Linda helped me with my rental and was extremely kind. She made small talk and appeared friendly. She answered all my questions and was very skilled at her job

I was really hesitant and even called Thrifty after my booking to make sure I really had a reservation. Everything went smoothly on economybookings.com, but Thrifty was a pain.

The person at the rental desk was very courteous and knowledgeable and had us walking to the car pick up area in 5 or 6 minutes; once we got to the car it was about 2 minutes and we drove off!

Car was in excellent condition and with Sat Nav which made the drive much easier. I was pleased with the service and I consider it a very rewarding experience

She was able to get everything set up for me a and a time to pick up the rental. I'm not sure of the man's name but he was also fantastic. He walked me through everything once the paperwork was done.

Despite the social distancing aspect of the pick up and drop off, EconomyBookings took excellent care of me. I was able to pick up and drop off in two different places with no issues.

Great value for the type of car that we needed and length of time it was needed. Had a few issues with the vehicle itself but other than that it was a good experience
