The amount of time to get the books was stressful as the date kept changing. To be honest, we were getting really bad snow storms also but I never received until the night my assignments were due.
I was excited to find this website because it helped save me money on my required books. However, as stated previously, the main book for my course has a broken seam, and I have not been able to use it for fear that it will come completely undone. I did not contact customer service because I did not have time to wait for another book, as I am in an accelerated course with assignments due every week.

The books were shipped within a week. However they didn't provide clear descriptions about the products. I didn't know one of the books I ordered was loose leaf.
I didn't realize I purchased a looseleaf textbook. That is fine, but the binder that it came in was ruined, which made it not super functional.

I found books for my classes at a much lower price. It was also great to get them as rentals, so I didn't have to keep them and could access them on my phone or any other device.

I ordered a textbook for a class. It arrived quickly in the mail and was in great condition. It was a fair price. I am happy with my purchase and would use ecampus.com again.
It took several attempts to set up my account. I had a code sent to my email. I had to resend it 2 times. Also, I tried to use the CAMPUS3 code to get my 3% off. It told me that I hadn't spend more than $1 so I wasn't eligible. My book was over $100. Then when I ordered the book, I had to put in my information twice. It buffered and sent me back to the payment page. I am not sure if I will be charged twice for my order on my credit card. Considering that this is my first time using eCampus, it was not easy using the site. I need my book for class and it is difficult to find, so I am hoping that this site is legitimate. When I receive my book, I might feel better that the site is real and may try it again, but right now, I would not feel secure recommending this site to others.
The person I bought it from took forever to send it. I had to email them to tell them to send it. Even though I paid extra for fast shipping. The customer support was great though.

When i wanted a refund i could not find any where to refund my item. I also have not accessed the book in the last 30 days so i am hoping for a refund because i no longer need the book from this sight
We've rented a book which we haven't ever done before. The book arrived in a hurry which was great, I'm a little worried about how we will get it returned but figure we will cross that bridge when we get to it. There wasn't any returning info in the package so maybe I'll get an email.
The books arrived in very good condition! I have nothing bad to say about the condition of the books. The bad thing that I can say is the arrival time of the books. I was supposed to get them on a Wednesday and didn't receive them til the following Tuesday! I had to go extra days without books so that made me get further behind in class. I was given a few days of online access to only one book so that didn't help much either. But I got them so all I'm going to focus on now is passing my class!

I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
