Paid $28.00 to unlock my iPhone. They never mentioned any other payments. 2 hours later (after my payment is cleared) they asked me to pay another $273.00 as a final payment. They said $28 is for pre-order eligibility checks.

This is a very professional scam. They are very good at fraud, and eat you piece by piece. Professionally designed fraud company. Please be aware!

This company is an absolute rip off, please don't use them. A few days ago I paid £20 to unlock an iPhone 6 and (I have the screenshots) nowhere at all did they mention there would be another fee of £56. If you dont pay the second fee then you don't get a refund. Really unbelievable. Please use any other company other than this one. I'm seething with them!

I came across this website and it was to good to be true! The original price was $14.00 but the $#*!s charged me twice $22.69. I contacted them and they were so $#*!ing rude/mean. They say they have all my information and that they were going to posted on social media. Which i don't give a F... They refuse to refund my money... them they send me an email asking for 19.00 extra charge. My phone was never unlock. But i'm report as a fraudulent transaction through my bank. And I'm getting my money back...:-)

This company were so great and helpful even when there was backlog out of their hands, due to their connections they made sure my phone became priority. I'm extremely happy with the price (compared to other online and local shop prices) and I now have an unlocked phone to any network, so whether sell it on or keep it once done I will always have an accessible phone. Their customer service was always on hand and updates were sent regularly. So despite the length it took to unlock they did their best to make sure I understood the situation and constantly tried to speed it up. Definitely would recommend this company and their services to anyone!

No início foram cobradas um valor de 28 dólares e depois me cobrou 50 dólares pelo desbloqueio padrão mas o meu caso não entrou no padrão então me enviaram o valor do desbloqueio premium onde finalmente deu certo!
Estou super feliz com isso!

Took a little longer than expected (1 week) but after reading the description this can be because of the network provider and not OfficialiPhoneUnlock.
Overall very good comms and very easy service.
Really pleased, would def recommend and def use again.

For days I've been looking for a site that could unlock my AT&T iPhone 6. Everywhere I looked they wanted to much. I even asked my friend who works at apple and he wanted $100 bucks and it was going to take about week. So after searching and searching I found this site and went with it. It took less then 24 hours. Oh i cant forget about this, it was cheap. I will refer everyone to use you guys. Great service. Thank you.

They don't clearly say that you have to pay a fee to check if the phone/device is eligible or not. After that if it "passes" they charge you another fee to unlock it and sometimes (this was my case) it takes ages to actually get a response from them and they didn't unlock my phone. They keep sending the same emails that everyone is getting and they won't refund the money. Don't use this service. Try other alternatives, but whatever you do, if you pay them you will not get your device unlocked.

A reasonable price of £39.99 to unlock my iPhone 6. The service provided was very efficient with email updates. I was actually surprised this was completed over the weekend, since I submitted my request to unlock on a Thursday evening. I've now tried and tested my unlocked iPhone with another SIM.

You have one happy customer, as I've tried endless number of times to unlock it directly with O2. However they kept saying that since I bought the phone via third party, then they are unable to unlock it. I had no intention in changing over to another network, but it's very useful to have a local SIM when I travel abroad. Thank you for your great service. I had taken this Sprint Iphone to two different unlocking services and both ended up giving me my money back because they could not do the job. Finally I decided to try these guys and while it took awhile they were successful at getting the job done. I am sure glad I decided to give these guys a try. I will be using them again next time I get one of these Sprint locked phones.

Big Scam! I paid way more than any unlock service before (I also had to pay twice! Some kind of "first step" is required, to see if they can unlock the phone, I should have known by then). They didn't manage to unlock my phone. In order to get my money back, I was told, I had to send the proof of purchase of my phone, f. Ex. Bill. Which I did! Since then no answers, no refund! I tried to contact them again, they only send me a generic answer. I pressed for an explanation, since then no answer... Stay away, if you want to keep your sanity and your money!

False advertisement in every way. They advertise instant unlocking but in reality it actually takes a week. IF they can even unlock it which usually they can't. They will not refund you under any circumstance other than a credit for another unlock, which is the same as no refund. Stay far far away from these people. There are far better companies out there.

I just want to say please guys go ahead this website is not fake like others. One of the Excellent service within 19 days, my iPhone 5 from japan Soft bank unlocked. I'm really so happy with this service and it will definitely will work, you just wait the time which is they will say when you purchased. Basically they charge you $28 to just look up your phone and see if it is eligible. You can do that for free. Stupid tack on cost. Then they charge you $42 to actually unlock it. I probably should have done more thorough reading on what I was buying but the main reason I'm there is to unlock the phone not to see if it's eligible.

I paid them the full price, in 2 increments, amounting to approx. $68. After their estimated time of 2 days, the progress was noted at 99% and "IMMINENT" for time remaining. My emails have gone unanswered, and it is now 4 full days. An absolute scam, and they are located in England, I'm sure, to avoid any US lawsuits.

This guys are the real thing, they will get your phone unlocked.
My phone is an iPhone 6 plus locked to T-Mobile USA and I need it to use it internationally, it was done on time as promised.

Phone unlocked to any network within half hour.
Although I thought it was only going to cost the initial £11.99, I didn't realise I had to pay the extra £26 to actually unlock it. But I didn't read the small print, just wish that was obvious before paying the first payment.

The service itself was great and fast so can't complain.

Website says one price, two days later more than doubled in price!

Fully prepared to pay £19.99 but then a day or so later i get an email saying pay an extra £30. As if that isn't bad enough theres rumours all over the internet that after you pay that they tell you phone is nicked and iCloud activation unlock can't go ahead.

As if all that isn't bad enough, they refuse to refund the initial charge saying its a deposit...

I am very grateful for the phone being unlocked and working. I did however doubt the process once I initially signed up as your pricing is very ambiguous, misleading and not clear. I also attempted to call the help line and was left on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. I did appreciate the email updates despite the phone taking weeks to unlock rather than the suggested 3-5 days. Now that I am familiar with your processes and understand it takes longer than suggested, I would use your services again.

I needed my ICloud unlocked from a motherboard I bought online. Apparently it was reported as lost. This company first charges you $50 to just do a "check"…be sure to read the fine print! After this "check" you are prompted to pay another $50 for the iCloud bypass. After paying $100 I was told my iCloud could not be bypassed. They issued me a $100 credit, which I will never use. Don't waste your money.
