Domino's Pizza

They touch the phone and cash register and go head to make the pizza. This is so bad. I will personally will not be back or make any more order.

Unbelievable, the worst store I've ever experienced. Food sat for 45 minutes under heat lamp. Salmonella!?

I always tip well. Never bring napkins when requested, bad service and deliveries don't give a $#*!, specially the branch on Mass Av. Cambridge, MA

My favourite place to eat! Probably the most amazing pizza in town! And the prices are ok. Loving the house speciality!

I completed and online order January 11 2023 I inadvertantly ordered a pizza from the Mountain Veiw CA store in error. I was in Cypress TX at the time. I TRYIED CALL the Mountain veiw Store for hours total 10 call no answer however some calls did go to the call center which they could not help. No one answered my calls or even return them. Call Domino's so call Customer support spoke with a guy explain my story, then he indicated they would get with the store and refund the monies charged. There has been no follow through,no one to contact at domino support just a vouce mail used the Bot for a return call nothing...no call or response. Ive waste so much time on this which has lead me to write poor reveiw all over the internet and tell as many freinds as possable. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I still say the Base is the best never mind the filling which just tops it up but for me Domino's is my home there's no other pizza I'd ever choose

Less then a mile away and they don't deliver. Nice for them bad customer service. Boycott is better for them.

I use there website often and it works great everytime! They even have special offers/coupons everytime. Papa John's website sucks!

Cheap if you use the coupons... Love the pizzas, pastas and jalepeno chicken... Better than pizzahut.

Pizza was very cold although I live very close to their store and it took about 20 minutes to get here. It should of gotten here hot.

Ordered 3 medium specialty pizzas. Cost $45. Advertisements for large pizzas everyday price 7.95. The price spread is ridiculous

Food was great, temperature was perfect and delivery was to the last second. Can't get any better than that~

Dominoes serves a mush for what they call a chicken after order trash online manager gives a time about returning 10 dollar for some trash served.

Extremely poor customer service at this site. Wrong order! Poor Communication! Order was never put out for delivery.

They messed up my order, i payed full price and when I asked for the food they didn't deliver they made us pay for what I already bought.

The delivery person was supposed to do a no contact delivery. But he did not, he knocked on the door and handed it to me.

The service is great, their customers relationship is awesome, they well organized and great pizza, beautiful environment

Ordered $100 worth of pizza. App says it was delivered. Never called when they arrived. Never was. Called to complain and they said it was our fault.

Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. MOEL the manager. East Carson. He canceled our order because our telephone number had not been updated and the driver was afraid to knock on our front door.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood and have spent thousands of dollars over 5 years with this specific chain. An hour and a half in to not receiving our order which included a free pizza, i called and he stated that the driver would be there in 5 minutes.

1 hour later I called back and he stated he will not deliver to my address again becaUe the telephone number was incorrect and that it was a waste of HIS $40 worth of food for it to have to come back to the store. He didn't care about our history, he didn't care about the type of customer that I am, or that we tip heavily. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I told him it was much more important that my four children have been hungry for two hours and that it was not my fault that the driver did not knock on the door.

Yes, I forgot to update my telephone number in the app when I ordered, but the first time I called he did not state anything about my telephone number he only asked me to verify my address. He then went on to say that it is not 2020 and drivers are not knocking on customers doors. He also told me that he did not care that my children were hungry. It is disgusting to have a manager such as him working for this company. HOPEFULLY he is a terrible representative of what you guys stand for. It is not just about how much money I have spent with this company, it is about my children, it is about principality and morality. He was very disrespectful and condescending.

They come fast but the pizza is horrible. Only order this if your drunk or broke. Blah blah blah blah blah blah
