Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
When you sign up says something like 15 pounds but then had to pay another 36 pounds to get the codes. Codes worked through and seemed very thorough

THIS "COMPANY" IS A SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THEM NOW! I Initially paid $28 (of course they don't tell you how much it'll be until it's almost too late,) to find out if my phone was capable of being unlocked. $28 later, they said yes absolutely we can unlock it w/in 24 hours! Then they hit me with another charge of $50 to do it. I checked their refund policy which said if they were unable to unlock it, I would be refunded. I paid the $50 (I'm now all in at $78) the system immediately told me it would take 6 days and 21 hours to complete, but I could track my order. Yay! Six days & 21 hours later and they send me an email telling me that they cannot unlock it, but they have credited me $78 which I'm able to use on their site. However, they ONLY service they offer is to unlock phones. I only have one phone and they couldn't unlock it so I don't know how they think giving me a credit on their site will help me? Let's not kid ourselves...they don't care about me or you, this is a giant money grab scheme, I'd run far, far away from them now.

They list that they have a refund policy, but they refuse to refund you. They only offer phone unlocking service. They could not unlock my phone, so they gave me a credit to use on their site, which I will never use because I sold the phone & have no need for them. They charged me twice the first $28 was to make sure they could unlock it. Then charged me another $50 to unlock, once paid, they said it would take 6 days & 21 hours to unlock. Then they emailed me and told me my phone was "hard locked" although it says in my phone "sim locked."
Do not do business with them! They are criminals. This company is a scam! They stole my money. You cannot even find their address because they are hiding.
Found this site and selected an unlock advertised as From £14.99, went through the process and payment came to £17.99 which I was happy with.
THEN received an email advising that this was only 50% of the cost, and had to make an ADDITIONAL £19.40 payment in order to complete the order. Having checked there was no previous page during the transaction that advised that there would be TWO payments.
I will be requesting a refund for the second part of the payment as this would be termed as misselling.
The code has arrived albeit after 21 hours when advertised as delivered between 4-12 hours and works but not happy that I have had to pay £37.39 when I believe the original price totalled £17.99.

I Disagree with your response, as I have screenshots taken at the time of purchase which DO NOT state it's a part payment. You have Now updated your website so it does show this is a part payment.
BUT a the time I purchased this was not the case, hence Mis selling. My complaint has now been escalated to the Which Legal team as mentioned in my email correspondence to your selves.

Boost kept telling me that my network was unlocked but it wasn't. I was switching to Verizon. No one could help me. But, Unlock Direct did. Very satisfied.

This company is a SCAM. They not only couldnt unlock my phone but decided to not refund me either. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks. I waited over two weeks initially for the simunlock. I was being understanding, as the company told me they were having issues. After two weeks I asked for my refund which the site clearly states it gives. They gave me "credit notes" which is states no where online at all they even do, and have refused to refund my money further. I ended up going with Mikellunlocks from ebay. It was ten dollars compared to this 50 bucks and it was done in a matter of minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO TO EBAY MUCH EASIER AND SAFER!

Very quick service, was unsure because it was on the net but read the reviews and went for it ordered on bank holiday weekend and was done before end of that weekend all I would say is READ all the t & c, s.
It took awhile for the unlock to actually follow through but they notified me every week and let me know what was going on. Although it took awhile thankfully it was done. Thank you!
I have paid three payments total 100 pounds and still waiting to be unlocked. I am responding to my emails. Since the last premium payment waiting more than a month. I have my doubts.
My phone was unlocked without too much trouble although it did take a bit longer than originally estimated. Once done though, it was unlocked without any problems and my wife is a happy camper.
This is the second time I buy an unlock from this website. Even though this time there was a problem, the staff kept me updated and now my device is unlocked.
Filling a dispute with my credit card issuer is the best way to get my money back. The first payment of $32 dollars is no refundable only to check the IMEI.

Wow, these guys know how to mooch money and they still exist under various names. I ordered the unlock on 13th, paid the 20 GBP (mind you I'm from India so this is almost 1.7 grand INR for me). Since it didnt move beyond 3% in over 24 hours (considering their TAT is 1-2 days), I paid another 10 GBP (yes, stupid me) to ''FAST TRACK.'' As soon as I paid, it jumped to 40%. And then? Once they took all the money they can from me, (unless they offer a faster than fast track facility), its stuck at 40%. I wrote 4 emails asking on the TAT and got ZERO response. Why aren't they blacklisted yet (at least in an apparent first world nation like the UK) is what's surprising me NOW that I know all their positive reviews are faff. Guess I got to put my law degree to use & sue them. Unfortunate decision, an even more unfortunate lot of scammers this website is.

They took my mone and said they could unlocked my phone then try to give me a credit with my money to use it again who would use something that don't work want my money back
Not taking the time to look up this company track record costed me a lot of money.
They don't provide the service they say they do, the site they refer to check the Clean status of your phone is obviously bogus since it said clean before I ordered and Lost/stolen after the order so they could justify their not unlocking the phone and not refunding the money.
I've went through 3 service purchases on their site: 1st the pre-order, 2. The regular unlock and 3. Since the phone was under contract another order of a "worldwide unlock" or 100% money back guarantee (I have their emails offering the service).
Since i couldn't get a reply from them, I contacted the payment gateway Nochex and they are honestly starting to look like they're in on the scam as well. OfficialIphoneUnlock is obviously bogus and scamming lots of people but continue to be reluctant and coming up with excuses to not refund my money.
If they don't refund me I'l go to the bank, my lawyer and present a complaint to Electronic Fraud Unit of the EU. I'll go as far as I have to, to get my money back.
Also the website TrustPilot seems to be in on the scam as they immediately flagged my bad review of OfficialIphoneUnlock.
This is bordering on organized fraud and crime.

You need to have little patience, because unlock work is not so simple and easy and take a little bit time but you can trust them, they will give you full satisefaction.
