I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

It was fast and pretty easy to understand, the details were very clear abd was shown all the time which helped me a lot
I wanted to make a booking for a flight from Johannesburg to Durban. When Googling "FlySafair" - the eDreams website come up first. The words: "FlySafair" is typed far larger than their own name, which should be the first red flag. They pretend to be the FlySafair website...
The price quoted for the flight was R 3012 a ticket or R 6024 for two. Eventually they took R 8 831 off my credit card. When I eventually got past their bot, and spoke to a human, they told me I did not choose "the prime option" and asked for extra services - which I did not!
They scammed me out of R2800.
The person communicating with me just said "sorry" all the time - even when I said they are insulting me with the "sorry" they kept going with it - no effort to address the issue, just "sorry" - just to rile me more, adding insult to injury.
Avoid at all cost, they are crooks and will take your money.
I like using edreams for booking flights and accommodation fory trips. It is all in one page and easy to navigate, providing timely information 👍
I don't understand the benefit of your service. I booked with Allegiant. You offer check in now and my flight is almost a month away.

I purchased 2 tickets for Vienna (with Air Canada)thinking that the offer was amazing ie a round-trip from Montreal, Quebec to Vienna for 858$ per person: WOW!
However, once the transaction completed, I checked my MasterCard account and saw that I was charged 600$ (for 2 tickets; therefore 300$ per ticket) MORE than the indicated price on my booking confirmation!
After numerous calls and many hours waiting for an agent to answer, I was told that the indicated price was in US dollars!
1) Although I called within 24 hours after completing my purchase, eDreams could not refund me. Had I dealt with Air Canada directly, I would have been re-imbursed... Also, Air Canada CLEARLY indicates if "$" is USD (and not Canadian dollars) which eDreams omits to do.
2) The eDreams agent I spoke with said that prices with eDreams.net are in US dollars; to see prices in Canadian dollars, I should have used eDreams.ca. How could a simple customer like me know this?
I find it very unfortunate and misleading on the part of eDreams that the dollar currencies are not clearly written:
The price in dollars could be either US or Canadian. Not writing which one it is makes it easy for the consumer to go ahead and complete a transaction without thinking twice.
In my opinion, eDreams profits from not CLEARLY writing prices either in USD or Canadian dollars.
I am very dissatisfied with eDreams!
EDreams posted on Internet what I thought was an "attractive price" for Air plane tickets.

I didn't travel yet I am preparing for my first holiday with a dreams it looks a fantastic sight hopefully everything goes well
I was looking between other apps and I find this one which have visible price for me that's why I booked with a dreams
I was struggling to find an economical way to Vienna from Dublin but I discovered an affordable route via eDreams & Lufthansa which involves a brief stopover in Munich.
First flight got delayed twice, still managed to get on the connecting flight just in time. They almost did not let me in.
