Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I placed an order at the end of March 2022 to unlock an iPhone. As many have stated, they double charge you. The first payment is to "validate" that your phone can be unlocked and the second payment is to actually unlock the phone. This is NOT made clear in the purchase process, but since they confirmed that they would be able to unlock my phone, I decided it was worth a shot.

The order was submitted on March 29th and I am writing this review on May 24th. It has been almost two months since this unlock was requested. I have emailed them 6 times throughout this process over the two month period. They say that they answer every email but I have only received two replies stating the same thing... that they are "currently chasing the IMEI" and there is zero resolution on this issue.

I have contacted them requesting a refund, but have yet to hear back and honestly do not think that I will ever hear from them again. I have attached a photo of the order tracking. This shows the time frame as I stated as well as the only two replies I have received from this company.

I will be looking further into other avenues to report this business to (BBB, etc) and would strongly suggest not choosing this company for any of their services.

No a good compay be aware. Expensive and thieves. Put a iphone to be unlocked took a month to let me know they cannot do it after charged me 100 dollars

I paid initially for a check to be done on my handset. Direct Unlocks returned to me with good news the handset can be unlocked, for a further fee. I did go ahead with the second payment. They then returned to me a week later with an update that unfortunately they could not unlock my handset. Instead of a refund, they offer me credit which is useless to me. If I wanted a refund I had to prove the handset was not in contract or blacklisted, which it wasn't. They conveniently offer a link to a site to perform a free check. What do you know my phone was blacklisted. (It absolutely isn't) I bought the phone prepay and it was sealed in a box direct from Vodafone. I paid an independent provider to carry out a health check on my handset, what do you know 100% clean. (1) It's clear they have affiliates with the health check site they gave me a link to, also note this related site has just as terrible a reputation. (2) They were paid a fee to check if the phone was eligible to unlock. Why say it can be unlocked then not fulfill the deal, then not offer a refund. I will tell you why these guys are 100% untrustworthy. Do NOT do business with these guys. I took a chance out of desperation do please learn from my mistakes. You will only lose your money!

They will advertise one price only to say give us another 50 to unlock it. Then they will say it's too hard to unlock and they can't do it.

UPDATE! Finally got a response. Got told that the company was taken over after I had lodged my unlock, and that because my transaction was done prior to them taking over the company they can't refund my Money! They also told me their was pretty much no chance my ipad was going to be unlocked in the 1st place! AVOID! Waited almost 10months for my premium unlock only to be told it's been cancelled. No reasons given as to why and all I was offered was a credit which I can't even use on another premium unlock. DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY. I'm $130 out of pocket for nothing!

Don't trust this "company,, 8 mounts ago I paid 43 £ to unlock my phone, they don't anwear to mails not answering the phone, definitely its a scam.My phone its still locked. Don't use this company.

If your Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G is not prompting for the unlocking code, it seems like the next step for us would be to move forward with a Remote USB Unlock. This service is required if your phone doesn't ask for an unlocking code when a non-AT&T SIM card is inserted.

This service is real shady, I put in an unlock on a device given to me by my brother, he broke contract with carrier, I put in to get unlock and paid estimated $28 was then directed to track unlock through link, when I clicked on link, I was hit with another fee of $43 to complete unlocking process, was directed again to click link to track process, only to be hit with a different fee of $14 to get priority (skip the line feature) after all these payments and 10 hours where the process is at 66%
I recieved an email that my device does not follow agreement and that device is stolen/lost and I would not receive refund to card but get a store credit this is unexpectable and very misleading,,, again lost/stolen is not correct the device broke contract,,, I feel that this company is a fraud site, and out to scam customers
