I rented a textbook to be shipped in two to four days. It took a week and a half. I needed to buy one from an entirely different bookstore to have it in time for class. Tracking information wasn't even available for the first week and I thought I got scammed. I will not be keeping the one that came from eCampus and will not order from them again.
My textbook was originally meant to arrive before my semester started, and then it got stuck in transit, and I was unable to receive timely support from eCampus or the postal service. The Mail Innovations shipping might be cost-efficient, but it is very annoying on the customer side.

Overall the books I ordered arrived in advertised condition and were easy to return at the end of my semester. The only frustrating piece was I paid for expedited shipping and books did not arrive within the advertised time frame for the expedited shipping--in fact they were nearly 5 business days later than what I anticipated based on the cost on the stated "2-day shipping". When I tried to resolve this with ecampus.com help portal, I was unable to get a meaningful resolution. Regardless, it's still the best deal for text book rentals for me at this time so I am renting books from ecampus again.

Hello I had a really hard time returning the book from last semester. It took days to get the return label printed. I had it to UPS and scanned by the due date and I was stilled charged for half the book. Really disappointing.

I bought my books (I can't say any opinion on the rental experience) but the books here are cheap, the ebooks work, and just make sure you give yourself ample time for items to be shipped to you and it worked out ok for me!

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
