I like how I can rent a textbook and just mail it back in when I am done with the semester. The only complaint I have is that I paid for expedited shipping and it came late, I could've just saved my money and paid for regular shipping... won't ever do this again.
Renting the book was nice and came perfectly fine, but I got lost on the refund policy since I'm not sure if my rental is a 25-day return or a short-term rental of 15 days return.

I was locked out... and there is no way to contact anyone to get support - no email or phone provided if you aren't logged in. And the chatbot never answered my inquiries on multiple days. Had to go to Facebook to direct message to get my problem resolved. Not good service.
I ordered a book and paid extra for expedited. My order was "awaiting fulfillment for 14 days before I requested a cancellation. You only ever get an AI bot too, never an actual customer service representative. I had to request a cancellation and refund. Have no idea how long that will take. I also had to order the book elsewhere for more money as my daughter needed it right away. I will never use eCampus again.

Terrible. I wanted to cancel right away and you wouldn't let me. I had to wait for the book to arrive and then return it for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous as it was about 5 minutes after I placed the order that I realized I didn't need to rent it.
Never used eCampus before. My first experience with this company has been great. The book was easy to order. Arrived in the timeframe stated by them. The book itself was in excellent condition when it arrived. Wonderful experience, thus far. We just need to return it to them by the date they stated (end of my daughter's semester at college" but already we have a link to an address label to make that process easier and convenient in the near future.
There is writing in the side of the book as well as some notes and papers that were left inside by a previous owner or owners. The book was well packaged and in good condition.

The site kept telling me to use a discount code, then wouldn't let me use it. I emailed and it was explained why I couldn't use it. I was given an in-store credit that I hope we'll be able to use.

I ordered my books new, paid, then read reviews which then stressed me out. Could not get ahold of customer service on call and email took a week. The books did come brand new along with the access card.

The delivery of this item was continuously delayed. Every time I opened to check the status, it would say "delivering today" and then it would be pushed to the next day. Eventually, weather delays caused the book to be delivered about 6 business days after I ordered it, despite paying for expedited shipping.

Gave me a cheaper alternative to other options initially given to me and I appreciate that I have access to the eBook version until my hard copy comes in the mail.
My son had returned his textbooks late due to snow snowstorm. We charged a late fee which was more than the cost to rent the book and after I complained I only received half the money back from the charge. I had used the service again it was the only service that offered reasonable prices for digital books

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
