Domino's Pizza

I had an incredibly unfortunate experience with Domino's Pizza recently. There was a foreign object in my pizza that ended up damaging my tooth. The pain was excruciating, and after reaching out to them by phone, their initial solution was beyond belief – they offered me a free pizza as compensation. After a lengthy and frustrating 45-minute conversation, they finally suggested I go to an emergency night dentist, promising to cover the costs later. They sent someone to collect the remaining 2 slice of pizza. That night, my dental bill came out to $650 solely for the immediate emergency repair, not a permanent solution. The suggested permanent fix was a dental crown. The dentist provided me with a preliminary cost estimate paper of $1500 for the crown procedure on the affected tooth.

Hoping for some resolution, I returned to the Domino's shop the next day and left the invoices with them. They assured me someone would contact me in a week. However, after 40 days of waiting, I received an email from Domino's claiming they had tested the the remaining pizza and found no foreign object, therefore refusing to accept responsibility. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
If you value your teeth, it might be best to avoid consuming Domino's pizza. However, if you do decide to indulge, ensure that you have comprehensive health insurance that covers dental care.

So I order dominoes today to have delivered called at 4pm just got a few min ago. Said the driver gave my order to someone else. Open pizza this what it looked like.

They lost a star for CHARGING OVER $1.00 FOR PARMESAN! Don't know how likely they will be on our list of places to eat. Sounds like they are getting greedy. Think about what you're doing, it's not just me

And the last time I bought food from they had my whole order wrong so they promised to give me a free order and then when I go up there, they said they don't know nothing about it so then I pay again and this is what I got how gross and nasty they need to shut the $#*! down

Placed an order online, the Dominos on east Camelback, Phoenix, filled the order. It took 1 hour for the nitwit delivery person to deliver pizza. Once i got the pizza, it tasted like something that comes out of a cow's rear.

Cold. Next to no cheese. Burned. Employees were outside chatting and I waited for 5 minutes before being attended to. I should have just driven away. Rockingham, NC

I ordered pizza from 4223 Beulah Rd. N Chesterfield, VA Friday evening. I waited 15 minutes.
Went insdie to cancel order. While inside, I noticed that there was guy dropping cheese on top of pizza WITHOUT GLOVES. Will not be going back there!

Hi, It was a very bad experience on the Christmas Eve at 943 1st Ave. NY *******, After ordering our 2 large pizza and 1 small with large Coca-Cola and a small sprite at 10:57 pm and the price was $65.37 And we received our food with drinks at 11:17pm. Everything was nice and fine. But while asked for CUP/Glass the staff said we don't have any Cup/glass. We requested once again and two of were very rude with me and said we can't provide any glasses or cups, please leave the store and shouted with me. Without the Cup how could we drink? We told them we need to talk with supervisor or manager. The man said he is the supervisor and told us to go and do whatever you want. This is not acceptable from a your long established store. We were disappointed about the behaviour and my 9 years son was with me. He was scared and crying for his pizza. Due to my kids I took the order and leave the place. My question was if you don't have any cups then we why you took our orders with drinks? Why not you told earlier that you don't have anymore cups and plates also.

Cheese bread was doughie and the Italian sandwich was burnt and there bone in wings was poor quality and The salad and pizza was the only thing that was ok but didn't get a fork to eat the salad with never will eat again Did not get recipe paid cash it was delivered to our room

Hello okay now it's working I ordered a pizza wings and a coke and that was an hour ago I told them to tell the delivery guy to call me when he was leaving because their 7 miles away from where I live he called me said he'd be there in 30 seconds I have now been on hold with Domino's Pizza for about 20 minutes I will if I can put the snapshots on this app do not use Domino's they'll tell you that they're on their way they're not I stood out in the cold with a flashlight flashing for 20 minutes 30 seconds he said he'd be here I'm going on 60 minutes now I'm sorry but the pizza can't be that damn good I'll never order from them again ever they're 7 mi away from me

Soooo we ordered a pizza through the app. Last night and after the order we waited 2 hours for this pizza to show up instead of the 30 to 45 min. Wait time, so we decide to call them and asked where our order was at, the manager, rude as hell too, said in a $#*!y attiude say "your order is out for delivery, i dont know when it will show up." Then hung up on me. So i called them back like wtf when will it get here? He proceeded to as what time i ordered, so I checked the app, it wont tell me, so i check on y card to see what time and i find out they charge me $50 for 2 large pizzas, so I told them to void the order and refund me. 24hrs later no refund, talked to the GM, hes pretty much ignoring me, my account is now in the negatives and no food. We do not own a vehicle and we just moved into our no place, so we have no food, she is also pregnant like wtf give me our money back so we can eat mother $#*!er. Wanna talk to me my number is *******504 thanks

The food was wrong and they went ahead and added their own tip to my credit card. How kind of them. The management team us a joke. They didn't even apologize. Said I had no right to call the cops.

I don't do reviews because honestly I'm fat and lazy. With that being said Colby at the battlefield location in Va on 4/28/23 was on point. The pizza was good but my bacon/jalapeño cheese bread was perfect. It didn't look like it was thrown in a frier. 3 mths and finally EVERYTHING I ordered was good. Thx Colby

Pizza sauce: cheese ratio is grand. I prefer goatloads of cheese and dominos delivers on that front. The service? Godspeed. But the chicken wings? The sauce tastes like it's a mix of sweet and sour sauce from panda garden and your typical frank's hot sauce. That sweetness ain't right. The meat belongs off of my obese-COPD-psoriasis-reeking grandfather who drinks in the bathtub. Please, for the love of satan, take care of these chicken wings and dress them right

Ordered pizza and 2 liters for delivery. The driver brought the wrong order so I went to the store to ask for the right order the manager Ananda and workers Mari, and Hayden were spectacular. They made sure my order was remade and threw in an extra 2 liter for the inconvenience. Also the food was perfect. Besides the great food it's employees like Amanda Mari, and Hayden that makes Domino's our families choice for pizza. Great job you 3. Can't wait to see you next time. I ordered pizza for a friend. I meant to select a later time bc she wanted her pizza at 6, when I would be somewhere I couldn't order a pizza at. I accidentally forgot to select that time. I called Dominos within 2 mins of the order. The employee, Vicky, picked up. She grunted. She literally said to me "If it's already been put in the oven, I am really going to be perturbed." When she realized it was in the oven already she got super rude. She practically hung up on me after she said, "at 6?" I replied, "yes ma'am" She said "ok"... click. I remained kind, because I don't get it, it was my bad. It was only a $20 order though. One pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks. Just kind of disappointed in her reaction to a mistake.

One week I order one pizza from Greenfield, Ohio and I found it on my porch open and eaten off of. They did replace and still waiting on a return on money. However I called to ight and order two pizzas and the whole order was wrong. One was supposed to be thin crust, and it was hand tossed. The second pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni with extra cheese, but was a cheese pizza.

The bread was so oily i had to blot them with paper towels to eat them I don't know what went wrong but they need to fix it plus I was in ted almost ten minutes in drive thru before they try ook my order location 182nd in division I must admit after bloting the oil out the bread was good

I actually don't mind Domino's pizza from time to time but for me and my experience ordering over the years is that delivery and carry out prices (on the same product) drastically changes, and the drivers (not totally their fault) are too busy fulfilling other stops and once I receive my food I look at my watch and say "huh, could've got it myself (sooner and would've been a bit less expensive) especially if you're close to one (Domino's restaurant)

Overall the food is ok

Incredible, family run restaurant. Pizza was amazing, service was fantastic. It's definitely a recommendation I make to all my peers when they ask about the best pizza in town... No pun intended!

Dominos suck they don't even give you a cup of Feta cheese for our salad.At least what the GM said when he got on the phone.But they did 4 other times before.

While I would give this site 4 stars instead of five is because they have to have a minimum sub-total of the delivery. Other than that, it's great. That's about it.
