Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

Don't pay for this, after first payment they will send another email for second payment and even after that they cannot unlock and keep the money. What a scamm!

They r not able to remove icloud activation screen. They ll take money but never refund money I paid £48 but they couldn't unlock my phone and refused to refund. Going to sue them

Thieves I paid 2th January 2020, and never unlocked my phone. I contact them and said this is taking little longer to unlock? After five months lier and thieves.not waist your time and your money.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER UNLOCK MY CELL PHONE PURE SCAM. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SCAM SERVICE BE CAREFULL. AT LEAST IF THEY STEAL MY MONEY THEY SHOULD UNLOCK THE PHONE BUT I THINK THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

This company is a SCAMMER! First I tried unlocking an iPhone 6S+ given to my daughter by my cousin, this phone being out of contract already and fully paid. Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!
Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They are just SCAMMERS!

I had my iPhone 6s, which is tied with T-Mobile, unlocked via OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk. I learned about this site from a blog and thought that GBP 20 is ok to risk to get my phone unlocked. I ordered and after a quick couple of days, got an email stating that my unlock is ready and will be made available to me a week after I pay GBP 75. I wasn't aware of the GBP 75 fine print so I was hesitant to pay the balance and started suspecting it was a scam. After reading mixed reviews about the site, I took the risk of paying the amount and after 6 days, I got an email notification telling me that they are still working on it. After another 2 days, I got an email instructing me to insert any sim card because my phone has already been unlocked. So I did and it worked!

I would have given a rating of 5 stars if OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk has bluntly stated from the beginning that the GBP 20 is just for a pre-order (a sneaky way for the company to earn our nonrefundable 20) and it should emphasize that there is still a balance that we are expected to pay in order to complete the process. This is to avoid their clients for having the feeling of being tricked. Other than this, I am happy with how easy it was to get my phone unlocked remotely.

BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!

Avoid these SCAMMERS. They ask you to pay £14.99 then once you have paid they will then ask you to pay £30. They will not actually remove the icould from the phone but they will keep your money and would not give it back.

officialiphoneunlock.co.uk scammers and blackmailers

I purchased an unlock for an iPhone locked to Softbank Japan for 89.99 pounds, with a turnaround time given of 15 days, i paid by credit card (they dont offer a paypal option, i now know why). After 30 days i contacted them and ask for an update, they did not respond, after another week i contact them again with no response, 2 days later i contact them saying i am starting a credit card chargeback. In which i finally got a response, saying the unlock could not be processed since it is blocked in Japan and because it is a blocked i am not eligible for their so call 100% money back guarantee. I decided to follow up on this, where 3 different independent services come back stating the phone was clean and NOT blocked in Japan, this blew their explanation out of the water, once i contacted them about their lies, i was replied to; stating that if i was to go through with a credit card chargeback they will Apple ID Activation lock my phone, now look since i know it is impossible for them to do this, i am pushing on with my chargeback, but at the same time its blackmail.

Trustedreviews.eu on their site is also fake, this same review was deleted there
