I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I am outraged by the way I was treated. After mistakenly signing up for a membership, I realized the mistake the same day I was charged. I immediately contacted them multiple times, yet they outright refused to issue a refund. Despite my persistent efforts, they did nothing. They shamelessly took my money—money from a student who never wanted to be a member in the first place. They essentially trapped me in the membership just to hold onto my money. If you're thinking about using their service, think again. This is not just poor service—it's outright theft. Stay away; it's a complete scam!"

I successfully bought an air ticket and everything seemed settled. After a month they used my credit card details and charge me the second time without my knowledge. I immediately reported to my credit card company to terminate the card and put this amount in dispute.
Dont push too hard and i would be giving 5 stars. By making me give you a review mistakenly you will not be receiving good reviews. Other than that it is okay, my first time trying. Will come back for an update after my travel.

All be aware that this site automatically calculate you hotel bookings according to your flight schedule weather you want it or not and no chance of refund or change of booking, just been made pay for 3 nights in hotel where I wanted 1 night cost me €240.00

We had planned out trip, pricing up and down like a yo yo. App kept freezing and the prices changed when booking. Once I selected book prices increased £30 each on flights. Started off at £509 and ended up at £540 + seat allocation which was never mentioned
Thought it offered a different approach
Very quickly found opportunities to travel. Missed alternatives for different dates. Smooth booking process and quick payment. The thing I don't like but is probably not due to eDreams, is the fact that a flight will cost about twice as much as advertised for stupid simple things as your luggage, your seat and other stuff.

I bought an extra 30 kg baggage from your site The Singapore airline sent me n email for only extra 5 kg.When I talked to your help centre.They told me that they will solve within 72 hours but I have not received any information yet although more than 72 hours.

After a rocky start by my booking the wrong dates the insurance package which we had opted for kicked in and allowed us change the flights - using the excellent company app! It took a few calls to the helpline to talk with their polite efficient staff but all is now sorted and we're looking forward to the trip of a lifetime!
Chosen as best value for money for such a long trip. Wanted to avoid Heathrow Airport too so the Amsterdam option appealed.
Just doing a cursory look online for flight prices to Boston thinking of visiting an elderly friend. Well I was so impressed with the price that I rang my brother and told him and he agreed so within a half hour of opening my phone we were booked both ways seats luggage and insurance, really looking forward to it now
This booking was made well ahead of time and no problem. My last booking had to be cancelled and I expected a real mess, but the cancellation insurance worked well. I've compared edreams to other online booking systems and it seems better at least for European trips.

The site easy to use. I found and booked flights at a good price. Confirmation of booking was quick, but I am yet to travel so cannot be sure yet that everything will work out as planned.
Only negative so far is a fair few follow up emails and offers etc.

Have never ever had any issues with edreams. Know the rules of the airline, know about non refundable and hack fares so you aren't ignorant if things go wrong. Wish they would make me an ambassador lol. Used them literally all over the world
I choose the cheapest flight across platforms; and it’s often my Prime account with Edreams.
I could not find where to add my aeroplan points when booking my flight. I now have to add it after the fact with the airline which is less than ideal but at least eDreams told me I had to do that. It would be preferable if it was more obvious on the booking site.

The advisor was very professional and attentive. She is knowledgeable in her work and guided me through the process of booking my ticket. She thoroughly explained all the types of insurance and coverage that come with my ticket, including the premium and different insurance options. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience for 48 hours.
Experience of booking tickets is good in general.
I would wish though that my country currency would be supported (MYR). As conversion charges kills any benefit that I get due to better prices of prime account.
I took by mistake wrong ticket for the evening, instead of morning. My luck was that Dreams themselves cancelled this reservation. And returned my money. But if the time was specified in the format, 24 hours, I would not have made this mistake.
For most European customers, it is better to show the time in 24 hour format.

Booking online was easy but there are so many extra fees. A fee to receive my boarding pass electronically and a fee to avoid overbooking, that seems ridiculous. I'm still not clear if my bag is too large.
