I have had 3 iPhones unlocked 5 & 6 which where locked on o2. No hassle just took abit longer then expect. The good thing was they kept me informed all the way. 100% genuine will be using them again.

Same story popping up everywhere about this "company". You get your iphone checked independently using CHECKMEND, you're report comes back clean, you go ahead and pay for an unlock and 10~15 days later you get a message saying your phone is blacklisted, no refund. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. UPDATE THEY EVENTUALLY REFUNDED MY MONEY AFTER ALOT OF TOING AND FROING

Tottaly scam, the 50 punds are gone and no unlock is done, no one answers emails! Be aware that once You paid them, they now hawe all Your credit card details including ccv numbers, becay use there was no reddirecting while entering card details! I changed my credit ard for security reasons!

I upgraded recently to Vodafone with so much hassle I've now cancelled contract
But needed To have phone unlocked, couldn't use Vodafone as they didn't recognise My new phone IEMI number so used this unlocking service, I was a bit sceptical but received my unlocked email yesterday and today purchased an EE SIM and it worked straight away didn't need iTunes done over WIFI in shop

I needed to unlock my iPhone 4s so paid these guys $10 to check and see if the phone was blacklisted, the $35 order #******* and then another $58 for order #*******. Today they asked for another $190 so I started looking on the internet and they are definitely a huge well organized scam. Their phone number *******084 is incorrect and does not work. They do not answer emails sent through their contact us box and, the check your order button is full of false information. I have heard allegations from others who were scammed that the owners behind this company are Kenyan and associated with the Russian mafia. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company "officialiphoneunlock.co.uk" conducts blatant fraud

Paid £50 for icloud removal and got NO REFUND with a reason that my phone is in blacklist. In fact my phone IS NOT in blacklist which was confirmed by 7 different IMEI checking services.

All the bad reviews have been either deleted or "being checked"on the trustpilot.

Came across this device and was eager to get it unlocked, obviously didn't have 1400 to pay off the device. Went to direct unlocks and got it unlocked within days.

So far I have managed to unlocking 2 phones without any problems I deeply appreciate the service provided by Officialiphoneunlock and highly recommend it to others.

My experience was amazing less than 10 minutes and it was ready to use for any company!

Quick easy cost more than I expected, did not realise there would be a second payment until we got to it

They do not specify that the first 28 USD payment is to "validate elegibility and that the phone model/carrier selected/etc is the correct one, until they ask for a second payment to "actually unlock the phone".

They are clever enough to avoid PayPal...

Total scam, told me they couldn't complete the unlock as my iPad was marked lost/stolen, Apple confirm that it is not marked as such, no communication, no refund. Avoid

Plz plz plz,, do not believe this site. 100% fake,,, they charged me twice to unlock icloud $30 and $46 but it's been a month. They haven't unlocked yet...

Made an order 2 days later asked for more money. Story is that they messed up and will cost more and will take more time. Will report them to the credit card company.

I was very happy with the service I received. Communication was clear and timely. I had a phone unlocked for Japan and after having done a software update everything is still working perfectly.

Lived up to the promises. Ordered Thursday and by Saturday was up and running on the network of my choice. So much easier than previous experiences of men with laptops on market stools.

Payed 20 pounds and then after 1 day they requested another 80 to unlock the phone.
After doing more search found out that this is a big time SCAMMING site.
How come it's not banned yet?

Don't trust these people. They ask for payment twice without any unlock done. When you submit IMEI for unlock, device is CLEAN, after you make payment, they Blacklist your IMEI and then IMEI end up to be in LOST/STOLEN mode and they claim no unlock can be done due to blacklisted IMEI. Bunch of Scammers!

First I thought this was a scam but now that my phone is unlocked I think it's a really good service I would recommend this to anybody that wants their phone unlocking it was fast and easy all you have to do is put IMEI Number into the search bar and away you go very quick in easy and very pleasant service would recommend to anybody that would like their phone unlocking
