False advertising

Horrible...just Horrible...they advertise 2.55 flask 6oz. No funnel. I ordered 24 and got charged over 12.50 a piece...don't ever buy a thing from these people and their customer service is well below par...and if you want to ship them back you have to pay for it...stay away far away

We ordered mugs for a trade show. We understood the only limitation was not to machine wash. We used them for about two weeks and handwashed every time, the logo which is basically a superficial sticker started to fall off. We contacted customer service, we emailed them 4-5 times and they never responded. Called twice and indicated they would review our claim and contact us. Its been almost two months since then and no answer. It is clear that they do not want to address the situation and fix the order. How do you hand out mugs whose logo doesn't last a few washes? What does it say about your company? Certainly this will not happen to us again.

We ordered custom printed mugs a month ago. Order showed in process 2 weeks ago with expected delivery date. On that date I went online to check status and it showed "pending approval". My account showed approval done 3 weeks ago. I called and they informed me they were out of stock. No one contacted me until I contacted them a month after the order was placed. Terrible customer service and now I don't have them for the event they were ordered for. We wasted days designing and placing the order. Stay away from these guys, they have no idea how to run a business and no clue about basic customer service.

Lesly Allison was really helpful and the art department got my proofs back to me quickly. I'm now waiting for the piece to arrive (just ordered it this week) but I'm sure it will look great If past experience is any indication it will be excellent. Thank you discountmugs.

This company is a joke! My delivery date was over a week ago, 12 out of 50 have arrived and "they can't find the rest of my order." The ones that I did receive are junk and I'm sure the label will wear off after a few washes. If you look closely all their products have 5 fabulous reviews. Unfortunately I only read their reviews and didn't do more research. Hopefully others will find this site before getting scammed.

Only half the order was delivered. We received one pallet of boxes that was supposed to contain 850 custom-printed mugs, but when we broke it open after it had been at our receiving warehouse for about 2 weeks, we found that there were only about half that number. I called to ask if there was another pallet somewhere, and was told that we were outside of the 7-day-from-receipt complaint window and that there was nothing they could do.

EMBARRASSING product quality
September 29, 2021

I ordered 300 Logo water bottles 4 years ago for an event and the quality was amazing. Last month (8/21) I ordered the water bottle for 175 guests with our logo and as soon as I put ice and water in the sports bottle, the logo immediately began to peel off! I am beyond embarrassed to have given away to our friends and family such an inferior product. I tried working with DM customer service and that has been an exercise in futility. The whole experience has been awful and I strongly suggest you choose another company to work with if you want a quality product and helpful customer service.

Washington Montenegro could not have been more helpful, in terms of advice, best price for the product I want and quick shipping... as well as being extremely kind and polite. I am extremely pleased with his assistance and expertise! Would give him more stars if I could!

I have worked with Maria Giusti since the beginning and she is wonderful! She always remembers everything I have ever asked about and makes reordering such a breeze! We have gotten everything from pens, candy jars and specialty glassware for our bar and our customers love it all! Avoid this online company. The wasted an entire day for me trying to buy tee-shirts. Priced a tee shirt with a design at about $8.50 at a different site. I asked this company to attempt to bring it down to $4-5, and they took the entire day, needed to see all artwork, repeating over and over questions, telling me they couldn't open an attachment. All I wanted was to put a simple photograph on a tee-shirt and they came back with $19.17 a shirt. Don't waste your time, if they sense you are in "need," they act accordingly and try to take advantage of you.

Many better companies than this. I'll follow-up on this trail and give the recommendation of who I ended up using so you can avoid these group and go to someone better.
