I will like to apologise for the delay. We are having some issues about orders, mostly the Nikon D750. Few of our clients that placed their order came back with their delayed payments. Mr. Harsha, what we will do for you is if you can buy another extra Nikon D750 for the rate of $1000USD which we will be willing to offer you at that price, we will ship out 2 units of the Nikon D750 to your address immediately.
Also the payment won't be via Paypal cause most delays are from Paypal. It takes 3 working days for it to be transfer from Paypal to our Bank and company rules are payment must be confirmed before shipment. So we recommend you using Western Union Transfer.
So let me know if you can do it so we can arrange a new invoice for you and I promise there won't be any delays.

Just like any other place, there are good and bad sellers. Check the feedback to figure out which are which. I've had a positive experience so far with most of the sellers.
I realize ecrater is just a selling platform but they really do need to do a better job of screening their sellers. My last purchase on the site involved a seller who advertised a dvd/comic book combination which was a very special limited production item. When I received the shipment, he had sent the dvd only without the included book, and the dvd was not even the same one from the item he'd advertised.
Okay, so not a completely horrible experience, I figured I'd just return it for a refund, but the seller stomped his feet and INSISTED that I'd gotten the correct item and that a refund was out of the question. When I engaged him in the ecrater forums and provided photographic proof that he was wrong, ecrater admin removed my posts and banned me from the forums.
After a month of constant followup with the seller, ecrater and Paypal, I was finally able to secure a refund for the purchase. In my 20 years of online shopping, this was truly the worst experience I've ever had, and makes me hesitant to consider ecrater for any future purchases.
I called them to ask about why they canceled my order and a guy name Wes was extremely rude and he gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me before I finished speaking.
I paid for my package order number ******* on March 3 at 10:33am. The money was debited from my account on March 9th. I was notified my order was shipped on March 21st with tracking number ************** through fedex. Today March 26th I realized my package had still not arrived even though the original tracking updates stated I would receive my package on March 24th. I called fedex at was notified that the shipper notified fraud and for the package to be returned. I did not receive my money nor my package. I need to be credited 55.00 immediately!

This company supplied me with a high quality trim motor for my 60hp Yamaha outboard. Arrived with in two weeks super happy. Happy with price and product it's not cheap junk.
Ordered hockey cards in June. Tracking number for Netherlands. No communication from seller Muscara. Rip off. Do not order from here. Cannot send email to Ecrater. We still have no cards.
I placed and order to GenieLamps and paid through PayPal. I received an order confirmation and payment confirmation. Never got a shipping confirmation and now the seller has disappeared entirely. They stole my money and eCrater doesn't hold them accountable. DO NOT ORDER FROM eCrater!
Bought an item from Thaigrocery, never got the item, I emailed the seller multiple times, asking for either what I bought or a refund, got no answer, tried emailing Ecrater team, got no support, no help, please don't fall for it, a total rip off
I ordered a simple vacuum part because it was cheapest through ecrater.com. People sell their products using ecrater which is similar to eBay but much, much lower quality. I received a confirmation of my purchase but no confirmation once it was shipped or tracking info. Ten days later I tried to inquire about my package and all I was able to do was send a message to the seller of the product and wait for a response. When I got a response two days later, they then gave me a tracking number which showed it had been delivered. It may have and perhaps the mail person put it in the wrong box, or it was stolen, etc... However, if I had been sent the tracking at the start, I could have watched for it like I do all my other packages.
The seller would not send me another so I went to ezvacuum.com and paid about 99 cents more for the same part. Immediately I was sent a shipment date and tracking number and my package is due to arrive on Friday.
Lesson learned. No more ecrater.com for me and hopefully this helps someone else too.
Placed an order 2weeks ago & I have gotten nothing except a receipt. Tried the Contact site, useless. I just want to know about my order. Of course payment was taken. Ready to just cancel.
This is the worse online experience I've ever had. I bought software from a seller (Digis) off Ecrater only to find out it was an old outdated program. They put 10 WIN after the product description. VERY slick! So I thought it was for Windows 10 and never fathomed they'd be selling me a God knows how old of "version" of this software. I didn't even suspect that "10" stood for a Version 10 (see uploaded snapshot)! I thought it was for WIN 10 and imo they make it look like that. So back and forth we go via email trying to resolve the problem. I finally asked for a refund.
They stopped responding immediately after that. Waited a day, then sent another email saying "I guess I got my answer" Then they email me back telling mew they already answered that email. So we go back and forth again round and round. Then they copy and pasted an answer they NEVER gave me in the response email trying to tell me they already answered my question!
Slippery snaky seller. I understand not getting a refund even though I never activated it. That's the way software works but I thought I'd try seeing I never even activated it and just tested out the demo downloaded from the Movavi website. All I asked for was one simple answer. Can I get a refund? And it took 4-5 emails just to finally get a email lying and telling me that they already answered my question. Pathetic!

Order from seller "kaiserleidao" never arrived. Seller sent wrong shipping info so no way to track and no way to contact anyone for help. $150+ down the drain :( Will never use this site again!
I ordered a buffalo bills ring over a month ago got a tracking number and everything nothing ever came and theres no way of tracking it they took 30 dollars off my card i want it back

Like many others, I bought MS Office from Buyhome (seller) - didn't here a word after that. Contacted Ecrater, who said I need to go through Paypal or Credit card company for my refund. Buyhome is still selling at Ecrater; they are just a front for theives - STAY AWAY!
The DVD set of I Hear You was shipped promptly and packaged extremely well. I received it in a timely manner. I was pleased with the product and would buy from here again.
