The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the affordability, quality, and timely delivery of their textbooks. Many users appreciate the ease of use of the platform and the availability of digital content, which enhances their overall experience. However, concerns regarding shipping delays and issues with receiving incorrect items have been noted, leading to some frustration among customers. While the rental process is typically smooth, the inconsistency in delivery times and occasional miscommunication about order fulfillment suggest areas for improvement in customer service and logistics.

Pearson, publisher, for textbooks uses e.campus.com to distribute books. However, e.campus charges shipping fees for Pearson 's textbooks, but free shipping for all e.campus products over $35.
Always a great experience. The books arrive on time and are in good condition. The return process is easy as well.
Phenomenal experience! I highly recommend the use of eCampus and plan to use it until degree is complete!
Quick and easy. I'm just disappointed there was a shipping charge.
I have not accessed one of my digital books. So I am unwilling to describe my experience. But I am sure it will be fine.
Ordered my cheap textbook, while I was waiting for it to be delivered, ecampus provided me with a digital textbook for the time being so I could still complete my work! Loved it would use this site again
Everything was straight forward and easy to order a book. I was new to ecampus.com and had to create a new account to order a book. It was delivered quickly too.
Fraud detection prevented me from using my normal means of purchasing stuff. It took several tries and several different methods to get it to process. Called my bank and they said that my account was unlocked and things should be good to go on my end.
I placed my order on May 14,2025, and the book was shipped the next day on May 15. The tracking consistently showed an expected delivery date of Wednesday, May 21. However, on that day, the status changed to a delay—now expected by Friday, May 23, by 7:00 PM. When it still hadn't arrived after 7:00 PM, I contacted UPS and was told the package had been rerouted. The book finally showed up yesterday—in the pouring rain—left near the road by my mailbox. Because of the weather, both the packaging and the book itself were soaked. This entire experience has been frustrating and honestly unacceptable.
My issue was with the late charge I received. I explained that I finished the class I had and then was in the hospital delivering my baby. When I called to explain they only reversed half of the charge, until I asked to speak with a manager. Eventually the issue was resolved, but I shouldn't have had that experience of discrimination immediately after giving. It was unfair!
In January, I was supposed to receive a rental book within a week. It was shipping fast and had no issues, but when it was "delivered to mailbox," it was not there. I have emailed and called and even tried contacting UPS, but have not gotten a response. I am sure I am expected to pay for the book in full since it was a rental, but will not be doing so since I have had no help in finding it, was unable to use it and paid for it, and am unable to return it. I am really disappointed.
I purchased this book last week, but the book was returned for a reason unknown to me. I am attempting to purchase this book for the second time because I need it for class. I did appreciate the timely refund, but did not want the book returned.
I never received my book because someone from your facility printed the label wrong and ups kept returning the package. Hopefully this time you can get it right.
Too long for books to come, I ordered a week prior which is the earliest I could because that's when I signed up for my classes and had to wait 2 weeks without required books- so stressful!
My order took a little longer than I would have liked to arrive; however, because the delay was likely impacted by severe weather, it was not unreasonable. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Thank you for choosing eCampus!
I have ordered the same book from the same merchant twice. That order has been cancelled and refunded with no explanation, and the same item STILL shows on the site, as available.
Selling textbooks to broke college kids at such an inflated price knowing that they have to buy it is evil.
I placed an order yesterday and it was cancelled because of security concerns. I had to reorder lets see if this one goes through
Took 10 days to receive my book. I was not expecting it to take that long. Clearly need to order in a more timely fashion before class starts.
I ordered a book for a course and they cancelled my order. They said the credit card system canceled my order, but I did not receive an alert from my bank. This futher let's me know that there was fradulent activity by the site as a way to gain more money from its customers. When I went in to submit a new order, the price had doubled. I was given a ton of apologies but no one was willing to give me the same price for the book I ordered less than 24hrs prior. Not to mention the fact that I was told the credit card system cancelled my transaction, only for the money to have been removed from my account. If it was cancelled the hold on my money should have been released immediately.
First time in 10 years using ecampus that books took 2 weeks to deliver even from marketplace and provided tracking numbers were incorrect, showed UPS but got shipped using Fedex.
Reached out to the company and they are sending me a new book. It's really important to check the book carefully for any damage and to report it quickly because if you don't you will be charged for the price of a new book to replace the damaged one.

Answer: You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.
Answer: Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
