don't trust them. It's not the right way to do business..

Been waiting Over 2 years to get my device unlocked. May 26 2018 when I submitted my order. Today, 5 August 2020 it was saying two hours left and now I just checked and back to 4 hours left. What a joke. Can't get. A refund can't get my device unlocked. Bunch of garbage. Don't waste your money or time. There is no guarantee or real time frame of getting your device unlocked. Buyer beware!

Still Not working. They should know my phone is not compatible with AT&T as I told them the carrier I want to use but they lure me to pay for an expensive service to unlock my phone then throw itaway because it's outdated. Bad experience and waste of money. Scammers and fraud company

Bad experience. Can’t refund or get any credit back. I think for my case it’s their fault. They ask for the carrier that I want to use but my phone doesn’t support their network anymore.
Why unlock it if the carrier doesn’t support it.

Id give the tech whom remote via usb and connected with me on WhatsApp, he made things a lot smoother and very simple. You should have a separate category for the techs whom actually we connect with I'd give him/her a 5 STAR.

Your site advertise instant unlock, all 3 of my phones took more than 2 days, unacceptable, and every single one of them is a flag ship phone, and yet it ends up as a credit note?

My credit note isn't showing nor your site will take my email used several times.

They charge you twice to unlock your device $28.88 just to tell you they can unlock it, and then charge another $50. To unlock it after you pay them twice then you find out it will only work if your device prompts you for unlocking code when you insert an out of network card which mine didn't, and they refused to refund my money even though they didn't even give me the code yet.

This company is full of half-truths stay far away

So when they ask to make the final payment, i tried paying twice and got charged twice and still the bar was at 50%, i waited for my phone to be unlocked and it was stuck at 99% for a week now. I dont know what to do as the website does not provide any help. As far as im concerned this site is a scam

I started my unlock in July. It is now November and it is still not unlocked. I have made multiple attempts to see what the problem is, how I can help, and if possible, a refund. Per their policy, if they are unable to unlock the device, under certain circumstances, I am eligible for a refund. I have received nothing but an automated responses on all of my attempts to reach them.

It was faster than I expected to get my phone unlocked

Excellent service. Submitted order at 11 am and was unlocked by 6 pm (web site suggested it could take between 5 - 10 days). Was preparing myself for lots of grief wrestling this phone away from 3 UK but it was a breeze. After getting the unlock confirmation email, just popped the giffgaff sim in away we went. Would recommend to others and use again.

I started going through the online form and submitted the IMEI, paid 19.99 at first and then after some time asked me again to pay for another f***ing 30.00 more stating Worldwide/Any Network/Premium Service but didn't get any unlock code whatsoever, no service, nothing. May God punish you for deceiving so many people!

Used service after reading reviews some good some bad. I would highly recommend. Locked iPhone 6 with O2 was unlocked no problem took about 4 day as weekends don't count. Was mailed when done new sim works perfect - thank you!

Worst experience ever, they get paid, ask for more money... even after getting that, they still didn't unlock my iPhone 6S. They said 7 -10 days, I gave up after 8 weeks! Total scammers, so frustrating especially when other people are trying to run genuine companies online.

Although I thought you people will take long period of time and also you can be fake. But when your second confirmation email came to me too early i was just tension free to see that mail. My iPhone 6 has been unlocked within one week, thanks...
