Bridgeville pa store's pizza making abilities are getting better. Much better. I couldn't figure out why it never had the rolled crust when I ordered so I called and that was of no help then went online, they all show nice crust then asked friends for help. Get hand tossed not hand made...lol. Rating of 4.5
Ordered a large with bacon. There was no bacon but perhaps ham? It wasn't cooked with the pizza, but piled on top of it - was awful. We live 5 minutes away. I followed the lost driver online for 35 minutes til he got here. We were both starving but only ate two pieces. Boyfriend threw up :/
I had a thin cross barbecue sauce chicken and onions on it and it was just a little chicken and a crust was so thin it tastes like Cracker it was lighter than the box it came in
I just stopped at Dominos at 36th st + indian school, at 9:30 in phoenix, walked in and asked to order a pizza. The tiny girl at register rudely said she was not taking any lobby orders? People were calling in, so I asked if I could call in my order? She curtly said she wasnt taking any carryout orders either, even tho the OPEN sign was on in the window, and told me to LEAVE? I asked her for her name but she refused to give it, saying she did not have to give her name, and to leave or she would call the POLICE? So I left to my car to write a complaint to Dominos, and the small angry girl opened the Dominos door and told me i had to leave the parking lot property? Im a senior citizen and have never gotten such bizarre, rude treatment, and i dont understand why now?
I am a positive person, but this food is garbage, and the employee who took my order did not speak a lick of English. He messed my order up, but he was polite
I KNOW DOMINO IS A FRANCHISE BUSINESS AND I JUST RECEIVED DELIVERY OF A LARGE PIZZA WITH TOW TOPPINGS FROM THE STORE IN ANNANDALE, VA. IT COST $22.64, WHICH INCKUDED A $4.00 SERVICE CHARGE. THE GUY WHO MADE THE DELIVERY WAS GREAT. BUT, THE PIZZA HAD NEARLY NO CHEESE ON IT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I TRIED DOMINO PIZZA AND I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. I DID NOT CALL THE STORE BECAUSE ANY BUSINESS THAT WOULD DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER IN THE FIRST PLACE IS UNLIKELY TO PROVIDE ANY SATISFACTION. I AM A ANGRY CUSTOMER.
Poor customer services, looked like teenagers were working there. Pizza didn't taste good,appeared like the people were in training. The location was 6546 Hampton Roads Pkey in Suffolk Va.
If I could give a zero, I would. I am very frustrated that I was treated very poorly as I am a repeat customer. I was treated as if my time and money didn't matter. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and was told it would be ready within 20 mins. I arrived within 30 mins thinking my pizzas would be ready and I could pick them up at the drive-thru window. I waited 10 mins at the window before having to make a call just so someone could even acknowledge that I was at the window. A female answered and told me the person who works the window was on the phone and would be with me shortly. I waited another 5 mins before deciding to go inside the store. When I get inside the store I see the female, who I'm assuming works the window, on the phone trying to reconcile a failed payment. What's even more frustrating, I see 10 or more employees during random things. Once someone decided to acknowledge and help me, I expressed how frustrated I was that I had been waiting without being acknowledged. The female employee referred me to her manager who could care less. She even expressed her unconcern by throwing up her hands like, oh well. Not once did she Express any empathy or give an apology. I was very shocked that she thought it was okay to run a business in that manner. I think that corporate should re-evaluate who they have running these stores because I can foresee this store losing a lot of business for poor customer service. This store will no longer get my business.
Walked in to 30 rd. Store in grand Junction Co. To buy 2 tater tot pizzas. Was told 20/25 minutes. 40 min and three lies later I got something I wouldn't feed to pigs. After 15+ years I'm done

Ordered through menu log, type the correct address - RYAN - the "manager" in Wagga tell me I entered the wrong address for delivery, I go back to the original order, check it and called back as I indeed provided the correct address, only to receive a rather combative an EXTREMELY unprofessional response... I will not be supporting them again! Oh, and we did not actually receive the complete order:-(
You All should shut it down. It used to be good years ago, it's nasty now nothing taste good or look good, and the prices you all charge for that is ridiculous.

I order a pizza domino's pizza it was cold bacon taste old. Spoke to manager wanted to charge me 4.00 to redelivered another pizza from the dover delaware
Prices are too high for the medium quality of the ingredients that are used to prepare the pizzas. The Philadelphia filled crust is an amazing idea though :)
Dominos deliver is ridiculous! I ordered pizza to be delivered. They told me it would be 1hr 15mins for delivery. 3hrs 15mins later still had no pizza. I had to drive to Dominos to pick it up and they hadn't even started making it! I will never order from them again.
I have "unsubscibed" numerous times and now getting twice as many.

They're not worth it. I ordered a pizza without cheese. They called to say it would be extra crispy but it was black. I got my money back and they got their pizza
I would prefer not to even give them 1 star. I placed an order from Domino's and when we got the food, the cheesy jalapeno bread had bacon after I requested non due to a vegetarian living in our house. Not only was there bacon, but the entire center of the bread was raw dough and completely unedible. Domino's sent me an email for 20% off my next order to make up for it. The other day I decided what the heck I'll order Domino's and use my coupon before it expires. I went through the whole process of ordering and did not see my discount. I thought maybe it calculated once I completed my order. WRONG. You have to sign up to be a "piece of the pie rewards member" in order to receive the discount. No thanks. I tried to contact Domino's as my order was incorrect AGAIN, and they wanted me to fill out an online form to place my complaint. Halfway through completing it, one of the questions they asked was what I have for a cell phone, what version of software is on it and what version of the app do I have installed on my phone. I refuse to give out that information and therefore could not go any farther with my complaint. I will never order from Domino's again. They are expensive and $#*!ty. I'd much rather get in my car and drive to my local pizza place and support them.
Order the pizza said it would take 2 hours wait time for it to be delivered I was okay with that, the lady that took my order verify the address and then the delivery driver call before you left the store to verify the address once again is in the driver calls and says he's outside and he's not outside he's got the wrong f****** address so now I'll call the store and they do not answer the phone they will not answer the phone for me anymore so I guess after waiting two hours for my f****** pizza now I don't get one because the driver was too incompetent to enter the proper address into his navigation $#*! Domino's Pizza! I'll never order another Domino's Pizza the arrest of my life on this Earth!
Ordered Supreme. With thin crust. Only about 1/4 of pieces had a VERY thin slice of Green Pepper. Disappointing. Generally speaking, a light hand with any of the toppings.
Always on point around here. I'd eat dominoes for days if I could. Unfortunately, I am unable to devour these pies on a daily basis. If you are able to, CURSE YOU! :) Go Big DoM
I ordered Wings onI line. They were all soft, no crispness at all. I was grossed out, like I was eating raw chicken. I usually order local pizza place but wanted to try something different
I ALWAYS select DELIVER TO PASSENGER SIDE and they ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL will bring the order to the DRIVERS SIDE!
The Online Ordering asks which side to bring the order to. It appears that either your employees are too d***n STUPID or too d**n LAZY to read the order directions... or it's not displayed for them... Don 't know which.
James Bennett went above and beyond. James made a guess that I was stressed. I was with my cat in icu. Without asking he sent a treat with my pizza. Very, very kind.

On 02/12 I ordered Dominoes and it was sour. The yeast Dominoes used to make the pizza was sour. Please do not ever trust Dominoes because it is a lie.
I ordered a gluten free pizza with lite sauce and a regular pizza with normal sauce and I asked them to please write gf on the gf box and to call before they got here but they didn't call didn't write gf on my box and it was not lite sauce thankfully my husband can have gf or regular cause he had to try both because I have bad issues with gluten and with the sauce that's why I asked for lite sauce and for them to write gf and to call I hope that all the Domino's pizza go out of business at least the one in Blackfoot Idaho why do they say they are going to do what you ask but they don't then when I called them to let them know they was very rude and said that I didn't say that even though it says that on my receipt on what I wanted.
