I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. Few times I try to pay and ticket price changes in middle of process. Seems insincere and greedy on your part.
Also my credit card was not accepted a few times, with out reason given, even if never in other booking platforms it has happened. I lost good price and booking place due to that.

At my age, I only fly once a year and so I search for affordable prices. In finding the nonstop flight and reasonable price, eDreams popped up and offered another ther discount for trying your services for 30 days! Thank you.

One of the most horrible company to deal with. They lure you with decent flight offers, offers you a ton of policies when booking your flight which makes you feel no matter what they won't let you miss the flight but at the very moment when things go wrong, they won't even reply. Following up with them to ask for a refund is useless. They take advantage of the fact they are an online business and would never provide you a refund. They are so unorganized and mismanaged that don't even provide you an update on your issue/case. For me, they went from "yes, your case looks genuine" to "we can offer you a 200$ refund" to "sorry, this is not our mistake and we can't give you any refund". Don't even expect them to give you a call back because they won't.
My case lasted with them for almost 4 months with me calling them about 7 times. 2 out of 7 times they just put me on hold and never reverted. No email update on my case update whatsoever.

So I booked a flight that the company cancelled due beyond regular maintenance. Edreams marked me as a no show and refused to give a refund. They said I would get a call back but never did it was 1 year and they still haven't refunded me. I even sent them the email that the airline company sent me saying they cancelled the flight and there reasoning. But still say I was a no show. Don't book through them, they have the worst customer service! If I could give a negative stars I would!

Full of extra hidden fees, prices really not divulged until the last steps of your possible registration, while registering the website did not provide full information regarding the reservation process, alerting me after the payment, furthermore, the website does not, to the best of my knowledge provide a phone number for you to contact an actual human, making it so that you must engage in a super annoying chat with some really awful A. I.

Booked a flight with them because it was a few dollars cheaper then other sites. They emailed me after I bought it that the flight had gone up by a few dollars. I call them and fell asleep waiting on hold for hours, then called again and talked to them. I said I would pay the extra and they said ok sounds good. Next day they email me and say that they were unable to get my ticket. By this time the price had doubled. Hours of my life and hundreds of dollars wasted.

When I clicked on the flight, it showed a price of "$370 ALL TAXES INCLUDED"
When I paid, it showed a list of Taxes, I was charged. The 'low cost fare' turned almost $500. I am requesting a refund of the difference. Also the site wouldn't allow me to, enter my birth date.because, the year stopped at 1950.My birth year is 1949. Also,it told me I may not be allowed to enter the country.Because my CANADIAN passport expires, less than 6 months away (Nov 27 2023)

Reported eDreams for fraudulent activity with my bank today after booking a roundtrip flight to Vegas. I noticed that the return date was wrong from my original plan (likely from me clicking around to test costs). When I tried to change it, their website told me to contact the airlines directly so I did. The airlines had my name for the flight but didn't have card information, my address, nor any way to verify me as the purchaser (meaning that even if I went to the airport, I couldn't board the flight or even pick up my ticket since they didn't even have my birthday). Tried to contact support at eDreams.net for 30 minutes before calling my bank to report fraud.
Their no confirmation number either for the flights--just a booking number that means NOTHING to the airlines.
Which I recommend everyone does if they have any hope of getting their money back from this company.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE. If you do use it, try to cancel and get a return with your bank ASAP.

I check email to know your system automatically generated two reservation number, (*******818 and *******797) when I was scheduled for the first time show me your information is not successful, this let me enter again the second time, but there is something wrong with the two shows deductions is successful, I had to cancel one of them, because the system error of you please for free cancel my booking number *******818 and refund my charge, I've always been a regular customer of your company. Warning traveller! Please think twice before booking a flight using eDreams. Yes, they are cheaper, but you pay the price in bad customer service quality. I booked a flight in March 2021. The value of the flight was almost $300.00 The flight got cancelled. Their customer support is unreachable (mail, phone, Twitter,...). You will be left out in the cold if anything happens. I am still fighting with edreams. Never ever will I use them. Think twice before ordering.

They trick you into buying a membership and then when you question it. Yes we will refund but didn't. Then customer service is non existent. I tried to book with Web-jet Aust and was sent to them. They are frauds and take your money without consent. Bank wont do anything as you booked through them but knew what they do

Do NOT book on this website! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE that enough. Poor change of command. The confirmed the returned flight and took 2/3 of the $, then declined the departure flight. So, you can come back but you can't go?!?,@! Ridiculous! On the phone every 12 hrs for 2 days and got nothing fixed. Waste of time! What you think you can save through them is not worth the hassle.

People be careful about this website! They apply hidden charges without let you know. My flight ticket currency was set in EURO but they charged me in GBP without showing that. Then I noticed that they charged me 45 euros more than the flight airline! So they sold a 200-euro flight for 245 euros! That simple!
Never ever buy ticket again from EDREAMS! It was my first and last time.

I booked my flight last night. One of the flights has been confirmed and the other is still pending. There is no phone number to reach anyone and the 'live' chat is a program replying with standard answers. It also says that you can cancel your reservation but there is nowhere to do that. When booking a trip you cannot be expected to 'wait and see' if the flight actually happens. It is a shame that you have to go to great lengths such as this to get someone to speak with you. I do not recommend this company.
