Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I ordered for my iPhone unlock on 26th Dec 2019 and paid around $50. I received only one email response when I enquired about the status. After that, no reply for multiple emails. After reading online reviews and from my experience, this guys seems scam. Stay away.

I have contacted and paid money to unlock my iPhone 6 (Total network), But unlock was not successful and I got a mail stating that I will be getting 44.95 pounds of refund. And its been more than a month but I didn't get any refund. I sent several emails also but no response.
I don't think this is a trustworthy site to unlock your phones. BE CAREFUL!

The first transaction was $25, and they said I needed to pay for the next transaction to make it work. I paid €42, but even after 7 days, they still haven't been able to deliver. They don't respond to emails, and I've lost $75. I hope someone will report this to consumer protection as soon as possible.

Was advised there would be a delay of up to 12 days as my carrier was Vodafone. This was completed in just over a week. No problems and was updated regularly what was happening. I didn't have to plug my phone into iTunes it did it over my mobile data. Great service

They charged my credit card and never rendered the service. I have tried to contact them through email multiple times, and no one replied back. They basically stole $70 from me. They didn't unlock my phone from AT&T although my phone is not under contract or being financed. The fact they don't even reply back tells everything you want to know about what kind of company this is. Unfortunately, I have to report it to my credit card company to investigate this fraud. My advice is stay away from this company.

Stay away from Direct Locks they are a fraud, they defraud you and then tell you system cannot unlock but they will give you a credit for the next phone, who unlocks a phone every year. Very bad business stay far from them

Attracted by the 1 to 6 hours unlock service I've decided to give directunlock a try, only to find out 48 hours later and a few emails that they were not unlocking my device. I called the manufacture and they send me the unlock codes within 5 minutes for FREE. I ask directunlock for a refund because they didn't perform their promise and at that point I got an email saying they don't do refunds sorry for my luck.

I usually don't write reviews but if you are about to unlock your device think twice.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it, they don't stand behind their promise and won't return or unlock your phone. Call the phone provider that the phone is locked to and they will tell you your next step.

I was misled by this company thinking they could unlock my iphone. After paying $28, they told me they could not unlock my phone but I needed to another $130. I refused, and they sent me an email that I would get a refund. I tried to contact them so they could process the refund. Never heard from them. I wrote a review about my experience, and they sent me an email indicating they would send me the refund if I remove the review.

All the favorable reviews on their website have been fabricated. STAY AWAY!

This is a scam website. I have ordered a unlock service with Order ID ******* on 03/Mar/2016 04:27:09 but still(It almost One Year now) they showed it With supplier as status. I also requested for refund but even after various mail they never responded it.So don't order any service this website is a big scam.If you want prove check in their website order tracking page and enter the IMEI: **************(after complain this in this forum they removed my IMEI tracking page with sorry no order found, you can see the original status before removing the page in the attached picture here)

I've used directunlocks several times over the past few years. They have been great. I placed an order oct 29th, was only supposed to take 5-7 days. Since then I have sent 3 messages on different days with no response from them. My phone is still not unlocked and I've asked three times for a status update on what is taking so long. May have to look for other unlocking companies in the future. I've used DirectUnlocks to unlock every device that I've owned and never had any issues until now which is why I given three stars. If they do respond back and provide an update I will change the rating.

Needed to unlock an iPhone6. The service was really easy to use, regular emails keep you posted on the progress of the unlock and the whole thing only took a couple of days. It's a shame that it's a bit on the pricey side and while they do say that you pay in 2 instalments (the unlock request, followed by the actual unlock) I think it's written in such a way as to be easily missed. I knew about it, but see from other reviews that many didn't realise. More transparency on costing needed I think! Anyway... Overall, fast efficient service, great communication and would definitely use again for ease and reliability.

The unlock itself took quite long due to Vodafone problems and too many iPhone 6S that had to be unlocked but that's not the fault of OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk;-) First I had problems with the credit card payment but the support responded within minutes to my e-mails and helped me perfectly. They lead you on however many times you let them with no results. Initially they lead you to believe they're going to unlock your phone within a couple of days so you make the payment and they tell you it's only 99%, so you want another the final payment so you give him another payment then they ask for another payment after that they're liars and scammers that's it
