We have a little problem and was impossible to talk with someone to explain the problem. The answer machine not always works. The possibility of having a real person should exit in my opinion.
Good record of any previous scratches/damage to car. Only one member of staff in the office so had to wait a while before being able to go through our booking and getting the car.
Having kids on with me i thoroughly enjoyed the trip with my wife and kids. I would recommend everyone. They offer discounts and 24/7 support which is a great plus for me overall satisfied

On March 6, I was looking to rent a car at Detroit International airport using Kayak search engine, During the search for March 7 thru March 11, I came across an advertisement from Economy Bookings regarding the availability of a car at a good price. I right away paid for the car and BOOKED THE CAR (Booking number:
B*******). Once paid, I realized that it was across the US border in Canada at Windsor International airport. I right away called their customer service (which took me at least 40 min to connect to an agent). I explained the whole situation to this agent. In fact I told him about the flight number too that I was taking to land at the Detroit airport. He didn't pay any attention to my request. Horrible customer service. I TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN TWO MINUTES OF BOOKING BUT THIS GENTELMAN'S RESPONSE WAS EXTREMELY POOR.
I also sent an email to their customer service explaining my situation.
HORRIBLE CAR RENTAL COMPANY. NEVER RENT A CAR FRPM THIS COMPANY.
The person who attended me showed me respect and care.

Booking dates changed in mid-stream of booking. I typed in June 11-28 and by the time the booking was completed the booking dates reverted back to the June 4-9 default. I cancelled the booking immediately when error discovered in reviewing booking email. Company REFUSES to refund $526.22 CAD because cancellation was withing 48 hours of pick-up. However, it was THEIR SYSTEM THAT MESSED UP THE DATES leaving me no recourse but to cancel the booking.

Do not use them at all, they are outright scam. Booked a car on their website, paid a prepayment and on the day of collecting the rental car, I was being refused and had to be referred to another rental car company, I asked for refund from eoconomybookings.com and refused, stating reasons that I did not adhere to the rental company's terms and condition. I have never had any problems with Budget, Avis, Dollar. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT USE ECONOMYBOOKINGS.COM
We paid for insurance that was not accepted by the Rental agency in Panama. E-mails do not get answered, phone calls do not go through or get cut off. Do not use these people, they are dishonest.
I worked with Isaac, it was a total a complete blessing because he's so patient. He was by himself for a little while, he did the incoming, answered phone calls and made reservations all with a smile
Got to this broker through the sky scanner car rental app. They directed me to Gold car which was supposed to be in Fiumicino airport but it was really a small company 15 minutes out of the airport. As I arrived I was told that I could not use any of my cards including the Amex and VISA debit. Of course it is written at the end of the voucher and it is odd that I could reserve the car with EconomyBookings using the AMEX without problems. As I called them they refused to grant a refund even though I did not get a service and they wasted 2 hours of my time. I went back to the terminal and got a car from Sixth without a booking and for a reasonable price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SKY SCANNER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
We had a petrol engine but would rather have a diesel next time cause it consumed quite a lot of petrol. Maybe because we were driving around Piemonte area with hills

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
