Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza and some parm bites from the Domino's on Big Spring Street. I am very upset of how my food turned out. The manager seems so stressed out that he couldn't do his job effectively to do great customer service. I think the Domino's needs to have more help for him if he can't seem to do a job correctly. It's not my problem you're short staffed. That's no reason to give bad food or rude service. I would not be returning to that particular location due to the manager's rude service when I had a complaint. I myself work all night and just wanted something hot to eat that tasted good but when I tried it it was tasteless and nasty but thanks bro. I should have eaten McDonald's I waited the same amount of time. He did refund my money that's all he did right

You people need to learn how to make a sandwich it could be a good sandwich if it was made like the picture you guys are advertising just in this little review mine never looks or taste nothing like that sometimes it does

We have ordered many times easy online ordering fast delivery and notified on time when they would be delivering. Pick up was on time and friendly staff. Would recommend all on menu you can add or remove certain items like mushrooms etc. very hot delivered. Will be ordering again.<3

My friend and I came to Domino's Pizza at the one at 163 Old Colony Ave on Friday, 12/7/2019 in the afternoon around 5 PM. We ordered pizza and pasta total cost usd 68,90.40 minutes after we were seated, our tepid food arrived. I had to ask for more water, and our server never returned to check on our meal, and we had to flag her down to get our check. Every table around us was seated and eating within 10 minutes. Very disappointed overall as we had been looking forward to this.

I ordered four times, the first time they didn't have any drivers, the second time my driver got into a car accident, and the third time they brought the wrong Pizza... I'm not even getting compensated.

Today I place the order for a no contact delivery when I received my order one of the items was in disarray however I contacted my local domino's and they addressed the issue promptly! I didn't have to wait for a credit or discount off my future purchase. I appreciate that level of customer service!

My daughter ordered a pizza in Uniontown, PA yesterday and there was a PENIS drawn on her box. After speaking to the general manager we were told the delivery driver (who has worked there for years) is not an employee at the location (yet he delivered the pizza in a Domino's uniform). We were also told that random images have been appearing on the boxes and it happened in printing they had no control over it. We reached out to the franchise owner who we have yet to hear back from and the corporate line was busy with other callers. There was no order label on the box either which also seemed odd to us. The only other person we heard from was the delivery guy himself who rambled on and gave multiple excuses for it and argued with me about it. This is a poor representation of your company and a poor way of handling the situation!

I tried to place an online order 3 times last thursday and again today it kicks back and refunds my payment with in mins tells me theres an error with the store and to call, I'm at work I dont have the means to go out. I'm also not always able to do phone calls as I'm hearing impaired!

So been over a year since I ordered from here and yet again it's shown me why I don't bother all sauce no cheese. Toppings all over the place and of all things to forget is the cheese burger sauce on top ‍ all I could taste is tomato paste. Buzzing.Burnt my natcos and don't get me started on how the food looks. Honestly don't know how these people are being shown how to make food but this is no way to be running a business. I did try leaving a complaint on there site but is no way of doing so. Never again will k order from any of the domino stores. Waste of money and effort

Domino's is our absolute favorite pizza place! The store that is located in Bloomington Indiana close to us does a fantastic job everytime! The pizzas are always delicious and the employees are nice and always on time! If I could taste Domino's 10 stars I would because they deserve it!

I haven't called a dominoes in years but tried to order a few weeks ago and was told 1 hr n 45 min delivery time (I live 0.8 miles from this particular store BTW). I declined and will NOT order from ever again

DO NOT get pizza from Domino's. They get orders wrong constantly, their website is irritating and confusing to use, it doesn't work half the time. They don't even cut the pizzas. The food isn't nearly as good as it should be for the price. They forget the sauce, so I have to go digging in the cabinets for some, heat it up, and get so frustrated that I'm not even hungry anymore. They're the worst pizza place I have ordered from. Even Little Caesar's is better.

On 10/29/21 I purchased 2 pizzas from the Camden, Arkansas location. I have to say they were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten from this store. The quality was horrible, stale crust and undercooked with not very fresh toppings! How can you screw up pepperoni and cheese?
I am never eating there again and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Disappointing Pizza.
Ordered Large Pizza with the Italian base which should be a thin crust - when arrived it was thin on the outer edges but thick, stodgy and undercooked in the middle of the pizza... nasty.
Phoned to complain and Domino's offered to send out a new pizza which they did, but unfortunately I received another pizza with undercooked dough. I hate to waste food but these were not fit for consumption, so had to throw away.
I will not be returning.

2 days ago I had the worst pizza ever from domino's. I usually like my pizza. But I waited for them so they were fresh. I drove all but 4 minutes to my house to be disappointed that there was little to none cheese on both pizzas. 2 days ago... as you can tell I'm still bothered. I think they just lost me.

Picked up a 3 topping pizza a few days ago at the drive thru. Paid and the employee handed me the pizza. It had been sitting there instead of under the warmer. After opening I discovered it had very little topping on it.

Ordered a 5 topping pizza tonight. Opened it to find only four skimpy topping that had been placed in the center which made the center cook wet and none toward the outside which was dry.

This appears to be known by corporate who has launched a nationwide policy for missing toppings and other issues.

I believe this is corporate policy and not the employees fault as they would have you believe in the commercials.

Well they put me on hold for 20 minutes kept hanging up kept calling back they are so lazy don't want to answer apparently they are so busy bull$#*! they just don't care about customers he will bring company down you dont like your job find another one loser

We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for outer son from domino's pizza on ******* collier blvd in Naples Florida. The pizzas were just disgusting and not edible. I called the store the manager was just as disgusting and refused to acknowledge the pizzas was bad. Posting pictures for all.

Received food that was not cooked completely. I called store asking for manager. I attempted to explain my situation and he got defensive that he made/cooked the product so he knew it was cooked correctly. By his remarks, he was calling me a liar. Then, I asked for the District Manager and he said he was that also. I express how upset I was and he told me that he owns the 4 locations. He made it clear that he didn't care if I ever ordered from Domino's because we are the largest pizza chain in the US. The manager did the following;
1. Immediately offensive
2. Dismissive
3. Rude
4. Claim he owned the 4 locations in the area, and didn't need to worry because they are the largest pizza chain in the US.
5. Claimed he would give a refund, but have not seen anything yet.
6. I have been ordering pizza from this location since 2015 (at least based on the online record)

My husband and I ordered a pizza by phone, when we got there it wasn't ready said they never got order, no be deal. While we were there the person behind the counter accidently put the wrong order on our debit card. They said don't worry I'll make sure it comes right off. We paid for our pizza and left. Well two months later, four trips to Auburn store and several call we still haven't got our $18.35 back. What has happened to old fashion customer service. This NEVER should have gone on this long.

This product. Isn't what I call bad just poorly managed. Telling a customer you can't accept a 50$ for 46$ order because they don't take certain types of bills. Not sorry you're getting the door slammed shut on you and never ordered from again. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Domino's has adapted well over the years to whatever may be the challenge. Technology, competition, pandemics... you name it, they tackled it. Food is decent for the price as it's always been. Glad they're still around, can count on them being anywhere you're stuck at.

Just have to say that their new commercials are the most ridiculous I've ever seen in my life. They use REAL tomatoes? Wow. They're made by actual people and not machines?!? That will make me switch to Duminoes!
