Various editions, education levels and formats may be available. However, I am disappointed in the confusing book option details for the book I wanted and thought I would receive but got a lower education level than what I needed. I needed a new copy of the latest college level edition in hardback form.

Package came loose leaf as expected (my first time renting a loose leaf textbook). As advertised, not best quality in the world but a good cheaper option for college students. Rented book for semester with return date in May.

I was satisfied with the books that I purchased, and the shipping time was accurate. The books look barely used and are in good condition.

Easy & fast but annoyed to keep getting emails asking if I have received my textbook & in order to say yes, have to complete this review AND it requires writing and a minimum of 20 characters. I would have given a higher rating if I could have indicated that I received the book and been given the option for a review, and a short review at that.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The box they send it in doubles as the box you return it in, label and all. Definitely recommend and will absolutely use them again next semester.

You cancelled my order even though it was pending on my card and the funds were there. Your company said it was due to payment.

All I will say is that for some reason, when I tried to track my package on my computer, the ecampus site would not load, but it was only a small issue. Other than that, great!

I ordered a wotkbook got a class and it never arrived. I fell behind in the class and the professor was kind enough to send me the assignments that I missed. I finally got in touch with my advisor and the bookstore claims it has resent the work book. It isn't here yet either!

I am in the process of using the book that purchased through ebook but a general description would be that I received my book within 2 weeks of ordering.

Huge Scam on poor college students that are forced to buy their books for classes. They make them overpriced and are so greedy.

A good experience, I know if I ever needed eCampus. Com again I know I will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I price shopped for this reference book that was selling for upwards of +$25 than ecampus. I'm very pleased with the outcome. The book arrived several days early without any issues. Tracking had me nervous at first because it was not showing movement the first 3 days. I was also nervous when it switched to usps delivery. In the end, order arrived in 7 days (counting wknds).
I recommend ecampus and will be shopping here again.

The amount of time to get the books was stressful as the date kept changing. To be honest, we were getting really bad snow storms also but I never received until the night my assignments were due.

I was excited to find this website because it helped save me money on my required books. However, as stated previously, the main book for my course has a broken seam, and I have not been able to use it for fear that it will come completely undone. I did not contact customer service because I did not have time to wait for another book, as I am in an accelerated course with assignments due every week.

I couldn't find the book I needed for class anywhere except on ecampus.com I'm so pleased to be able to get this book before my class starts. Thank you!
