I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.

It says I can return it within 30 days and when I called the number provided on the label for returns they have told me they are not able to help me and have given me an email address to contact instead. I have attempted to request a return through that email address with no response. Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing from eCampus again. Be aware!

I rented a book from this website and it confirmed availability, let me pay, and sent me a confirmation email. Then the status never changed from pending and I realized that they did not actually have this book in stock and it was never going to arrive. I canceled the order and got a refund. It was just frustrating because I needed the book for a class and had to then order from somewhere else and wait for it to arrive. Poor inventory management and poor communication with customers.

The book is in very good condition and it shipped and arrived fast. But The price was too much for a semester rental. I was in a bind and needed it fast so I paid it but shortly after I rented this book, I would one version older for $40 elsewhere. So, it just seems overpriced.
I cancelled my book order with customer service. I was told my refund would go back to my Venmo Account in 3-5 business days. It never arrived. I contacted customer service again and this time was told I would get my refund in 30 days via check in the mail, but since they only cut checks on Thursdays, it would be an additional week. Unless you have unlimited time to chase down your refund with customer service, I would order from somewhere else.

Campus bookstore more expensive.
I paid for expedited shipping but didn't recieve the book any sooner. It was super expensive to rent but this was the only plane I could find the book in hard copyso had no choice if my son needed it.
This was our only option
I ordered a sociology textbook as soon as I found out what textbooks I needed. I received it in adequate time but did not open the box until I knew I needed the book. When I opened the box it was an art textbook. When I called the customer service number on the invoice included with the box I was told they could not address my problem and I had to use the 'Live Chat' or email to address it. After 40 minutes of 'Live Chat' with a representative I was told it could take up to 9 days to get the replacement textbook and when I explained that it was an eCampus error and it shouldn't take that long to receive a replacement textbook I was disconnected without any solution. I then had to email the issue. It took two days for a response and so I am now 4 weeks into class without the proper textbook. I would highly suggest that you avoid this company unless you want to deal with nothing but difficulties in making their error in an order right.

They sent me the wrong book and when I reached out they said they didn't have the book I ordered in stock. I don't know why they let me buy a book that wasn't available, but they did. Huge waste of my time

The book itself is pretty standard, unfortunately it doesn't come with the required ECode for homework for my class so I had to make another purchase to buy the code that came with the EBook. If I had known originally, I wouldn't have rented this, but that's more my fault than the eCampus. It might be nice to have a more visible note somewhere that most classes require codes that are not included with these.

I selected standard shipping for my order which unbeknownst to me was actually usps bound printed matter, which is USPS slowest and least reliable method. Now I have to worry about my textbook not arriving before my classes start. Ecampus should label shipping methods clearly at checkout "standard" should be referred to as "economy".

My book was delivered to the wrong address. UPS hasn't responded, and my local post office said to wait a few days. It's been a few weeks, and still no book. The company refuse to resend or refund my money.

Great condition, hard cover copy, few scribbles in some of the pages, otherwise great condition! This copy IS actually the 2024 Release Edition, regardless of the picture shown of the old edition. Would highly recommend! I saved A LOT by renting this online rather than purchasing in my college bookstore. Fast delivery.

Placed order on 08/26, not receive the book until 09/05. Contacted the customer support to check when will receive my book?
Now they said 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to receive it from publisher, and then will sip it 7~10 BUSINESS DAYS!
The fact is the they didn't receive it from publisher yet and gave me the delivery date on or before 09/17.

When I first made my rental order I realized that I could purchase them online instead so I attempted to cancel my order 30min after my initial purchase. I was told that I couldn't because it was already being processed but I could return them before my rental date for a partial refund. Alright. Cool. So I waited for them to arrive. The only issue is that I ordered August 29th and it's currently September 16th. It's been over two months and there's been no signs from the tracking code since August 23rd. It's simply outrageous.
I was told there was nothing I could do regarding cancelling my order except wait for the product to arrive and return them promptly.
It had the cheapest rental options available, I now see why.

The books I needed were easy to find and the most affordable option I found. They also shipped very quickly so I didn't need to worry about not having them in time for the semester. They are also in very good condition.
The site was easy to use and navigate however I had 2 other items that were cancelled and got no notification. It was only when I realized that I hadn't gotten the books- about 2 weeks later that I found out.
