I rented 2 books and got one fairly quickly. The other one took some time to arrive and I did have to reach out to support to see where the book was. Thankfully I rented the books a month and half before my class. I highly recommend renting or buying a month before class so that you have time to accommodate any late shipments.
The book arrived by the time that it was stated to arrive. The book is practically brand new even though it is a rental. Totally recommend!

I needed inexpensive replacement books for my students. The price was great, shipping was timely, and books were in very good condition.
The code I purchased was for Modern Systems Analysis and Design, 9th edition, but the only book available in Pearson is the 10th edition. I was able to access this 10th edition book with the code.

This was probably the worst. Nothing was on time. Some emails said they were coming together and it took weeks to get everything bc they came in bits and pieces.
I have placed an order (#*******) on 18/9 with the total price of USD111.92. The order was cancelled by eCampus the next day. I don't know why. Now, I placed a new order and the total price has been increased to USD134.89. Please assist.
