This is unbelievable poor customer service. Poor website function, ZERO communication, zero accountability and no attempt to correct or fix THEIR issues. This company has no problem failing on order, billing, delivery and communication but they will hold customers 100% responsible for every failing they have. NEVER AGAIN will they get a penny. Prismatic Powders has never pulled this garbage.
I've ordered several items from Eastwood. The welder was backordered, along with 2 other items ordered at that time. Welder arrived 2 weeks later, and a good welder. 1 full month to get the additional equipment ordered.
Ordered a paintless dent puller, and called the following day to confirm the order. Was told they were out, and it was backordered again. Representative states it wood be in at the end of the week, then sent. Waited till the following week, and contacted them again. This representative stated it won't be in for 2 more weeks. Can have the item from Amazon in 2 days.
If you want to wait forever, use Eastwood. If you need it sooner, find some place else. Other places may be cheaper also!

I placed my first (and last) order with Eastwood and awaited shipping confirmation. The tracking number provided did not work. After a week, I emailed Eastwood customer Service asking for a valid tracking number. No response. A week after that I called customer service. They informed me that no tracking number existed because the package had just been submitted to FedEx?. I hope that the product is quality. I was willing to pay more because I considered Eastwood a priemier company. Not any more.
Yeah what a joke this company is! I placed an order and when it didn't ship for 4 days I called to find out why. I was told that my order was boxed up and would ship that night, when I didn't receive tracking i called back the next day to hear they couldn't tell me when my order would ship as they were backed up. I told the lady If it wasn't shipping within the next day or 2 I wanted to cancel as I needed these materials for a project with a deadline. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I have spent a good bit of money here but won't any longer! I can't believe how unprofessional this company is! Order E*******
I was a Customer at Eastwood paints and very dissatisfied with their service.
I ordered over 400 dollars in product most of it came in at reasonable amount of time but I ordered one of there clearcoats and I waited and waited. I called them and was told int would be in middle of month. So I waited middle of month I called now they tell me end of the month or around first of next month. I did not want any more run around so I ordered a different type Clear coat finally got it. They gave me blunt answers like when I called it seemed Like I was bothering them. I got no discount for waiting no apology nothing. They will not give you the paint number so if you need more paint you have to get it from them.
I will never deal with them again. Thats final
Purchased a product and an accessory kit. Accessory kit arrived but the paint gun did not. They originally said it was on backorder and then canceled the order. Tried to get them to make it right, but now no contact. Now I am stuck with an accessory kit I can't use. I purchased from them years ago without issues, but now I would not recommend making any purchases from Eastwood. It's not worth the hassle.

I purchased an Eastwood Tig 200 welder in July of 2017, used it 6 times. On the 6th time, I stick welded a frame together with 1/8" 6011 rod at 90 amps, it welded, but the heat was inconsistant, going from good weld to too hot then to too cold. I stopped to get some welding rod and when I got back it wouldn't weld and displayed an overload. I contacted Eastwood Technical support and they sent a repair manual which has a trroubleshooting guide that is not very good. Their Technical support is non-existant and customer support does not help. I am now the proud owner of a $750 boat anchor and as a boat anchor it fails also. Buyer Beware. I have yet to find anyone who will work on this machine

Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Four days later no shipment email. Dashboard showed Order on hold! Found some of my items from amother online vender. Cancelled my order and reordered. The next day Dashboard showed Order on hold again! Customer service stated security blocked my 10 year old email address. Informed me password security will take 24 hrs to clear and processing and additional 24 hrs. Received part of my order. No email explanation as to the status of my remaining ordered items. The products I have used from my order are great, sad I don't know the status of my remaining items. This rating is entirely on your poor customer service!
I ordered Eastwood 01aD01BBo5 and 01AD05AA02 which are their spray applications for a simulated gold cad plate. 1st thing to note is that once you buy it, its yours. You can't ship it back because it is spray medium and no one will ship a rattling box unless it is from a manufacturer to you. 2nd point is this is a worthless product. You can go down to anyplace that sells gold metallic paint and likely do better. VERY expensive and totally useless. I am a professional restoration shop, so it isn't a case of the people using the product not knowing what to do. Junk product. Avoid.

Ive called 3 times now and apparently the tech support people arent very tech savey... told lady i was going to do exhaust work in the future but needed to bend other pipe now... they dont sale exhaust benders she said but they are on the page... my opinion is they shouldnt sell anything if they dont know anything about it... was going to buy tig welder also but nit from somebody that cant tell me hiw to even turn it on... poor place to call

The normal procedure would be for the customer to be responsible for the return shipping in order to receive the refund. Answer: Hello Don, after the 3-year warranty has expired we recommend that if any malfunctions happen with your welder; the welder be taken to a local repair shop. At that point, a call can be placed to our customer solutions department to purchase parts to have the welder repaired.

Answer: Charles, Admittedly, we've had a tough time with a total system overhaul that occurred at the end of August 2016. We've come a long way since then but have run into other issues as Laura points out, where the black powders got mislabeled leading to glossy black being packaged as satin black.
