Bought a jersey through hazarglobe. I ordered it on jan 26th. I did not receive it until March 4th. When I did receive it, it was the wrong size. I ordered a small and received a large. I tried to contact the seller about the wrong size 3 times with no reply. I cannot leave a review because the link the seller sent me for a review expires after 6 days and he sent me the link the day I ordered the jersey! HORRIBLE! I have no way of getting a new jersey or my money back! Don't order from this website. You will get screwed!
I recently purchased a Samsung a867 phone from eVirtualz.com that was advertised as "Brand New" Well... I received a bubbled-wrapped "used" phone that was missing its box and most of the advertised accessories AND the used phone I received has scratches on both the front and the back. I have not received responses from eVirtualz.com to my many eMails and have now turned the matter over to PayPal.
I placed an order through eCRATER on June 18,2016, for my grandson. We received a reply and order # but have not received the hunting knife we ordered. It was through ibuyebuy, and was a total of $18.98. We still have not received it, nor heard anything from the seller OR eCRATER.
Im a seller in this side... i was a seller on ebay (im small seller) but the fees where to high for the sales i made it on the time... i change the place to ecrater the side is ok, we dont pay fee for sales, we only pay to paypal, we list the items we want. Plus the page is really easy to manage.
The bad of this place is they dont have a lot of trafict, is really hard to sell a item. Plus when someone left a bad feedback (i dont have any of this only good ones) you can reply it.

I am so impressed with Ethio Tebe! I ordered 10 berle. They arrived in plenty of time for Fasika celebration. However, 1 was broken. I let the company know and they said they would send a replacement asap. I ordered 2 more for a gift. The company sent me the two news ones along with a replacement for the broken one. They came quickly and they are wonderful.
Very good service and I will be ordering regularly from them.

This fragrance smells so good but hard to find I found it here for $40 but I read the fine print on the website and it said to contact the seller to make sure they are still in business. Because the business information has not been updated in a year. SCAM all the way...

Seems like eCrater will close a site after suspicious activity. I wish they would do their homework and check the stores before granting them the ability to steal money from consumers.

I purchased an android tablet, took 3 weeks to arrive and arrived broken, the power button was wedged inside unit so could not have passed the most basic final inspection. ECrater directed me to contact the seller and did not support me, seller advised I had to ship back to Singapore at my expense and would not issue a refund, only a new one, and it might take 30 days after arrival. THESE GUYS SUCK, do not use.

On saturday I ordered a bluray 6 episod serie from seller wjsssales, I went through my order before clicking it as allways. When the item was purchased I checked the order again and realized there were an another adress and not my full last name. So I tried on eight ocasions to contact the seller and ecrater but no respons whatsoever. On monday i received the message that they had sent my item without the right adress and without my full last name. So I tried to contact them again but no respons. I have bought from amazon and ebay many years without problems so It came to mind to check the reviews and in that moment i realized that I was scammed, i wont get neither my item or my money back. Suddenly realised that many many reviewers had gone through the same thing. Had problems with their purchase and tried to contact with no response and thereby lost their tem without a refond. So a very good advice keep far away from this scam company
I ordered a rare SNES game & they sent me the wrong game. Now I can't seem to get ahold of anybody. I'll never shop there again.

Ecrater is a great alternative to Ebay/Amazon if you are a seller. Customizing your store and creating listings is really simple. The listings stay up until you take them down which is great because you don't have to waste that additional time relisting the item. The only downfall is that with Ecrater you have to drive your own traffic to your store so you have to put work into doing your own promoting. As far as buyers go, you have to use caution when making a purchase and must do some research on the seller to see if they have any sales and check out their feedback.
