Domino's Pizza

It's been bad for 20 years. I gave it another try after they did the "remarket" years ago and it was the same old crap! If you add in the TERRIBLE customer service and the sub par product (frozen pizza is better) Domino's is to pizza what a crawdad is to a lobster.

LOVED THEM IN THE BEGINNING. HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A PIZZA THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE EXTRA CHEESE AND BACON AND ONIONS. I CALLED UP TO TALK TO MANAGER IN GREENFIELD MA. SPOKE TO TAMMY SHE SAID TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WILL REDO IT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SECOND PIZZA WAS WORST THAN THE FIRST. HARDLY ANYTHING ON IT WHATSOEVER. WELL APPARENTLY THEY DONT APPRECIATE GOOD CUSTOMERS AND THINK THEY ARE THE PERFECT PIZZA MAKERS. NEWS FLASH THEY ARE NOT NO ONE IS AND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. NOT TO MENTION MY WIFE PAID 3 MORE DOLLARS AND GOT ROBBED FOR A 9 DOLLAR PIZZA. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. THEY WILL NEVER GET 1 MORE PENNY FROM US. YOU SUCK DOMINOES. GOOD RIDENCE.

I ORDERED A PIZZA ON MY LUNCH BREAK THEIR DELIVERY GUY JUST GIVES MY ORDER TOO A RANDOM PERSON, IM WATCH HIM ON CAMERA NOW I CALLED BACK TOO THE STORE INQUIRING ABOUT MY ORDER WHEN THE GIRL STARTS CURSING ME AND TELLING ME ITS SOMEHOW MY FAULT I DIDNT GET MY ORDER WHEN I SPECIFICALLY GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO BRING PIZZA INSIDE TOO SECURITY DESK THIS STORE IS ON SOUTH MAIN IM HIGH POINT NC DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS STORE THEY ARE THE WORST AND WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK TERRIBLE CORPORATE TEAM NOBODY HAS YET TO REACH BACK OUT TO ME ABOUT MY NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR STORE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FAST AS YOU CAN!

Order from Pizza Hut. Dominos sucks anymore. Look at their ratings. I got a free coupon I didn't even use when I went to redeem they said it was already redeemed and was not.

I ordered a pizza and they made it incorrectly. I'm a vegetarian as meat makes me sick but they had added pepperoni. I called for a redo and asked if I should bring the incorrect pizza back and they said no. When I returned to pick up the pizza they collectively lied and gaslit my fiancé and I that they didn't make or cut a pizza with pepperoni and the guy who picked up our call lied to his coworkers saying he didn't tell us no. This experience happened today and ruined dominos for me forever. A mistake is fine but lying and gaslighting people is unbelievable and these people need to be retrained.

Well it's finally happened. The straw that broke the camel's back... Not only is my breadbowl extremely undercooked and seriously almost as flat as a pancake, but it LITERALLY tastes like it is lathered in dish soap. I don't know if it's every location that lacks the knowledge of how to cook bread (as in, to the point of it not being DOUGH ANYMORE), but good Lord this place sucks! I have complained about this issue several times and obviously it's not a big enough deal because it's never been rectified or corrected. I used to love Domino's, but I will no longer be a customer... I have been told to stop ordering the breadbowl if it's never fully cooked. Excuse me? No sweetie. Domino's needs to cook it properly! I am sick of complaining and getting offered a "free meal"- for more than one reason. One- whenever I am told to contact someone to get details, that person seems to coincidentally be out that day or always too busy with something else. Two- if I am getting the same thing, what's the point? I know y'all don't know how to cook it right! And three-day I shouldn't have to "keep complaining"; you need to learn how to cook bread or stop selling it!

They have been open all day and when I come in to pay with $100 and I spent over $50 they won't except the money because they don't have change! Annoying and totally ridiculous…

Beware of Fraud Delivery Agents of Domino's Pizza. Many Delivery agents of Domino's Pizza demand 'Extra Money' in the name of Due Amount.

I ordered pizza from a Domino's Store in Jabalpur. The order was already Paid Online through UPI. Inspite of that, the delivery agent came to my doorstep and told me that there was some 'Due Amount' which I have to pay, and he showed me his Personal Phone pe QR-code.

When the Grand Total amount mentioned in the bill is already paid online, then how can any amount be due?

And moreover, why would he ask me to pay the money in his Personal UPI QR-code?

Be Cautious, Be Alert.
If this happens to you, don't pay the delivery partner, and immediately complain against him.

Never have I tried a pizza that taste so nasty & look so un appetizing, seriously never thought that this would happen & I payed 30 something dollars for nothing, so disappointed that I ordered from Dominos, next time I'll go straight to Pizza Hut or Somewhere else.

Went through answering service they are the worst. They sent the order that I found out that that store do not delivered to my apartment complex. I called back and all they do is send me back to the same store. They don't know what they are doing I cannot trust again yo order and especially with tye answering service. They were rude and when I tolld her if she is sending back to store the same store I need someone to helpe resolve this issue,she was ride and said I will send u to smoke who. Can help, again she sent me to the store. The worst customer serviv3. Once trust is dome,I am done. I cannot order ever again. I know I am only one customer but I am sire I am not the o ly one. I am in customer service this is awedul. I didn't ear last night and lost 27 dollars.

I recently accidentally ordered from the Howland Blvd (Deltona Fl) Domino's Location, instead of The Providence St. Location (Where I Usually Order From), What A Big@$#% Mistake. Not only was the pizza not up to par, but the general attitude of the employees was nothing less than "deplorable", I Love Domino's, but if I had to get my food from the Howland Blvd location, I'll take my business to Papa John's.

When we placed order my suggestion to last moment product also showing that. Because we always missed ketchup pouch which is really horible without ketchup.

I love the rewards program, I actively take advantage of it when ordering. I would say the delivery is never speedy but for the most part the food is typically good.

I ordered two pizzas from Dominos and the following night, everyone who ate it was throwing up. My sister's and I can not go to a very important meeting because we can't stop throwing up.

I will never by your food again. Along with my 300 employees. I guess you believe in Black Lives Matter. I guess the riots didn't show you about blacks. I say back to Africa with all of them.

Just ordered from the hurricane Utah location and received RAW CHICKEN! Do not order from here unless you want food poisoning! Praying none of my kids get sick from taking a bite...

Just got my order and completely in shock, I payed 64.00 for a pizza Extreemly thin cris and chicken bits the size of a quarter. SMH I'll never order again

Dominos pizza 8100 Biscayne Blvd right around the corner of my house I called in to make an order to pick it up the young man told me no pick up only delivery remind you I'm right around the corner who knows how long it would take the delivery to get to me not knowing where I'm at in line of many other orders he hung up in my face great customer service for dominos to treat hungry people don't need of a delivery

The pizza was wrong when i got it one pizza was not cut and the Manger didn't do me wright he only gave me one free pizza when both was wrong i would not order from them again

Placed order at 6:00, order complete at 6:05. Order didn't arrive until 7:26. The delivery driver was cool and not at fault, I guess. But my pizza was ice cold!

Give a review of the Pizza though, because everytime I call (around 11:30p) I get"Domino's we're closed".

Called about a week ago and then again today. The manager was rude so I ordered pizza from another place. I thought I would give them one more chance. I thought someone else would answer the phone. Manager answered and was rude again. I called and asked where the pizza was about an hour later and he told me, " delivery delivery driver just left". Pizza was burnt, cheese was already hard and part of it was not edible. It was obvious that the jalapeños I requested to be put in a small container were picked off of the pizza. I ate some of the pizza because I was so hungry. He was very nice and pretended to not know who I was, ask him why actors three times. Gave gave me three options and I chose to have my card refunded because I did not want anything else to happen to the pizza before it got here!
I doubt very seriously that I will ever order Domino's Pizza again! Forgot to mention that the manager made this noise as if I was bothering him. He dropped the F bomb about messing up my pizza.
