I have been extremely satisfied with every product I have purchased from DTC but you definitely pay for it. The pants I purchased are their 40 grit pants which were cheaper than their firehouse pants but are super durable and comfortable. Buck naked boxer briefs are the best underwear I have ever worn (this includes over expensive underwear from express, and american eagle). Personally, I just wait for a sale since things are expensive but the quality and customer service is amazing.
I love this company and have spent quite a bit of money on especially the heirloom overalls and no yank boat neck tanks. I recently tried a new jumpsuit hoping it would be ideal for upcoming European travel. It was, unfortunately, too difficult to get on and off. I was dismayed to find it would be $8 to return. In this day and age of rising prices and unmitigated corporate greed, I will think twice about ordering knowing that I will take a hit on my refund if I find the product unsatisfactory. Very disappointed.
This is for their online customer service. I have eczema and the fabric of their boxer briefs exacerbates it. Their no bull guarantee states the company will refund it if you are not satisfied with their products if it is associated with the product design or performance. I guess having eczema is my fault and when my eczema flares up wearing these boxer briefs it is also my fault and not related whatsoever to product design or performance.
Your no Bull is guarantee is pure BS. If you are going to buy Duluth products, do it through a third party.
While it is stated that Duluth Trading Company clothing is made in the US, only a VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE is not MADE IN CHINA. I ordered ten varied pieces of clothing and waited over FIVE WEEKS with no delivery. In looking at their SHIPPING PROGRAM my clothing was still sitting in CHINA when I cancelled the order.
If more people would CANCEL THEIR ORDER after tolerating the wait for delivery, Duluths purchasing managers/logistics managers would get off their duffs and fix the problems.
I suggest CANCELLING YOUR ORDER after you feel that you have waited long enough-that way we will once and for all drive DULUTH OUT OF BUSINESS or for them to fix the issues.
CONSUMERS DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT THAN WHAT THEY ARE GETTING FROM DULUTH.

My first time order with the company was on 11-27-22 and I had not received the order as of 12-7-22. So, I called customer service. On the first call, the customer service representative didn't know how to deal with this delay properly and just disconnected the call. The next Customer service representative was more helpful. Hopefully I receive my order by 12-9-22.
I don't know their product quality yet, but their shipping practices are enough reason to shop elsewhere
I generally like their products and have ordered from them for years. I recently ordered a pair of work pants for my son on June 24 and they were finally delivered July 8. He liked them and we decided to order another pair. When we did, they were on sale. I sent customer service a note to ask if they could credit the difference on my first order, and their response was 'No, the order date was too far from the sale date so sorry". No policy response, just personal decision I guess. My response was that I would return for the full price and buy at sale price. No further response from Duluth. As we enter a recession, this is how much they care about their customers. Go elsewhere as I will do. Their products aren't that good.
I love these clothes... the Long Tail tees in summer, the Henleys in winter. My only beef and hence the 4 instead of 5 stars, is availability of items, especially on sale. The other is some of their items seem overpriced. However, they are well made, backed by guarantee, and worth the money in the long run. Thanks Duluth, but please stock more... I will buy more!
I'm generally satisfied with Duluth Trading products, but the Double Flex Jeans are outstanding! First the fit, with the flex waistband is very comfortable, and the length of the rise just right for a mature man. Love the extra pockets: over size coin pocket, extra back pocket on the left side, and the small extra pocket on the right hip is just right for my Swiss Army knife. Canvas backing at the hem is smart. Love these Jeans! I have 4 pair, 2 with flannel lining for our Norther winters.
I really can't say enough about how good the quality of the products sold by the Duluth Trading Company. I would rate them as very good. I have never returned an item however. I find that their "Free Returns" are very expensive. I bought a jacket from them that is of quite good quality, I must return it, however due to the size. To print a return label (one could simply write the address on the package) and complete the exchange for it costs $8.00 to join the app that enables one to do this. Duluth Trading Company charges $7.99 to return the item so one has $15.99 to just return the item. Then one has to pay the postage to send it back. I really don't know yet what that will cost, but I estimate it will cost $10,00 plus or minus on top of the return and "Free Label" charges. I must say that I am not thrilled about Duluth Trading Company's return process.
Tip for consumers:
The actual charges should be published

I like the fit and feel of your flex firehouse pants. With that being said your slogan i you dare me to wear them out. I did. In less than a year the rear pocket has a hole in it and the legs are ripped.do I get a prize? Not happy! The 3rd photo is a second pair I made shorts of till the leg ripped..
I place an order and after 2 weeks called customer service to report, they asked me to wait 7 more days. I did and it did not arrive so I called back. They told me that they would ship out a replacement and advised me that if the first order showed up first to keep it and return the second order by writing Refused-Return to sender! I did this ad they returned it to me. I called customer service and told them I was tired of messing with this and they wanted my permission to charge my credit card and I gave it, they hung up immediately before I could tell them to close my account and that using UPS in conjunction with the post office was a horrible idea and I would rather pay something for shipping to make it reliable.
I purchased a pair of women's shoes from Duluth about a month ago. The front of the sole was coming loose. I took back to Duluth and told them I just wanted to swap for another pair. I was not given any grief at all considering they were REALLY WORN even after 1 month. I swapped for same shoes that were now 25$ instead of 85$. Of course they went on sale after I purchased. The cashier swapped them out AND gave me the difference in pricing! I normally do not write reviews for this sort of thing BUT I was apprehensive about even trying to return/swap them out because if all the TERRIBLE reviews about the no bull guarantee. I told the cashier that this was a crazy easy swap & that I was surprised by this since the reviews were so bad. I was informed that the no bull policy has been changed to make it easier to return or swap. Just thought I'd write a review to let everyone know of this change & of the ease of my no bull guarantee experience
Tip for consumers:
The no bull guarantee for Duluth has changed making it WAY EASIER to return or exchange damaged items

My son made an inseam error when he ordered a pair of overalls just a few minutes ago. We called Duluth and asked for them to correct the order and they said sorry, they couldn't. Said we would have to exchange them once they're received by mail. One little error and they can't go in electronically and fix it. But, that's only one current issue as there have been many ever since I've had my account with them and now this. Also, many reviews on the quality of their materials is cheaper than ever and believe me, people won't write reviews about that unless it's true. I think after we settle this inseam issue, we're done with Duluth. They've gotten a lot of money out of us meaning collectively from my entire family. Yep, we're soon going to be done with them.
I have had problems every time I order online! Between customer service and processing/handling/fulfillment of orders, I cannot believe Deluth seems so proud of themselves that they couldn't manage to read any reviews left by customers. I personally have had reps fill out complaint forms! No one in the big wig department cares, that is what it boils down to, so now we drive an hour to go buy my husband's work pants!
Tip for consumers:
Do not order online and expect a smooth experience!

I had been wanting to try their trousers out, after seeing commercials on TV.
So, my wife bought me a pair [Style: *******] and I was very disappointed with them. I can say, I do not like anything about what I got. She paid 104.50 (price on the Duluth tag)!
First of all, I am an outdoorsman and a U.S. Marine veteran, with LEO experience so, I have worn the best rugged uniform, hiking and survival type gear. I have a muscular-medium build and these $104.50 trousers fit like a potato sack. The pockets sit out like duel kangaroo pouches and the material in like some cheap, lycra-spandex-rubber-polyester substance.
It feels cheap and looks even cheaper.
Unless you are very overweight or need a very expensive pair of pajamas, you might won't to take a look before you order or buy.
Tip for consumers:
Go see before you buy.

To keep this short, I was "ordered" out of the Kennesaw Georgia store because I refused to wear a mask. I am an old guy with some underlying issues which prohibit my wearing a mask, and attempted to explain this to the angry young lady with blue hair. I also attempted to explain that they are not a "Private Business" as she continued to tell me, but a "Place of Public Accommodations" as defined in Title II. I continued to shop and as I was about to leave she said she had called the police so I waited to explain to the officer my issue. He did have the knowledge to tell her that the store could be sued for refusing my use of the retail. She didn't care, just wanted me out. The officer told me outside that this store has had many of these issues, and he wouldn't shop there. I was a customer way before they ever had a brick and mortar store in Georgia, never again!
Spent $200.00 with this company and they are too cheap to ship the stuff to my home.
They use Smartpost which is great for city people and they are subsidized by the rural people who have to drive to another town because they don't get home mail service.
They basically told me to go screw myself and that they don't care about customer service and to not order from them unless I want to pay extra for shipping to get what I was promised.
Never do business with this company.
Tip for consumers:
They use smartpost so if you are rural and don't get mail delivered to your home don't bother with this company, they don't care if you have to drive 30 miles to whatever post office they feel like dumping your order off.

Wow. What a crap show. Bought 800 plus in workwear items. Firehouse pants, dry on the fly, work shirts…
A variety to see what worked best for me. To sum it up, it seems they are more interested in putting out clothes for the weekend warriors doing yard work that want to look nice. The clothing fades fast, wears holes, and the no bull is straight bulls##t. Show rooms catering to weekend ranchers and folks that want the "look" of someone who works. Cool commercials but crappy clothes. Customer service sucks to. Oh but you bet they got there COVID money…
Tip for consumers:
Looks like work clothes but falls short. Maybe good to look nice while glamping.

First time customer. On November 30th I purchased my first pair of cargo pants with knee pad pockets. I work in flooring so I'm on my knees all day. 2 months and the left knee has worn out. I was so pleased with the comfort I purchased 2 more pair the following day. I get 2 months out of a pair of jeans and the only cost $20. Very dissatisfied that the 1 year warranty does not apply. Last time customer
I give credit where it is due. I bought my first pair of Duluth performance long underwear in 2015. I thought at the time they were a little pricey for underwear at $19.99 on sale. I tried everything to find that summer comfort. Other brands wore out in a couple years and didn't fit well. I needed some thing to help with the summer rash in the neatherland. I have worn these at least once a week for the past five years. Over 250 days of rubbing, bending, stretching and I finally got my first sign of wear. Reading the Warrenty it seems they are covered for a replacement pair. I cannot bring myself to file a claim. I now have 6 pair and no more summer rash. They are by far the most comfortable underwear ever. I'm 6'1 280lb and I will not wear anything but Duluth.
I ordered 13 identical small non clothing items. I clearly listed a billing address and a different shipping address. They sent three seperate packages to the billing address. No explanation for three seperate packages. Wouldn't have been cheaper to consolidate in one box? Most companies print labels off of the website information. Apparently no so at Duluth Trading company. This is a opportunity to screw up. Since there is no human being at the billing address, it is a postal box out in the country, I had to explain these packages would likely be stolen. Current information is they were trying to recall the packages. I wonder what the delay will be. No more biz with DTC.
When purchasing a sale item, after checkout the item appeared as different color with full price. They will not cancel the order. They tell you to ship it back after you get the item. The last time I returned an item it took two months to get refund. I will never buy from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from!!!! Shipping takes forever. Refunds take even longer. They will not cancel orders even if you try to cancel with in an hour after order.

Saw a lot of negative reviews and understand usually companies almost always have bad reviews or no reviews. I buy all of my work clothes, underwear, belts and more recently footwear from Duluth Traders. The Keen line of shoes they carry is 2nd to none. I'm now transitioning to their blue jeans for casual wear, look a little workish but have the tech pocket for the phone I'm so used to during the week!
Tip for consumers:
Expensive but quality costs, best stuff I’ve ever bought

I hate their service! My wife likes their clothing but I don't. I ordered 2 items for her last week and they act like they are on sale but the prices aren't a sale price. Worse, they claim that only one item has shipped and the other item is on back order. The item they claimed as shipped has been pending UPS pickup for a week. I'm sure their UPS courier hasn't been away for over a week. I see our regular UPS drivers here in Phoenix every day! As for the 2nd item on back order, why list it as on sale and in stock if it isn't? I'll never buy anything from them again..
Tip for consumers:
That it's not in stock!!!

Bought clothes because of supposed good, American, quality clothes. MADE IN CHINA! Pants shrunk way to much. Im a 6'3" 205" American. They shrunk to a size that would only fit a tiny, slave child, from china that made the pants. To bad you cant give 0 stars
I have ordered from them several times. I always got what I ordered and in a timely manner. It was always, and I mean ALWAYS, the size they described. Multiple orders of the same item over years, and there is NO change in size or quality. While I have never needed their customer service, I have heard it is great. The only down side, I think they overrated their vibram soled boots. Otherwise, 100% happy.
I purchased a pair of shoes. Great for about 1 year. Purchased a second pair. At about one years, the stitching on the first pair started to unravel. At about 1 year of pair #2, the stitching in same area came apart. I'm an office guy so were not working them hard - they just fall apart at about 12 months...
