Después de cancelar un alquiler porque la compañía se niega a entregarme el coche porque no disponía de una tarjeta de crédito física, por haberla extraviado, aunque sí tenía tarjeta de crédito en formato virtual (móvil contactless), Economycarrentals se niega a devolverme el dinero pagado por adelantado. El pago incluía un seguro de reembolso de la franquicia que te cuelan si no te das cuenta y no desmarcas la casilla. La reserva en cuestión fue: EC3D5CD6 en la que se incluía un seguro todo riesgo y no era necesario hacer ningún depósito (cosa que ni siquiera he escrito en mi post y que también puedo justificar, nada menos que 1000 USD)
Al llegar a la oficina de San José (Budget) me incluyeron un seguro que yo no contraté ni quise incluir dado que ya estaba asegurado. Pero no me dejaron eliminar el mismo y no me permitían retirar el vehículo si no lo contrataba.
Es difícil demostrar que yo no lo contratara voluntariamente (pero sí ilógico si ya tenía otro contratado)
Tengo las condiciones de contratación de economycarrentals.com y en ellas se incluye Cero Depósito y Seguro todo riesgo incluido.
