They took my questions and the pages do not have plus the option to talk to them. 90 days have passed and not got neither the service nor returned the money that was paid. Attitude of those who live damaging people... My order ID is ******* (21/Jul/2015)

I was really sceptical about getting my phone unlocked online but thought they seemed reliable so emailed and spoke to someone about the method of payment, I was reassured that my payment would be saved. My unlock was delivered in 2 days and it all works perfectly!

After purchasing $28.99, There will be an eligibility check, then after the check they will notify that I need to addition al $91. Then they will explain that the $28.99 si only for eligibility check, which is not even mention before I purchase the Service. Their refund policy does not refund eligibility check. Avoid this website

They ask for price to check whether it could be unlocked or not. Then they ask separate price to unlock. And after paying that too they ask, not able to unlock use premium service to unlock. Which is the cost of mobile itself.

Direct unlocks will take your money, not have your smartphone unlocked.
1st of all they will charge you 2 payments then the 2nd payment will be more than the 1st.
After a few days it will say your order is 99 % complete.
I emailed them a few more times but no more responses back.
They are not going to get away with this I promise you.
I already contacted my credit company, filed a complaint with fraud.
I have no problems paying the charges to have my phone unlocked but this is a scam.
Definitely would not recommend or please don't send Direct Unlocks any money.

Pure scam, dint EVEN consider placing an order, they will take your money, or even ask for more money after a few days, in my case it was a week. They said that will be no additional cost for phone that is still under contact, but imagine, they ask for additional 110 dollars, and if you don't pay, they will not refund initial cost of 28 dollars. I was naive, they took my 10% salary (yeah salary in my country is around 350 dollars) and now they will not refund, and even asking for additional payment. I hate scammers like that, ill try to report that to uk authorities, but after detailed search in site they said that i accepted that they will not refund anything. Be warned guys, this site is pure textbook scam!

Dont use this wed site they will scam you. After you do the $28.00 payment your phone will not be unlocked till you pay $50.00 extra. Go to your carrier you will unlocked for free. Karma will get those scammers

Don't trust these guys. They lure you in with a low price and the promise of expedient service but the promise is empty and the payment you make is just the first of many bills they will send you to unlock your phone. I've already made two payments to them. They spend two weeks "unlocking" my phone then suddenly they told me to make yet another payment to them or wait six months for it to be unlocked. That's when I had enough of their B. S. and asked for my hard earned money back. They refused to reimburse me and said that I needed to wait 6 months or fork over even more dough. Don't do business with these con-artists. You will waste your time - perhaps 6 months to be exact, and money. You will regret it, trust me.

Typed in iMessage number said unlock £19,99 paid got email saying you got to pay £29.99 so I paid and now unlocked but it should be clear these ate con artist stay away. These need reporting to trading standards

This is a scam! Shows online that it'll only take 24hrs, i've waiter one week! Then received an unsuccessful notice asking for more money, then a refund link but after clicking the refund link there's no option to proceed!

Informed them my situation, they assured me they can unlock my perfectly legit phone. I paid promptly online. It's been more than a week and they have not contacted me in any way. Don't waste your money!

It said unlock your phone for £23.99 which I thought was expensive, but I thought I'd give it a go! At no point did it say that there would be another payment required until I'd paid,
If it had said it was £44 and a few pence then I wouldn't have gone ahead with it In the first place! That says to me these people are con men keep away!

First off they make you pay $30 to make you think they're gonna unlock your phone, then once you already paid the $30 they make you pay another $50 without telling you before hand to actually "unlock" your phone. After waiting 7 days, when the estimated time was done, they email saying they can't do it, so they made me waste a week waiting just to tell me they can't do it. Then they wanna give me a credit to their website like i'm ever gonna use this useless website again, and of course they also don't respond to emails asking for my money back. Don't use this $#*!ty website it's a scam.

They do nothing and will charge you. Your cc company will also charge you a fee because its basically an outside of courntry cash transaction! Totally hidden from you until charged. Fine print will say its not for unlocking to get out of being responsible for anything. They are nothing but modern day crooks. What they say will show up on cc does not show up that way. Crooks on many levels.

I paid the initial $28-$30 for company to establish my phone could be unlocked.

Then I paid the $91 to unlock the phone.

Then I get notice that company actually cannot do what it says it can do and you require $265 to "engage" a Samsung technician.

I'm asked them to refund my card for which they refused. If I knew there was even a remote possibility it would cost $265 to unlock, I never would of engaged this service. That's just the beginning of the shaddyness. Nothing they advertise is true in my case.

It's a classic bait and switch.

Anyone considering using this company, DO NOT DO IT! You will end up feeling manipulated, foolish, embarrassed, and angry...and out $130.

It's a scam company run by people with no conscience.

They will charge a fee to check your phone imei without telling u. Then u Pay another fee to unlock. I did pay however after 5 days. It went to server down. I waited 30 days and still nothing. I email and nothing. Base on their policy they should refund u. Still nothing. No reply, nothing.

Very misleading in there pricing. I paid £17.99 then after 24hrs I received an email saying my code was now ready & when I pay an additional £29.50 unlocking payment I will then receive my code.

Complete con! I will not be making other payments.

I see others who say this is a fantastic service & code worked. I just wonder did they just foolishly pay the extra monies without realising that these people are dishonest & draw people in who are desperate to get their phones unlocked?

I'll make this short but straight to the point. I have one word to describe officialiPhoneunlock and that is "OUTSTANDING".

I never imagined that the process I went through is real. I took the risk of having my iPhone unlock not knowing if it wil be unlocked or not but to my surprise a miracle happened and I cannot explain how grateful I am and thankful to everyone. I thought its hopeless but the customer service is so fabulous that they are really effective and efficient on updating me about the status.

Finally got the codes. It only took 16 days and $100 I don't recommend. They initially say the price is $20 then you get an email saying the codes are ready but you need to pay another $80. Then turns out they aren't ready and it's going to take an additional 16 days. Unless you've got a ton of time and a ton of money go somewhere else

After paying what i thought was a fair price to unlock my iphone 13 pro max the emailed me ack saying it was going to cost more money. 280.00 more to be exact. The only phons they might be able to unlock are old models with a perfect imei number. Hell anyone can call the carrier and get there phone unlocked with a clean number. But they hide the fact that you are getting nothing for first payment. This site is a scam to get your money and nothing else.

I ordered for my iPhone unlock on 26th Dec 2019 and paid around $50. I received only one email response when I enquired about the status. After that, no reply for multiple emails. After reading online reviews and from my experience, this guys seems scam. Stay away.
