Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I had a good experience in some areas as it was easy to do. However it took almost a week for it to happen!
My iphone 4 was unlocked. Everybody told me that it cant be unlocked but officialiphoneunlock did it.
FRAUD - no refund possible and no service delivered. This is insane service - refund only to your balance that is unuseful!

Took 12 days to unlock phone even after paying priority fee. Cost approx £60. Took couple of days to reply to any emails
Came up on google search and stated approx time taken to unlock phone was 4-6 hours

3 weeks since I've paid, my phone is not unlocked, they don't answer the phone after 30 mins(08 number) and the don't answer my emails

The unlock was very quick. All I had to do was give the IMEI number and the rest was history. I had to pay an additional fee as O2 charges more
All they do is steal your money, then no refund, and they certainly do not unlock your iPhone either.
I like it. It was a good and easy experience. There were no issues. The process was very smooth and the instructions were easy to follow.

We have 2 Unlocks still processing. Both have taken a lot longer than quoted and we are still waiting.
They did not provide unlock code during expected time frame in which I paid for. When asked for a refund, they did not refund.

It was supposed to cost $30 to unclock my iphone.
But after I paid $30. It said I need to pay more $50 to unclock it.
I do not believe it.
It's very $#*! service I suggest don't go with this. I unlocked my phone someone else and after they we unlocked it's very very bad service
