Bridgeville pa store's pizza making abilities are getting better. Much better. I couldn't figure out why it never had the rolled crust when I ordered so I called and that was of no help then went online, they all show nice crust then asked friends for help. Get hand tossed not hand made...lol. Rating of 4.5
Ordered a large with bacon. There was no bacon but perhaps ham? It wasn't cooked with the pizza, but piled on top of it - was awful. We live 5 minutes away. I followed the lost driver online for 35 minutes til he got here. We were both starving but only ate two pieces. Boyfriend threw up :/
Had holler out Says I Don't want to talk to her. I call them were real ugly. The Assistant manger denied everything and hung up on telling that he wasn't going to service us anymore. We getting pizza from there for over 7 years never have been treated like trash.we love Domino's pizza.the phone recording will prove the way we were treated. The local store is much improved since they replaced the terrible management staff. Domino's as a corporation at least the web side of it is absolutely horrible. They deploy tracking cookies and other underhanded data collection tools that if you block, you can't complete your order. I use uMatrix and can see all the unnecessary connections being made to other domains. This is entirely unacceptable to me and I can't even imaging what their application collects. Also because of all that their website is unnecessarily difficult to use just to order a simple pizza.
The food has gotten much better from Domino's as a whole which is the only reason they are getting 3 stars and not just one. Their prices are too high for what you get and they raise them to extreme levels to make their coupons and saving look better. On top of it all their piece of the pie rewards program the free pizza cost still cost $1.50 because I wanted a certain crust. That was while ordering 3 other pizzas as well.
Tip for consumers:
Use their coupons and don't add extra sides. Watch their app and website because they collect all data they can. I use a clean virtual machine before going on their site.

By shipping I mean delivery it is a local pizza place after all besides the corporation behind them of course. Nothing was shipped just delivered. Haven't had to return a pizza recently. The pizza's been eaten so no photo's unfortunately but my supposed free pizza did cost $1.50 because I wanted a second topping.

We've been ordering from this store for about 4 years. We tried other pizza places in the area and settled on Domino's because the pizza and other dishes always arrive hot and within the stated time, and because it's always tasty and fresh.
The delivery people are always courteous. We'll probably continue to order from this store. Great place.
Ordered a large supreme pizza by phone at 6:45 pm. Was told it would be delivered by 8pm. At 8:45 nothing had shown up so called store. They said they ran out of product had to call area manager for more, things got out of hand.
I asked why they didn't call no reply except they cancelled the order and others.
They said we could order all over again and wait again. Hah, we didn't and never will order from them again.
How rude to Not have called to inform us then not even offer either a free pizza or discount to reorder.

I had a mess so one guy on the phone said he would give me 20 reward points. I got an e-mail with a 60 point redemption and when I go to my account it show 20 points and I can't use the 60 ever. I called corporate and you can't talk to a human so I'm as they say *&^#@!. Piss on Domino's!

I have ordered many times and been happy with the food. Until this last Monday, I looked at the tracker & it showed my pizza was delivered, it wasn't so I called and was informed that they didn't have a driver available yet! So an hour later we received a cold and the most disgusting pizza either of us have ever tasted. The oven baked sandwich was also bad it had a sauce on it that made it almost impossible to eat! It will be a long time before I order from you again. Jan
Quality wise, Dominoes Pizza is nothing to write home to mother about. The ingredients such as the Italian sausage has been altered for the worst. I remember as a kid there was nothing greater than eating slices of Dominoes pepperoni and Italian sausage during football Sunday. However, now Dominoes has updated the mindset of quantity over quality. With cheaper prices and ingredients, Dominoes aspires to dominate the market with its bland pizza. The website itself is fairly easy to use. One can order pizza, chicken wings, and so much more. Dominoes has a tracker that will let one know the stage their order is in from reception to finished goods. Delivery is okay depending on where you are located. However, Papa John's seems like a better option to me unless one is on a budget.
Recently we ordered pizza from dominos. My experiences with dominos are extraordinary. Delivery, product quality & main thing taste, they are much better comparing to the competitor. Kudos Guys, you are doing great work.
Got a gift card by our company, used it twice in dominos, got an error but money was cut. Tried calling customer care, but no one received called for 30 minutes or so. Changed the pin, I was told I will get an email but never received as well. I would say utter time waste
Ordered my pizza, chicken wings, boneless chicken and pasta this afternoon. On arrival to pick up the box was iced cold the sale person told me it was fresh and hot. Pizza was cold and I had to put everything in the oven. The chicken we throw in the garbage it was disgusting! Waste of my $51.97 never again
I order thick crust cheese, ham and pineapple pizza May 15 size medium, my husband picked it up. I received a thin crust. With the right toppings. It cost over $15. I eat 2 slices and throw the rest away. Everyone makes mistakes but that was way to high and couldn't eat. This was in New Albany, Ms.
I ordered food last night and today. They forgot my (4) ranch dipping sauces last night and 2 again today. My lunch order sat in quality control for over 30 minutes and they couldn't remember my dipping sauces? After all that my food was cold and gross when it was finally delivered. I've spent over $60 to eat dinner last night and lunch today and they didn't get either order correct. Then when I tried to call the manager, they would not answer the phone. I will not be eating there again.

I have never been as disappointed as I was tonight I ordered a small supreme and mild wings - I got a cheese pizza (which I hate) and no sauce on my wings. None zilch I was so upset there was no call for this. Oh and they sent blue cheese instead of ranch
08/04/2023, Store #5664 (North Myrtle Beach), Order # 324: Pizza was way, way overcooked. My wife and I tried to force down a couple of slices but ended up throwing most of it away. I normally don't complain but I wouldn't serve this pizza to a dog! Will not be going back to Domino's anytime soon.
Was our fav place to order pizza in NC, moved to Jackson Mich and used Prospect St. They didn't have salads although my money was taken for them. The driver said they told her they would put it on next order. Never would. I called multiple times and they stopped answering my calls. I talked to corporate and they said they would fix it, NOTHING. I'm out 15.00 and haven't used them since.

Don't use a company that steals from regular consumers. Used them for years until this location.
Gave me wrong pizza failed to listen impatient board said food was ready food was not ready waited another 10 minutes I'm total waited 40 minutes for the wrong pizza. Because we asked where's the pizza they rushed and handed me the wrong one lack of professionalism speed customer care common sense and respect. One thing to do is at least get the order right

We ordered 2 med. Pies on Hawaiian style the other 6 cheese The Hawaiian was delicious but the cheese was awful and rubbery. Never again. I paid $32. After I realized I could have gotten them for $6 99 ea. I hope the owner of Waseca store enjoys the profit! Will not order again

I placed a $93 dollar on line pizza order for my disbled daughter and her family.
The order was paid for by credit card. The order was confirmed via a email receipt.
The driver delivered the order. The driver requested my daughter pay for the order. She called me. I texted a copy of the order showing pizza paid for at time of order. My daughter showed paid receipt to driver. Driver said he had to call his manager. After 35 minutes and multiple phone calls Eagan Minnesota Dominoes picked up the phone and driver was told to return with pizza. Driver argued with his manager saying they have a paid receipt and no order goes out over $50 without being paid for first.
When I was told the driver did not leave the pizza, I made seven phone calls to store. No answer!
I called corporate Dominoes and got a robot to text me back. It was new years day.

Worse pizzas I've ever had wings or nasty service is poor and they do not give you a proper receipt your receipt doesn't state their address nor the items you bought just a total price so how do you prove the items you bought from them I bought four items and do not know the price of each
Food quality is not up to the mark and price is always high if it is compared to quality. Delayed food delivery is also one of the major issues which I have faced twice. Hope they improve these two things in near future.
Domino's is one of my favorite pizza places to visit and order. Was surprised to read so many negative reviews. It's not that I do not believe them... just strange. Maybe I am lucky to get a delicious pizza every time I order?
I have to admit, I was VERY skeptical of trying the "new" Domino's pizza. I always knew it as AWFUL, the bottom of the barrel.
BUT~Finally gave in and ordered a pie. WOW it was definitely improved (of course, anything would be an improvement over that cardboard nastiness they always peddled). The crust was excellent and the sauce actually pretty tasty. I cranked out the 2 medium for $5,99 each deal, one pepperoni and one plain cheese. Not bad at all. I suggest you give this new 'recipe' a try if you haven't yet. The website order went through without a hitch, and it arrived pretty much on time and not cold or anything. Check it out.
PS~They have some coupons or deals on the website that you can check out before you order, although this current promotion seems to be the best deal by far. Oh... be sure to tip the driver well if you intend to order in the future and get quicker service.
I had enough points to redeem my 'free' pizza so I did. When delivery guy arrived no free pizza. He knew nothing about it and he nor the management where I ordered the pizza had any clue or were any help. Emailed Dominos and, even bought they acknowledged my complaint they have yet to resolve the issue and this happened 5 days ago. They make you jump through hoops to contact them and then don't help you anyway. Done with Domino's. What a joke.
They charged my bank 4 times. When I called they blamed it on my bank, it was their app. Be careful ordering online. Their CS person told me it was my banks fault and it would take 3-5 business days to get my $75 back. They got their money for the original order though. Nothing from them but a screw you, not even a coupon for the inconvenience they caused me. I will never order from them again. Hungry Howies is better anyways.
The restaurant was vacant of employees, stood at the counter for minutes while loud club music was playing, very unprofessional and uncomfortable to certain crowds. This store in brantford. On colborne st w., needs to get control of its rules and regulations. Even the drivers are very ignorant and almighty.
