I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I was attracted by the number of flight options and fares offered. But it was impossible to enter standard features such as frequent flier numbers. The site easy to use. I found and booked flights at a good price. Confirmation of booking was quick, but I am yet to travel so cannot be sure yet that everything will work out as planned.
Only negative so far is a fair few follow up emails and offers etc.

Trying to cancel the trial period is very difficult and time consuming. The staff are helpful, polite and respectful and will explain all positive aspects and favourable use of a membership but after letting the staff know that the great offers are of no benefit to me personally they will try to persuade you to keep your membership. Several lengthy calls later I was finally able to cancel.

Hi, not very happy with the fact that I cannot cancel Prime online, just by phone, and nobody is picking up the phone! I still have 14 days to do it, but is not possible to try to get into contact with you 3 times so far, and each time to give up after being held 10 min in a row on waiting queue, cause in fact nobody is picking up the phone!
Because it had an attractive offer for the flight I wanted, but forced me to jump into a Prime deal subscriptions without knowing in advance that cannot be cancelled whenever I want. Is a misleading way of doing business.

Do not use this website or app. I was automatically subscribed via an online flight booking and charged $100 for "services" I didn't want and haven't used.
They do not have any online contact platforms like chat or email and do not use WhatsApp. I downloaded their app to try contacting the charge, you also cannot contact them via the app!
They only provide a telephone number within your domestic borders. So if you're travelling abroad, it's literally impossible to contact them.

From the first moment I looked at a hotel and / or flight on eDreams, the prices kept changing. They kept on getting more and more expensive over a timespan of 12 hours. The discount eDreams is offering for prime members is a lot of rubbish. You get the same price on other travel sites, such as expedia, trivago, etc. And you can even get cheaper rates at the hotel or airline sites.

I've been very happy with every booking experience. Good prices and efficient service. I had to cancel a flight to Valencia due to the flooding and I'm optimistic that I will be given a credit as I booked a flexible ticket.

Good flights but the website is confusing - offering so many add on options I don't want. The advertised price is not the real price. Everything costs a little bit more, e.g. suddenly being told I have to pay another £7 something each unless I sign up for Prime. So I did, because it said it was possible to cancel it online. That is a lie - it is NOT. There is no option to do that, you have to call a number.
Cheap - that's the only reason.

We made a last-minute decision to travel to Paris while visiting Barcelona, the fares were reasonable and the time frame worked with our plans. Check-in was easy, and the flight was on time. When we returned, we did not realize we were on a different airline, not being from Europe, we were unfamiliar with the names of the low-cost carriers. We waited in a long queue only to be brushed aside and the staff yelling WHEELING to us. We had no idea what he meant. The kindness of strangers directed us to a different terminal to check in for out flight there. The staff there were so kind and helpful compared to those at Easy Jet.
We searched for low fares to go to Paris from Barcelona, this is what came up.
Experience of booking tickets is good in general.
I would wish though that my country currency would be supported (MYR). As conversion charges kills any benefit that I get due to better prices of prime account.
Scammers who force you to sign up for a premium service and then take your money without giving you a button or message to cancel.
No response to refund request
They don't even cancel the payment, but the service withdrawal button is also hidden.

I took by mistake wrong ticket for the evening, instead of morning. My luck was that Dreams themselves cancelled this reservation. And returned my money. But if the time was specified in the format, 24 hours, I would not have made this mistake.
For most European customers, it is better to show the time in 24 hour format.

On their website I was quoted a price for a flight of $302.97 with confirmation invlusive of all fees and taxes. I ordered it right thrn Then when I looked at my credit card statement eDreams had charged me $406.46

Booking online was easy but there are so many extra fees. A fee to receive my boarding pass electronically and a fee to avoid overbooking, that seems ridiculous. I'm still not clear if my bag is too large.
