We booked a car for a family vacation to Disney world. We get to Orlando in early afternoon. After being picked up and taken to our rental place and waiting 5 hours we were told they didn't have a mini van for us. We were traveling with our grandkids. They left us stranded. We were taken back to the airport left to our own devices. We were able to obtain anther van from a different company at twice the price. We are sitting here three weeks after our vacation and still no refund. This company is terrible. I've sent numerous emails. Asking who was paying for the additional price we had to pay when I could of booked it months in advance for the same price threw someone else. I had to send 1300 dollars not to mention that we lost a whole day of our vacation. All I asked for was money back on there over booking. I will never use this company again. It was our first time and last. We rent cars usually three times a year and have never had this happen. Terrible customer service. And all they want you to do it send emails. Trying to talk to someone is next to impossible. Book with someone else

Highly recommend! We rented one of their new Ford Transit vans and it was great. The reservation process was smooth and we were in and out of the off when we picked up the van.
The car rental experience was simultaneously high-tech, and hi touch. Felt super smooth and well-handled, loved the experience of getting to choose any car I wanted to out of the row of a dozen cars.
I will never use this business again. They would only apply a small portion of my voucher toward my car rental. I still have $435 that they will not apply towards my car. MY MONEY.
This weekend, I decided to use a car rental. When I contacted the manager, he was friendly and quickly placed an order. The car was like new and the car interior had a good smell.
I did not wait long before being accepted, unfortunately I did not like the fact that the booked car did not have the gps as requested and that in return there was a much more expensive one
