I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I attempted to buy a ticket and when it came to online payment and typing in my 3 digit security code i was told the transaction had been unsuccesful. I then bought the ticket with Expedia and all was ok. Minutes later i noticed a confirmation from E dreams as well. I immediately cancelled their ticket, was told a refund would be made and 5 months later, after several unanswered emails and no real person to call, nothing. Now that I have read other reviews, I fully understand why, they act in an unprofessional, arguably fraudulent manner

This company is a scam, bought an urgent flight ticket, got a confirmation email, when I tried to check in on-line I could not, called Qatar Airways and found no record of me on the flight due to leave the next night! Tried multiple numbers to reach them and was unable to. Finally contacted the US number, was told my flight time had been changed and I needed to pay extra to confirm it, I received no such communication from them, neither was the flight changed. I had to borrow money from my dad and book a new flight with the airline directly, and fought with edreams for a week for my refund! Will seriously discourage anyone from using them, don't be fooled by the cheaper looking quote initially.

Edreams are a shoddy company, save yourself heartache a book directly through the airlines.
We booked a return flight to New Zealand from Melbourne in June. The flights were cancelled due to Covid restriction, and we've got nowhere in terms of a refund or voucher. Don't believe their lies, I managed to speak to somebody called San Deep who provided me with an email address *******@contact.edreams.com and promised me that I'd be sent a voucher. I was sent a link to a rebooking offer for flights in June, it didn't state which year, but when I looked up the dates it was June this year. Air New Zealand told me that they'd already refunded the money to them and I should contact edreams. Edreams will keep telling you lies, hoping that you'll give up and they can keep your money. I'm looking for other disgruntled edreams customers to enable us to mount a class action to put these crooks away.

This website is a scam. Do not book with them. Ticket was purchased and canceled same day. All airlines and other booking sites will return this money within a week. This one has been holding for 2 months with no resolution in site. They haven't even contacted the airline which is simple. Surprised they are still in business.

Needed to contact them to change a flight detail, a service that had been purchased. 24-48 hours turn around after contact on the app. The guy who finally called was heavily accented and hard to understand, and couldn't get our request completed, but gave us a call back number. It was worthless-I assume it was going to India (based on the guy's accent, but could have been one of many countries) and the line was ALWAYS unavailable because of traffic. Made the change on the airlines website myself, in 5 minutes.
Totally worthless service, no value added, avoid if you want prompt and effective service.

I have been very disappointed with the customer service at EDreams. They sent me the wrong itinerary for a flight and, as a result, I had to buy a new flight at double the cost. When I spoke to them on the phone (several times) they assured me that they would help compensate me for the new ticket that I had to purchase as a result of their error. It has now been weeks and they have done nothing whatsoever to help me. It's very disappointing and I will never use them again. I strongly recommend that other customers do NOT use this company for booking flights.

Absolutely awful business practice from this so-called business.
We travel a fair bit and have used many different companies to book flights, but have never experienced such shambolic customer service - it is actually non-existent. If you book with eDreams you're playing Russian roulette: get lucky and your flight is confirmed no problems, get unlucky and the money comes out of your account with no flights and you are unable to get through to eDreams. 3h spent on their phone line yesterday and no one picked up, same again today. There are so many other companies that you can use so just don't use eDreams!

Find a different company, the amount of hours we have spent trying to get through to them is just not worth anyone's time. Awful awful structure for a company and awful customer service.

We used eDreams without issues, pre covid, but few days ago, while paying for the tickets, after we submitted all the passenger info, on the last step of the checkout process, the price suddenly changed to more than double of the initial price. And unfortunately we realised what happened a moment too late. Even not-approving the transaction on the bank's mobile app didn't stop it.
Now the cancelation is in progress on the eDreams side, estimated to last 3 to 6 months. I believe we wont get it back. There's no one to call and complain, they are even forcing me to install their application to be able to follow the cancelation process..
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it or be very careful and read everything again and again on each screen, even the information that is supposed to just be repeated from the previous screens.. I wont use it anymore

While booking we selected the option of wheelchair assistance and paid over 600 but we did not get any ticket confirmation. Next day we recieved a mail from no reply mail box that additional information requested on wheel chair assistance. Only way was to call Spain number on that support person could not hear our voice. When I could speak to the customer support he said we have to pay 1000 extra as price have increased. He suggested to cancel the ticket and get refund. It was suppose to come in 10 days and even after a month I am still waiting for it.

Airline cancelled the return flight, edreams couldn't rebook and when we tried to cancel the outward flight on their site it didn't cancel so we had to do it ourselves through the airline who gave us a refund number to give to edreams but they are uncontactable...there are no phone numbers and chat option does not get a response. The app update says it takes 3 months to get a refund from the airline which is a lie! We already have the number. They are either the most inefficient company every or total scammers and right now I believe they are scammers and we are about to upgrade our complaint to the consumer affairs department. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

Well, now 3 months later, they keep repeating it has to be the airline refunding to them and then they refund to me. For what is it the insurance then? After missing a flight from another airline, we went into panic mode and started the online approach! EDreams wasn't the first to show up, but after scrolling and searching we found it to be the best option for us. Confirmation came immediately, and although all the boarding passes didn't come through the desk knew all about it. The helpful airline rep even changed our seats do we could be seated together. I have been waiting since May for a refund for my cancelled flights. Customer service is none existent. Emails are not answered and telephone contact is impossible and if you try and use their website to find an answer it just sends you around in circles.
All they want is your money and once they have it you're on your own. They only get one star because I couldn't put minus five.

I will not be buying tickets from this website ever again. This is just absurd! Waiting for my refund for over 5 months. I buy refundable ticket and every call same answer, we send money on your account and after 5 minths still nothing. I made report to U. Booked 3 flights through edreams and emailed that it was being processed. Never received email confirmation yet received multiple texts and emails that check-in was now available through their app. Turns out flights were not confirmed because of a price increase, an increase that was not present with other companies, so I requested cancellation. Days later still pending and still getting texts about flights and my paymen card was showing pending transaction still. Chased 3 times in end to have cancelled. Finally have email cancellation confirmation however still making sure they do not deduct money from my account as I do not trust them in the slightest. Booked without issue elsewhere!

Fairly easy to use but I couldn't add baggage to the return flight which is annoying now my son has to do it at his end as i purchased these return flights for him. I do wish you allowed AFTERPAY though that would be even better.

I booked a flight to Istanbul and got my booking confirmation after about 5 hours. Having read the reviews, most of which were unnecessarily negative, panick had gripped me but the moment my tickets were confirmed I was so excited.
EDreams is legitimate, efficient and have the best deals so far. We had no issues traveling with my wife and we encourage anyone in doubt to try them out
