I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.
It's been 17 days and I haven't received my order. My shipment was "returned to sender," so I've been told that the package is considered delivered. I've reached out to customer service several times and have yet to receive any follow up or satisfactory response. This is unbelievably frustrating, and I paid $150 to rent a textbook for a semester, and am now fighting to prove that I haven't received the book, and won't even have it for the entire semester now (classes started last week).
Someone please reach out to me. I have been told that someone would be in touch regarding my order and no one has been.
I ordered a textbook for rental. It did not arrive even after the expected delivery date, and tracking information was not working. I waited patiently, thinking there was a delay. I followed up with an email to Customer Service, which just sent me an automated reply telling me to check the tracking number. I chatted with Customer Service, and the agent supposedly checked my order number and told me that it should be delivered the following day. I waited two more days and there was no delivery. I contacted Customer Service again via chat, and this time the agent said the item must have been lost in transit. I did not receive fair customer service for this order and no longer trust this company.
The one star is for the first Customer Service agent I communicated with. S/he said that my order should arrive the following day. It did not, and the tracking for this order did not reflect any movement. The second customer service agent said that my order got lost in transit, and offered a full refund. I will need to wait 3 to 7 business days to see if I do, indeed, get a refund, in which case I will, at least, be able to say that the second Customer Service agent was honest. I just cannot trust this company.
Thought that renting instead of buying was more practical and eco-friendly.

Your service makes it look like you have the books in stock, but you don't. Then you fail to inform the customer how long it will take to get delivered. I paid for next-day delivery and got the book about a month after I ordered it.
Because the web site made it look like the book was in stock and I would be able to get it quickly.

Instead of renting signing naturally I bought a new copy believing it would come with all supplements, dvd etc that I needed for my class and it did not come with that. So it's disappointing to spend the extra money and not have everything I need.
I have rented textbooks from the site in the past and was very happy with everything I’ve received prompting me to order from here again.

Will end up returning because of the delay in shipping. I had paid for it to arrive within 4 days and it took over a week to it to even be shipped from their distribution center. I ended up finding another place to purchase the lab manual and was able to receive it in time for my course.

I had a bad experience with this. I bought one textbook from here because it was the only place that offered it. It said the book would arrive three days before the semester started. It did not arrive until three weeks into the semester. They didn't send any emails warning me and when I contacted them, they said the book wasn't in stock? Now I'm behind on my school work and I'm seeing now that it's rental only. This is a book I'll need for my future career. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never use this site again.
While they were able to answer my question, they were not able to resolve my issue at all. And there was no follow up on my extremely late delivery.

I ordered a book in quick delivery, payed extra money, and a week after the deadline, I had to contact the company just for them to tell me the book in not available. I was refunded and nothing else was done. I usually try to be very understanding for every situation that arises, but the complete ignoring of a customer is very unprofessional and upsetting.
The provider was very nice and tried to comfort, but the fact that I’m just left to wait for a product without ensuring me what will happen with it is unprofessional.

It took over two weeks for the first book to even arrive, which was insane. I thought I was purchasing an Especially based on the price, but it arrived as a paperback which I was not happy about. I reached out to the seller, they were responsive in a timely manner, which was nice, but they tried to tell me based on the book code, which she looks up book codes, that it's a paperback?!
My other book still has not arrived. It's been over three weeks. I've reached out to campus and they were no help. They basically just said reach out to the third-party which obviously I have and they aren't responding to me or to the campus people so why is ecampus allowing this person to sell books when they're not actually selling books they are just taking students money?! Someone needs to be held accountable for refunds!

They just passed the buck to the third-party saying I had to contact them although the third-party hasn’t responded back to me and neither have they responded back to the ecampus rep?! I want to know who’s going to be held responsible for my refund?! is ecampus just going to allow this third-party to be on their website stealing peoples money?!

Wish the e books did not expire. I might need them to study again when I sit for an exam in 2 years so I had to go with the hard copies, wish there were more options for used hard copies.

I rented a book for backup but the course I took was only 6 weeks and I did not get to even open it. It was on top of my drawer the whole time. They emailed me saying they are going to charge me a replacement fee because I had damaged the book. I sent them an email letting them know that I did not use it and whatever condition they received it was the same condition it was sent to me. They just sent me the same email saying that it was damaged and that I will be charged. Seems like they are just trying to take advantage of their policy and make more money off me. Use another website! At this point for being cheap I am ending up paying more.

E-campus books shipped my book days later than promised, shipped it via 3-4 day ground, rather than next day air, for which I paid $39.99, and customer support could not tell me where my package was at any time. In the end, I had to call UPS, have them locate my package, arrange for them to hold the package at a local warehouse, then drive to the warehouse to pick up the package.
The first two people I talked to could not explain to me where my package was or why it took so long to be sent to UPS. They never did explain to me how my package was shipped via 3-4 day ground when I paid $39.99 for next day air. I had to call UPS to track my package. The third person I spoke to refunded my shipping fee since e-campus books failed to ship appropriately.

The receipt when purchased said all my items would deliver in 6-8 days. 2 textbooks showed up after 7 days and the 3rd one has not arrived after 3 weeks. Somewhere in the fine print they say they may not be able to fulfill and have to get it from somewhere else. I'm stuck having to beg and borrow to get assignments done.
They said they cannot do anything, said they will ship expedited 2 day when they get it but couldn't say when that would be.
Said everything I needed was in stock.

The coupons and list prices are deceiving and it does not come out any cheaper than other places. I paid extra for expedited shipping and saw the book located 5 miles down the road on a Friday and no delivery until Tuesday. Wouldn't have needed to pay the extra money for faster shipping.

The international shipping to Canada is insane. I've had items shipped from the other side of the planet for far less. The order was cancelled and I'm awaiting my refund which still has not been issued. If you cannot get the books you sell, do not sell them.

Book was never received and I don't think it was ever shipped. Customer service claims "book was lost in transit" but it never seems to have been sent to USPS. A replacement book is supposed to be ordered so let's see if I ever receive it.
It's been three and a half weeks since I ordered my books and still haven't received my complete order. I have only received one book. My semester already began and I've gone 2.5 weeks without my textbooks. I have always used ecampus and have had positive experiences but this time, I am extremely disappointed in the time it has taken to receive my order. I thought i would receive my order in 7 business days but it's been 17 days and still nothing.

It has been a bad experience. Had to cancel my order because you guys did not have the book in stock. I also had drop my class because of this. No one is emailing me back about getting my money back since I canceled my order.

While I was satisfied with the book I purchased and it's delivery, I could not find the original discount coupon that popped up when I first opened the site. It disappeared as I was browsing the books. I could not remember the original code and typed in what I thought it might have been. While I did get a coupon, it was less than the original coupon. Still got a good deal. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I would buy from them again.

They couldn’t give me an estimate on when my book would be delivered and couldn’t do anything to help the situation.

The used textbook I received was in good shape. I was given a 7 day electronic version while waiting for book. My book arrived in 8 days, so there was one day that I had no access to the textbook. Other than that everything was great.

New books still in the plastic, paid for two day shipping my first order, took over a week to ship, paid for 3-5 day shipping my second order, took almost two weeks to ship. If you need your books in a hurry, do not use ecampus, look for other options! Good quality books, just takes a while to receive them.
Customer service can only do so much, could not tell me when my items would ship because they had not even received them yet from their supplier. She helped as much as she could, but no real answers.

One of my books shipped on time and the second didn't. I received the first book about a week after ordering and the second didn't ship until after 9 days from ordering. The customer rep I spoke to also didn't help and tried to tell me that I was confused about shipping times. I chose the "ship working 3-5" days and it shipped 9 days after.

My experience was simple. They never shipped the product. When I contacted them to see what was going on, I received boilerplate messages like "see our webpage for answers" and "our staff is looking into your order." At least they did refund my money (which they took from my credit card immediately, not when the product was shipped, like most e-commerce outfits do.
eCampus costomer service never answered my questions. They just said to look at their website for answers to questions.

I ordered a Sociology textbook that I need for a class for my degree. After paying extra for faster shipping, I still haven't received my textbook. I ordered it on 8/19 and today is 9/6. There is no costomer service phone number, just a "AI" Chatbot that doesn't help at all. So I have 50 dollars tied up in a book that I don't have. I am three weeks into my Sociology class, and very disgusted with my situation. Honesty goes a long way. If they would have told me they they didn't have it, I would have went somewhere else. This is the worst online experience I have had yet!
