I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. They are selling fraudulent not accessible tickets from Inida to locations you cannot travel.
I am stuck with 12+ Calls with each about 40 minutes wait calls to speak with agents to assist with ticket refund. The help desk number is based in Spain only (+44).

Had to cancel my booking due to an injury and was advised not to cancel by e dreams as it would add costs. This jeopardised my insurance claim.
When calling I was on hold for over 30 minutes before speaking to anyone.
When making the booking, I looked to reserve seats and was shocked by the charges imposed... I went directly to the airline with "manage my booking" option and did this with ease, saving a substantial amount of money.

I spent 2 years trying to get money back that was wrongly booked from my credit card. I even went to the local newspaper which printed my saga and edreams had "no comment" and did not reply to the newspaper. I can not believe that this company is still allowed to run. I went in circles and they were never ever able to explain why the money was booked and for what and I never received my money back! Do NOT book with this company please because in no way should this criminal activity be supported!

They are literally the worst I have ever dealt with, they canceled one of my connected flights without sending me the other flight's cancelation and they are not paying me my refund amount which I have the right of a full refund but they played on words and convinced me that I am just entitled for one flight refund and until now it is been a month they haven't even paid me anything as well as they have deducted 333.3 AED from my credit card without my consent for prime subscription renewal even though I literally had the worst experience ever so I called and the customer service guy told me that they will give me 90 GBP as good gesture since I had the worst experience and until now I haven't as well received anything! In one word- DO NOT BOOK flight here even if it's $5. They out inaccurate information's as " carry on included in price", then when you cancel, you can't get money back. Nobody is responding to Chat and there is no phone to call. Unbelievable they still exist.

I am very disappointed with the dishonesty of Edreams. Last year - by mistake - I clicked and signed up for Prime for a one-off trip abroad to Italy to visit friends. I tried to undo my mistake and still get the flights I had wanted to book, but found it almost impossible to get the same flight even paying the full price. So, having urgency to settle my arrangements, I continued with Prime. On my return home, to be honest with Edream, I paid the £59.99 years subscription and then, so as not to have to pay automatically the following year, cancelled the Prime subscription online. I was sent an email accepting my withdrawal from their membership with a reminder that I would consequently lose any accrued discounts or vouchers. That was the last I heard from them. Now, a year on, I discovered yesterday that they have taken £59.99 automatically out of my bank account. I spent all yesterday afternoon contacting the bank and complaining to Edreams, who offered me a £40 refund and some vouchers! I remonstrated with this suggestion, but they refused a full refund, saying I should not have cancelled the subscription online! Needless to say I refused their offer.

This app is a SCAM. We were sold ticket with false info. It says malindo air. Auckland to KL with 1hr lay over going Singapore. There was NO MALINDO air on the board!, we try to cancel thru hotline, but no one's answering but an dead end call machine.
We needed to go back to Singapore desperately, for an important matter. But there was no one helping us in th NZ Auckland airport, counters were selling ticks as well, they couldn't extend help since it's not they're prob.
We went to batik to check in since its the malaysian airline they say. The woman on the check in said we need Visa even KL lay over is only 1hr. But the ticket shows Auckland-layover KL 1hr- to singapore. They said its lay over to PERTH!Australia! And we needed Visa. What a Scam!
We did not have a choice but book for singapore airlines direct flight.

I reserved a ticket two weeks ago. I got a "confirmation email" a few minutes later and I expected to be charged on that same day. It's been two weeks and they haven't charged me yet, I don't want to buy it anymore and I cannot contact customer support to cancel my reservation because when I call their customer support "their system is offline and they cannot see reservations". They are literally the worst company I've contacted with.

Do NOT fly with eDreams. I booked my flight weeks ago and couldn't seem to find my booking through the airline. My ticket to my destination worked perfect so I thought nothing of it. Then as I tried to get back home, I couldn't find a boarding pass anywhere. EDreams told me to contact my airline, who then informed me that I did not have any ticket or booking with them. I've been trying to get in contact with eDreams but they will not get back to me or answer the phone. To say I'm upset is to say the least. Now I'm out more money because I had to find a last minute flight back home. Please avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth it, you'll just get screwed over in the end!
