Just a warning, if you purchase anything from this site more than likely you will really be disappointed. I ordered a Fig Tree, they sent me a dead 6 inch stick. The Lemon Tree was half dead and the leaves were half eaten by bugs. I would NOT recommend this site.

8 MONTHS! From placing my order to my most recent shipment. Not one seed package was current, not one plant was received live, roots were molded, shipped the incorrect version of the items - can't speak with them on the phone, they don't answer email, and every email claims to ship items based on your climate zone - 8 MONTHS. I'm now looking for a list of all names and associates for this company - there are many and all just as awful.

Worse Company ever! Please please
Please Do not purchase from this company! We bought some trees from them and they arrived Dead we reached out to the company they sent us the most generic message and pretty much told us not our problem
Save your money for
A company that actually cares about their costumers because this place is a damn joke! Completely Dissatisfied with your lack of morals when it comes to your customers.

Rotten website

I was trying to place a large order. The website took forever to update my order with each item I added. Frankly, It took a long time to find my items. And finally, it made me fill in the address information 4 times, then it still got it wrong. I have different shipping and billing addresses. I tried five times to put in the information but each time it would start to finalize my order, it would have them backwards! I will find another company with a better website. I am sure that they are out there.

The trees were twigs and dead, the Perennial Bu ch had moldy and dead plants! We ordered the tree bunch and we received branches they rooted that were dead or died within a day of planting! We planted everything the day we received it which was 7 days from the day they were shipped! They were not receptive to our email, with photos, of the plants and their conditions - they stated we'd have to mail everything back, at our expense, with original packaging and packing slip with an explanation of what is wrong - seriously, we sent pictures to them of the dead plants! We threw all packaging away as we had planted them the day we received them in hopes they'd recover! Lesson learned - NEVER buy from this company - they send twigs for trees and moldy bulbs and a leaf with a root on it! Terrible quality and customer service! Top it off with their phone being ALWAYS a busy signal - tried calling several times a day, even in the evening, for weeks - nothing but a busy signal!

If you can even call that and it is not even funny. All was a mush of mostly dead plant and some dirt. It was shipped in a plastic bag. What a joke! And the prices for all that are outrageous. All the reviews I read unfortunately too late are terrible. I will never buy them them again.
The customer service is non existing.

You have to go to their policy page with a problem. There you discover that you must prove you even made a purchase from them by providing the original shipping label or proof of purchase from your bank. They shipped their product to your address which should be proof enough that you paid. All your information is already in their system. My shipping label was already in a 3 1/3 ft garbage can which means I would have to dump it all out to pick out the packaging with the label. Next time I will use this site http://www.theusanursery.com - look at their "Promises" page. Yes, you have to return the product, but at least they admit you actually made a purchase from them. They have better prices, too. Wish I'd looked at them when I was browsing. Yes, I received plants, but zero stars for their use of antiquated company policy. One star required just to post.

Ordered tomato plants half arrived dead. The free stuff is back ordered... the rest of my order still not shipped its so late in the season some of the plants are on clearance sale now... please save your money

They do not answer phone-always busy. They do not respond to e-mail or if they do it is a auto reply that is worthless and they do not send any part of order after more than a month. What they do extremely well is debit one's account and grab those $ almost simultaneously with the click of the "submit order" button... Never again... it is a shame when there are so many reputable on line companies out there. I am a fool for not doing a more thorough research..

Rip off company

Their catalog is full of pretty pictures of products. This is NOT what you will be receiving! You will get dead sticks. Some don't even have roots. Their catalog is a gross misrepresentation. Nowhere does it even hint that you'll get tiny sticks as plants that are almost dead. Their return policy is blatant theft of your money. You do not get a refund. You get a piece of paper good only with them that must be used all at one time or you forfeit the rest of your money. Don't even think about doing business with this company unless you want to get ripped off.
