My son had returned his textbooks late due to snow snowstorm. We charged a late fee which was more than the cost to rent the book and after I complained I only received half the money back from the charge. I had used the service again it was the only service that offered reasonable prices for digital books
I ordered a book, it said it was in stock. However, after my order was placed it took weeks for it to arrive which was unfortunately too late for me.
I only received one of the books I ordered and was refunded for the other one. Not sure why I could not receive the other one (Deadly Justice)

I paid $40 for one day shipping based on the delivery timeline displayed at the checkout. The order was placed on January 17 with an expected delivery date of January 20. The item did not ship into later and arrived on January 21, making it clear that the expedited shipping service I paid for was not provided. Customer service later, explained that the item 1st needed to be sourced before shipping, meaning the delivery estimate included internal processing time. This was not clearly disclose at checkout and directly contradicts, the expectation created when offering and charging for one day shipping. Charging a premium shipping fee when an item is not ready to ship is misleading and defeats the purpose of exploited delivery. I did not receive the service I paid for and would not recommend purchasing expedited shipping from this company based on this experience I honestly would never buy here again.

They kept a good on my account for a previous purchase that was already settled and delayed two days go my package. One of the books was apparently not in stock and I wasn't notified until I paid and it confirmed my payment which is crazy.Luckily they put it on expedited shipping but it wasn't an experience or website I'd speak highly for after that.

I love how they give you many options to buy. My sister's teachers were being very strict about books and you know how uni books can be worth. Glad they have digital editions as well. Glad i learn about the website so she doesn't have to deal with the prices as much as i did.
Very fast... got it in a week which was awesome. I was annoyed by the constant emails from y'all to "discuss my experience." That was the most frsutrating part of this entire experience. 4 stars because of that.

Various editions, education levels and formats may be available. However, I am disappointed in the confusing book option details for the book I wanted and thought I would receive but got a lower education level than what I needed. I needed a new copy of the latest college level edition in hardback form.

Package came loose leaf as expected (my first time renting a loose leaf textbook). As advertised, not best quality in the world but a good cheaper option for college students. Rented book for semester with return date in May.

I was satisfied with the books that I purchased, and the shipping time was accurate. The books look barely used and are in good condition.
Easy & fast but annoyed to keep getting emails asking if I have received my textbook & in order to say yes, have to complete this review AND it requires writing and a minimum of 20 characters. I would have given a higher rating if I could have indicated that I received the book and been given the option for a review, and a short review at that.

Ordered the book and was expecting 3-6 business days. However after the arrival window passed I received an email that the book was not even available at the warehouse yet and they did not give me a timeframe of when I could expect to receive it. Eventually after almost a week I received an email saying that the package had shipped. It then took 6 business days to arrive. I'm glad to have received it eventually, however if you're on a deadline for a class or studying for an exam, keep this in mind.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The box they send it in doubles as the box you return it in, label and all. Definitely recommend and will absolutely use them again next semester.

All I will say is that for some reason, when I tried to track my package on my computer, the ecampus site would not load, but it was only a small issue. Other than that, great!
