Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
I don't know who people give them 4.2 star rating. I give money 2 times. First they charge 20£ for eligibility check which is can be checking free on 24imeicheck.com then 33 or more 30£ for unlock in 2 working days. When you give them money nothing happens in order tracking.no body helps you. Your whole money gone nothing happens. They big scammers of the world.don't be fool by them.

They give you a low price and no notice that is for a "verification" then they charge almost double the first charge. This should be optional and they don't tell you until is too late, then they have a policy of no return for the verification charge. This is a scam.

They never replied to my emails and took my money without any communication further. Really disappointing. Also, they send system generated emails to win your trust which asks you to pay more and the money gets on hold with them. I really had a bad experience!
When I paid for this service they promise you 72 hours maximum...
4 and a half weeks later it's finally unlocked!
For this privilege I paid £15 more and waited 4 weeks longer than what my local phone shop offered!

I had to wait more or less 10 days using the premium service because it was locked from the provider. Very kind customer service but a bit expensive, but if you want high quality you have to pay more.
Ordered an unlock code for $28 and then an email arrived asking for a further $116... customer support unwilling to refund but offered a few dollars discount off the $116... shameful practice and should be reported to web ombudsman...
Paid a total of 80 dollars to have my phone unlocked then get hit with a $255 dollar charge to finish my process. I will never use they scaming $#*! again. Won't even refund my money back, applied a 50 dollar credit to a service I will not use. TERRIBLE
Overall, unlock works fine so far. Very fast service and reliable. The only downside is that the full amount is hard to be found on the site before ordering. Im still curious to see if the unlock will still be working after an iOS update.
Quite happy with the service, there was a slight delay but this was down to the old network provider and I was updated about this which helped. My iPhone is now unlocked and working perfectly, can't argue with that.

This page is a scam. They take money from you they don't offer you any service and then they don't answer you anymore. No refund money wasted and taken to sit and for two months that they do not unlock my phone and do not give me any more money...
Our experience was second to none as due to us being given wrong contract company in first instant you kindly re loaded it back into system and gave us a voucher to the full amount and it was successfully unlocked at no extra charge to ourselves. As not very computer wise (in our 60s) Paul from the company kept us well informed at all stages of the procedure giving us complete peace of mind.
Horrible - after waiting 2 months and several emails etc, I ended up paying my phone provided $35 to unlock my iPhone 6 Plus which they did in 5 minutes. Something these clowns couldn't do after 2 months and paying them over $100. Complete joke!

Was initially skeptical at first, considering that unlocking a docomo iPhone 6+ is nearly impossible. I paid to pre-order the unlock and I was genuinely shocked when the unlock came through. Very happy with the service and the fact that it delivered on its promises. It took about a week but that small wait is better than having a $1300 brick. Now I can finally use the docomo iPhone that I bought in Japan. Would recommend this service without hesitation.
Not that it was OfficialiPhoneUnlock's fault but there was a delay in my IPhone being unlocked. This was do with Vodaphone but the communication was great and kept me updated.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if/when required.
Dreadful, stay clear. Gave up checking if my phone was unlocked after a month. They put something on the site saying it may take a few days longer due to the iPhone 6s coming out but like I say, at least a month and I gave up and bought a new phone. A waste of time and money. I contacted them several times and after they robbed me off twice they blocked me from contacting them further. A sorry lot.
This is a clear scam company, they will take your money and make you wait 2 months and tell you that your phone is black listed even though that it is not and they won't refund you the money

I had moved to Australia and had my I phone locked to Vodafone UK. I tried numerous ways of getting the phone unlocked but to no avail. Someone recommended this site to me and I'm glad they did. The whole process took five days but I was kept informed throughout. I am very pleased with the service.
Overall experience was really good,but price was a shock to pay £11.99 and think that was payment,and then to be asked for another £36 I thought overall a bit expensive so wasn't happy with the price.
I tried unlocking my device months ago which they made me pay a couple of fees. But then the device wasn't unlocked. About 3 days ago I found out that they gave me credit as a refund which I was able to used as payment to unlock another device. It worked out successfully

When you read the website it says if they can't get you a code they will refund your money. NOT TRUE, they tell me I've purchased a pre-order witch is not refundable. I purchased what was on the main page of the site, didn't say anything about a pre-order. Don't use this site. Your just throwing away your money.
