I needed inexpensive replacement books for my students. The price was great, shipping was timely, and books were in very good condition.
The code I purchased was for Modern Systems Analysis and Design, 9th edition, but the only book available in Pearson is the 10th edition. I was able to access this 10th edition book with the code.
Once I found the text and edition I needed, the overall transaction was seamless. Shipping was a tad slow but acceptable. The book was new and un-used.

This was probably the worst. Nothing was on time. Some emails said they were coming together and it took weeks to get everything bc they came in bits and pieces.
I have placed an order (#*******) on 18/9 with the total price of USD111.92. The order was cancelled by eCampus the next day. I don't know why. Now, I placed a new order and the total price has been increased to USD134.89. Please assist.

This is a great site to use but when it says save money by renting by clicking a link and then saying we have no books to rent is confusing. Overall great place to buy books cheap.

I brought a brand new book because I needed online access code. We have the book free from our university website, however we needed access code for online activities. I was waiting over a week and got behind my assigned tasks. I could t find access code it was missing from the brand new book. I had to buy it from direct source and return this purchase. Experience was horrible I am sorry.
Renting the book seemed to be the best option and the ease of the process made this the best option
Seemed like a great process but charging so much for expedited shipping or 4-8 business days when an item needs to get to a student seems ridiculous
