On Sunday, August 18, I ordered a lounging pillow for my son's dorm room from Dormco.
I paid for Fast Pass shipping which guarantees the item will arrive in 2-5 business days, with day 1 being the date the order is placed. Based on their guarantee, the pillow should have arrived no later than Friday, the fifth business day after my order, which was perfect as we delivered my son's stuff to college on Saturday, August 24. Mid week I learned through package tracking that my item would not arrive until Monday, August 26. I contacted Dormco immediately. I was told they did not address customer complaints or issues over the phone, only by email. I immediately sent an email explaining my situation. The representative who finally responded to my email was dismissive and told me they considered Monday, August 26, to be the fifth business day. When I pointed out that was not correct based on their own statements on their website, they refused to budge. Dormco then offered to reroute the package for an additional charge to me of $37, an amount that significantly exceeded the amount I originally paid for the package. I am not interested in paying nearly $70 for a pillow for my son's dorm room. The package should have been rerouted at Dormco's cost, not mine, as they did not comply with their shipping guarantee. Now they are telling me my only recourse is to return the pillow, which is now useless to me as we already delivered our son to college and won't be seeing him again for a while, as long as I pay the shipping to return it to Dormco. So the only option they give me is for me to pay nearly $20 in shipping costs to end up with no pillow for my son when they failed to comply with the shipping guarantee I paid for. I am very disappointed and will not do business with this company again.

I received my package but when I opened it up, there was no instruction manual. Thankfully my 10 yr old and I are mechanical geniuses and together we figured out how to build it (with some backsteps to undo some things) in about an hour. Had I received a book, I would have knocked it out a lot quicker and maybe not screwed up the bench lid part. I fixed it but now there are unnecessary holes in it. Solid wood though, great little bench with shoe rack. Love it!

The iron truck arrived 2 days earlier than projected plus! Awesome trunk! The only negative I can say is that the little metal part that sticks out for the lock to go thru got bent by the airlines and we had to get pliers to unbend it before we could open it. One of the wheels almost fell off bc a bolt and washer fell off during fly- hindsight we should hv checked it... but all was remedy w- a trip to Hm Depot and some lock tite in the bolt this time :) very pleased with the trunk for my kids dorm needs. Great for a 1900 mile away school move!

We had a heck of a time trying to get it put it together at my daughers dorm yesterday. And ended up no using it. The black plugs that are to be used to hold the shelves up wouldnt stay on and the directions were not very clear on how it actually went together so we will try in sept. To try and put it together again we just left it, but i wish it would have been better on the directions and the black plugs wouldnt stay on and then i cut my finger on it and had to get stitches needless to say it was a freakin nightmare
